• 莉容 (8/5): - 地點很棒，靠近溪頭及妖怪村，杉林溪需再開車上去約30分。最近的便利商店是妖怪村內的全家。若要去7-11需下山車程約30分。早餐很好吃，老闆很熱情，有需接駁可以跟老闆說，就不用自己開車。 地下室房型會比較潮濕不通風，住之前就大概知道，不過因為沒住過就住住看，但有下次的話會傾向住樓上有窗的。

• Minchung (8/5): great facility with super nice owners - the owner is super nice. he provided a lot of good leads to us to spend the limited time in Xitou. He also provided shuttle service to the park and restaurant where we had dinner without extra charge. I booked a more expensive room with a forest view. however, our forest view was blocked by a maze of power lines.

• Jeroen (2/5): Akelige verrassing: hotel vol in verbouwing - De locatie is fantastisch, op loopafstand van het Nature Education Area. Dit is een prachtig park waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen Toen we aankwamen zat het hotel midden in een enorme verbouwing. Aan de voorkant lagen alle ramen eruit, de lift werd vervangen, het hele pand lag vol met stof en stonk naar beton. Het hotel heeft een hoge score door de vele mooie kamers die er normaal gesproken zijn, maar de eigenaar bood ons een treurige kelderkamer aan zonder raam. Ook die stonk naar beton en bouwwerkzaamheden. Daar gingen we niet mee akkoord dus toen moesten we een nieuw hotel zoeken. Dat was erg lastig tijdens een weekend met een nationale feestdag. Vrijwel alle hotels waren volgeboekt dus uiteindelijk moesten we dure kamers huren bij particulieren. We geven deze lage score omdat de eigenaar ons niet heeft ingelicht over de verbouwing en ons daardoor een hoop stress en extra kosten heeft bezorgd. We wilden eigenlijk een 1 geven maar de eigenaar was verder vriendelijk en we konden kosteloos annuleren.

The location is great for the Xitou area. Breakfast was nice. The duvet cover was very heavy and not very comfortable as the only blanket.

The owner greeted us and was super friendly, they helped us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. it was raining in the evening and the owner drove us in his car to the main town for dinner. they go above and beyond for all the guests and can provide all the information you need for visiting the tourist spots! Breakfast was delicious too! highly recommended this hotel :) everything was great

The location is also perfect, just down the hill from the park and two blocks from Monster Village. The hotel manager even offered to drive us around the area if we wanted. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
