• Dalibor (2/5): - Jediným pozitivem je nižší cena, jinak stav zařízení byl velmi omšelý, celkově nečistý, původně přidělený pokoj neměl inzerovanou spol.kuchyni, nahradni v jiném objektě byl celkově horší, zanedbaný a hodně špinavý. Na přespání to ale stačilo. D

• Verified traveler (2/5): STAY AWAY! WORST HOTEL EVER - This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Full of cockroaches and the manager was extremely offensive and rude. He also said he would sue me for defamation when I asked for a refund after leaving the hotel. He also said that if I wanted a clean place, to book a more expensive accommodation.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Non credo che torneremo più ad alloggiare in questa struttura, nemmeno per una notte, bagno inutilizzabile, umido dappertutto in camera, letto scomodissimo, tv prendeva 2 canali ogni tanto, mi dispiace, io non sono mai così negativo nelle recensioni, ma in questo caso l'unica nota non negativa è il personale al check in molto simpatico e disponibile.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Sporco, mal odorante e non chiaro !! - Posto sporchissimo e mal odorante di cucinato indiano... arrivati allanporta d ingresso c’erano 3 persone straniere originarie del bangladesh o india che emanavano un forte odore nn piacevle. E li uno mindice che c è da pagare una sopratassa di 10€ in quanto erano passate le 22 (22:25 per la precisione) ma questa cosa non c era scritta da nessuna parte sull app di hotels quindi mi sono rifiutato di pagare e me me sono andato. Ho provato a spiegarlo al titolare ma nulla insisteva e basta quindi viste tutte le condizioni che sembravano molto degradanti ho preferito andarmene piuttosto che alloggiare in un posto simile.

Polibam door full of mold and black. Torn sheets with holes. Blankets that are bad for allergy sufferers and have not been used for a long time in hotels. The breakfast and dinner table with everything on top almost no space to eat. Cockroaches on the table.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend, da sehr zentral. Unterkunft war sehr einfach aber grundsätzlich alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Einzig die ab und zu kreuzenden Kakerlaken waren unangenehm.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Hostal horrible pero cerca del coliseo - La experiencia fue horrible, para llegar me pidieron una hora, la cual les di y sin embargo no habia nadie esperandome cuando toque el timbre, tuve que esperar 50 minutos, en el anuncio piden que les llame para avisar, lo cual es estupido considerando que alojan a turistas extranjeros por lo que es dificil tener un celular funcionando, cuando me consegui un telefono y llame finalmente me abrieron. Un dia el hombre de la recepcion tuvo conflictos con un residente por el check-out y se pusieron a gritar y discutir en mi habitacion, se comenzo a tornar violento y pateo una de las escaleras de la litera, finalmente no pelearon pero fue una experiencia sumamente desagradable, es el peor hostal en el que me he alojado.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Prima locatie , ruime kamer. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding heel goed (het heeft maar 1 ster, dus mag je ook geen 3 sterren verwachtingen hebben). Sommige dingen wat gammel of bijna versleten, echter redelijk netjes. Ontbijt is ok.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - a primo impatto sembra un casino a causa dello spazio ristretto e della tavola per la colazione troppo piena! però la tavola non era sporca e poi la nostra camera con bagno erano puliti e spaziosi! il ragazzo dell'accoglienza e' molto gentile; l'unica cosa dovrebbe imparare un po' di piu' l'italiano perché a volte si fa fatica a capirlo. in camera alcuni armadi non stavano chiusi. comunque, per quel poco che ci siamo stati essendo andati fuori tutto il giorno, e' stato lo stesso un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. la zona non e' delle migliori (anzi....) però la struttura e' a 10 minuti minuti a piedi dal Coloseeo e comunque in posizione ben servita!
• Juan (8/5): Calidad precio BUENA - Al principio es algo raro, no os asustéis, entramos en un edificio a hacer el papeleo y luego nos llevaron a otro que estaba bastante cerca, nos encontramos una habitación con baño privado, muy limpia y bastante buena, nos atendió Filipo, un chico muy amable y que nos trató fenomenal.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - As may others have stated the property is old. The owners are not kind people. Within 3 minutes of arriving they tried to act like we didn't have a reservation. Then we had to walk around to the other street where I guess they have another place. Then this guy says something about Passports and calling the police which now had my kid upset.Then they were rude about the room asking which bed we were sleeping on (there were 3) because we couldn't use them all which was not a smart thing to say anyway, but as I said rude and demeaning the whole time. No towels in the bathroom and the bathroom smelled like mildew. The tv wasn't secure on the wall. I think it will fall one day. Hopefully not on someone as its over the desk. Would not stay again ..regret we did at all.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - I arrived and was told that I had no reservation when I had booked 2 weeks in advance. The wrong address was online so I couldn't find the place for a long time. The staff didn't have very good customer service and I got a sore shoulder from sleeping on the bed with a horrible mattress. The free breakfast was really nice and the coffee machine was amazing, the location of the hostel was the only reason I stayed there for the second night of my booking.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Its good, not bad at all. - The hotel location is one of the best place coz its close to tourist spot and the rome terminal station and metro. Its ok hostel when its come to cheap price so dont expect so much except. The room and bed need to be upgraded and to be honest the free orange juice is real :p
• Nicola (2/5): - I rang sever times and emailed before I arrived and the taxi driver took me to the place on the map and then a guy came 10-15 minutes later and I had to cart my suitcases several blocks to a battered old place that stunk of bleach as there was someone doing a quick clean with bleach - I think they forgot they had guests. They then tried to impose a curfew to sleep in worn out mattress., I left and found a decent hotel nearby and have still not received a response for my request for a refund. Would not ever consider going there or recommend to anyone.

Avoid! - Hotel owner was very rude, he arranged for a transfer that did not arrive then when we finally made our own way to the establishment the manager told me the owner had cancelled our booking and that if we wanted to stay there we had to pay almost double the original price! Avoid this place, do not be extorted.

• Verified traveler (4/5): strange check in process - the place I stay is not the address they show on the website... Firstly, I go to the address they provided and ring the bell, someone comes down and brings me to the second building nearby for check in. After check in, the guy brings me to the opposite block. Finally, I get my keys for my bed. But I have to bring my luggage going up and down twice before I reach my bed..... the room and the kitchen looks very old not every bed has their own charger next to the bed my room is close to the balcony with the washing machine, so the staff keep passing my room all the time, that is so annoying
• Alexa (6/5): Overall nice hotel - In my experience the hotel is nice. The staff is friendly and speaks basic english which was enough for me. The checking area is very small and is also the area where you eat breakfast, so it is kind of small. The room I stayed in was ok, clean and had basic amenities. The towels (which you pay for anyway) are old and rough on the skin. There is soap in a container. For breakfast you get cereal or toast or orange juice. However there is a common refrigerator where you can keep food you buy on your own. The area is nice and has many immigrants in it, however I personally felt safe (although I wasn't traveling alone).
• David (6/5): - We arrived at our apartment @ 9.30pm and found no reply. An Italian lady in another appartment and after some negotiation she phone a number and informed us someone would arrive in 5 mins. We had to wait in the street with our cases and some fairly dodgy groups around which wasn't pleasant. A chap arrived and said you're not here and took us a few streets away to a similar set up. Having been introduced to the chinese owner we were asked for the eu28 tax which was on our booking form. However we were then told to pay eu10 for towels which was not on our agreement. We paid as very tired and didn't want to make a scene. The room was pleasant but basic. No kettle, not even cups or glasses for water which eventually we asked for and got. Continental breakfast was served on a tray to our room for our fold up picnic table. Bed was good though. Another annoying fact was that the kitchen was opposite our room and with a gap under it we were awoken @ 6.30 by the owner talking loudly. In fairness she was very friendly and helpful. The location, 5 mins from central station, and in the heart of Rome meant everything was in walking distance.
