- obynochnyy (9/5): - Расположение рядом с пирсом. Тихое место, рядом нет больших и шумных улиц и отелей. Рядом построили большой магазин Tops, правда идти к нему надо в гору, но зато обратно под гору уже с пакетами. Рядом расположен храм Будды, смотровая площадка с памятником уважаемому человеку, но опять идти в гору надо. Удобно что есть спорт зал и 2 бассейна для разного времяпровождения. В бассейне на территории можно просто откисать и развлекаться (особенно детям), а в бассейне на 6 этаже плавать и загорать и там тихо. Так же на 5 этаже есть прачечная и питьевая вода 1 Батт за 1 литр. Не нужно ходить и постоянно покупать воду, ведь ходить за ней в гору. Радом есть магазинчик tasty где можно купить все необходимое, а главное кексы с 5 разными начинками. Кексы прям вкусные, особенно лимонный. Квартиры в Unixx примерно одинаковые. Пол из плитки, так что лучше брать с собой тапочки. Была вся необходимая посуда. Пришлось только докупить кружки по больше, любим пить кофе из большой тары. В номере были напольные весы. Хозяин квартиры очень оперативно реагирует и практически всегда на связи и отвечает на все вопросы. Мы попросили дополнительное одеяло и его принесли в течение часа. 1 раз за месяц проживания приходила женщина и поменяла постельное белье. Бесплатно. Для нас это отлично, так как собирались сами этим заниматься, ведь есть прачечная и довольно не дорогая. Если будете стирать, то покупать для стирки нужно именно жидкий порошок или капсулы, об этом написано в прачечной. Удобно заказывать такси, так как можно просто указать Unixx, ошибиться сложно. Кстати ещё рядом автобусная станция до аэропорта в Бангкок. На территории большой паркинг, если пользуетесь мопедом или машиной. Есть услуга трансфера на тук-тук до основных магазинов (central Pattaya, terminal 21). Пришлось немного доработать душевую кабину силиконовыми порожками, так и как вода просачивалась наружу и оставалась на полу. Но это не доставило больших неудобств, все покупается в магазине d.i.y. или как то так он называется. Не понятно как работает wifi в спортзале. Почему то не проходила авторизация, а иногда он просто автоматически подключался. Но опять же это не очень проблематично, музыка у меня была скачана в квартире заранее.

- Joey (6/5): It okay but not for me lol - Location not to close to the club it good for sleep Elevator issues: Many times we had problems with the elevators — we had to wait a long time, and they were often under maintenance. Although there are 6 elevators, only 2 were working during our stay, and they were always crowded. Cleaning and deposit policy: You should know that there is no cleaning service provided. You have to clean the room by yourself. Also, you need to pay a deposit — I paid 5,000 baht, which was returned at check-out. Just make sure to take photos and videos of the room when you check in. Check-in process: There is no check-in counter for online bookings. From my experience, when I arrived, the owner sent someone to give us the keycard. Technically, the place is only for monthly rental, but they still allow short stays somehow. Cleanliness issue: There were a lot of cockroach larvae coming out at night from under the sink.
- shabtay (6/5): Below ok stay - The unit is small ,the sofa height in the living room was for kids not for adults, no light in the kitchen AC smells mold. 1set of sheets (i had to pay extra for another set)no parking sticker for the motorbike (you had to pay)tv program was poor They did come to clean the ac but not the kitchen light
