- Jeongho (1/5): 굳이 여기를 선택하지 말고 다른데를 가는것을 추천드립니다. 방콕에 좋은데 많음. - 도심지에 있음. 침대는 폭신함. 로비 에어콘은 시원함. 체크인이 오후3시에 시작하는데. 일반적으로 약간 일찍 가도 체크인을 해주는데 여긴 다름. 직원 자체가 싸가지가 너무 없음. 진짜 개 불쾌함. ㅋㅋ 여태껏 태국 여행 하면서 이렇게 불친절한 직원을 본적이 없음. 그날 저녁 비행기라서 어차피 체크아웃도 일찍 할거라서 체크인 일찍 하면 안되냐고 말 해보려다가 고압적인 태도에 시도도 안해봄. 어차피 안해줄것 같아서. 심지어 2시 30분 되서 30분만 일찍 체크인 하면 안되겠냐고 여직원 한테 이야기 해봤지만 똑같이 불친절 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 응 청소 안되서 안되~ 알빠노 시전 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 여기 진짜 직원들 태국 사람 안같음. 그리고 영어도 발음도 구려서 알아듣기 힘들고 직원도 잘 알아먹지도 못함.(니 영어 발음 ㅈ구려서 그런거 아님?이렇게 생각할까봐 추가하자면 영어권애들이랑 대화하는데 딥한 주제는 못해도 일상생활 대화는 지장없음) 방에 소음 나는 부분이 많아서 제대로 쉬기도 힘듬. 심심하면 삑삑삒삒 대는데 분노 유발 포인트. 근처에 공사중인데 좀 대규모 공사중인듯. 몇달간은 소음 예상해야할듯. 엘리베이터가 어메이징 하다. 그 문이 열려 있다고 해야하나 ㅋㅋ 진짜 개느린데 개 위험하기까지 하다. 이름은 럭셔리인데 도대체 어디에서 럭셔리를 느낄수 있는지가 의문이다. 다른데를 가는것을 추천함. 굉장히 불쾌함. 더 쓸려다가 참는다.

- Olivia (6/5): Pleasant - Clean upon arrival. Easy to get to from the airport. 7/11 is very close. The room was tiny, which we did expect. The bathroom was especially small and difficult to move in. We did find the bathroom had a bit of a urine smell when we arrived. We were not given new towels during our three night stay.

- Aileen (8/5): Very good - The property is very responsive to all my queries. They have a 24 hour reception and have a free coffee and tea in the morning. The location is near Ratchaprarop airport rail station. Walking distance to Pratunam market. The room and the hotel in general is clean. They only give one keycard per room which you will need to ride the elevator and power the room. It's sort of a hassle if you are a couple and the other one needs to leave the hotel. The room is small and will feel cramped when you have two luggages.

- Johannes (2/5): Canceled by Property - I had two stays here. The first one was ok (minimum value for minimum price). The place canceled the booking without calling me, before the checking time frame ends. The room was given to another person, so I needed to book a different room at 3x the cost of the one I booked. The staff did not speak or understand English. In rooms with multiple customers, the sanitary facilities are very minimal with no soap or tissue / toilet paper. The sanitary facilities for rooms with multiple beds are usually dirty. The elevator does not have a door and is therefore a safety hazard.

- Rafael (10/5): Best place to stay near the airport railway train - Spacious bunk beds & you are able to fix your things because it has a spacious room. Luxurious reception & receptionists understands english well. 5 minute walk to the nearest airport railway. Near a 7/11 store & walking distance local shops.

- Tien Chen (10/5): 住宿環境舒適, 交通便利 - 櫃台工作人員都很友善, 飯店離機場捷運站不遠, 走路到水門市場和BigC只要十幾分鐘。走路到BTS〈勝利紀念碑〉也很近 早上有提供簡易的早餐(咖啡/茶和餅乾)
- Lay (1/5): Bad - I like the bed big enough. I don't like the air conditioner leaking water. The wash room is so small.

- Yevgeniya (1/5): Claustrophobic - Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Room is the width of the bed, on suit bathroom is tiny, lighting is poor - you have to turn the lights off and then find the bed in total darkness. No side lamps or alternate light switch that works. Claustrophobic.
- Yunis (9/5): Superb - Near the train station to airport. Staff was so kind, let us borrow umbrellas. Bed was so comfy. Everything was great. Will book here again when we come back. You can hear the cars outside, but bearable.
