• Greta (8/5): - Edi war eine riesige Hilfe in meiner Zeit im Hotel. Er hat mich überall hingefahren, mit mir lokales Essen ausprobiert und mir viel über Bali, die Kultur, die Sprache und Co. erzählt. Ich bin sehr froh und dankbar für seine Hilfe und Zeit!

• Marjolein (7/5): Gezellig met een mooi strand - Het personeel is echt erg aardig. Eddy bood aan me even naar het centrum te rijden en heeft me de volgende dag naar het volgende hotel gebracht. De hartelijkheid was heel fijn. Vlakbij het hotel is een strand dat nog heel natuurlijk is. Weinig mensen, schoon strand. Een wilde zee met flinke golven. De kamer kan hier en daar en opknapbeurtje hebben.

• Barthélemy (9/5): Superb - Spatious, cosy and comfortable room. Nice area in the garden where breakfast is served and where you can also have dinner. Friendly staff. Altogether, this is a nice place for a stopover on your coastal trip between Ubud/South Bali and Pemuteran/Lovina Strong odour of naphtalene in the bathroom. The bathtub has seen better days but remains fully operational. Wifi connection is quite limited, but that's often the case outside of big cities in Bali.

• Marlena (8/5): Clean, comfortable and a quick walk to the beach - Clean and comfortable rooms with nice balcony. Communal tables near our rooms were a nice place to hang out. The restaurant at the hotel is good and does a nice dinner. The two dogs on the property are very sweet! The beach is a really close walk. Not a great location for walking around. Most warungs nearby were closed on Sunday, but the restaurant was open which was nice.

Was eligible to upgraded room, reason while I ride to this place. When arrived, told me all rooms were full. After asking why I am able to book on the app if I want to, then they told me only one basic room available, so not really a good deal anymore... Mattress very thin, not really comfortable

They were friendly and helpful at my most difficult times. Can’t wait to be there again! Thank you! I realised there is a lot of bees coming inside the room. Not sure why, but would love if you can get it check about it.

Staffs are always friendly, the breakfast was great, water pressure was great, plenty of place to hang out and chat, comfy beds... on top of that the staffs were friendly to sweet neighbor dogs, there was only one female dog when we were there few months ago, now there were 3. We were travelling with vets so we spayed them and now they wont multiply. Not only a great hotel, it is also kind💕nothing to complain about. None

Place is very nice beautiful garden and balconies near the local beach with almost no people. Only negative was wifi at room was barely working, only good spot for wifi was in restaurant downstairs.

• Agrautari (9/5): Fab. - Great water pressure, clean, nice breakfast, and very quiet so it is perfect for our team's much needed rest. We asked the staff for an early breakfast and they were ready 15 mins before the requested time. Excellent service. Almost none. Although they can put a gutter at the edge of the roof so when it rains, the water won't splash to the porch.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Ездили в отель с 2х годовалым ребенком. Оплачивали отель с 09.02.20 до 23.02, съехали уже 14.02! Первый завтрак был с хлебом с плесенью. Весь хлеб, который нам дали в виде тостов был испорченный. Кухня в антисанитарных условиях. В номере под кроватью бычки, в ванне прилепленная старая жевачка. Зная что мы с малышом, администратор заселяет в соседний номер группу шумных китайцев, хотя большинство номеров пустые. Когда нет главного администратора сервис в отеле заканчивается: завтрак нам подали неполный 2 раза просила сделать ребенку кашу - не сделали. Мусор не убирали сутки выставила наполненные ведра мусора за дверь - стоял там весь день вечер ночь и часть следующего дня, пока муж не попросил убрать, ему начали врать, что я была в номере и не хотели тревожить, хотя мы всей семьей были на море до 14 часов. Последней каплей был больной работающий персонал. Девушка сменщица 2х2 была больна, но ее не отпускали с работы. То есть она болела уже неделю, тк я видела ее две смены. У нее был сильный кашель, она еле передвигала ноги. Выяснила: домой ей уйти нельзя, доктора вызвать не хочет, ей плохо и она сильно болеет. Отправила сообщение в watsup главному администратору об этом, ответа не получила. Приняли решение уехать немедля, тк под риск попадал наш маленький ребенок в связи с непростой ситуацией в мире. Отдых испорчен, нервы потрачены и БОЛЬНОЙ работающий персонал не допустимо!

• Ben (8/5): - Great place with friendly staff and nice welcome orange juice. We stayed upstairs room with cool balcony. Only issue was nearby mosque had loud prayers over speakers from 5am.
• Laura (10/5): - Meals were delicious. Yummy lemon chicken. Need scooter here as you are away from the local downtown and restaurants. No worries though as their restaurant is awesome. Short walk from the beach.
