Wir haben nichts vermisst, ausser dass nicht genügend Parkplätze zum Hotel gehören. Öffentliche Parkplätze gegen Bezahlung 5 Euro (Stand heute) pro 24 Stunden, sind genügend vorhanden

- David (10/5): A comfortable, well equipped room. The location is ideal for exploring Sluis and the wider area. - The location was perfect close to the centre of town. It is easy to find. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. There was a good choice available for breakfast. My wife's needs for a gluten free breakfast were managed however, as ever, her choice of food was somewhat more limited. Difficult to achieve, however a wider gluten free choice for breakfast would always be welcome. A bit more storage would have been helpful.

- Ahmed (1/5): I genuinely wish I had never booked this place. - The food and catering staff are much friendlier than Hotel staff. My holiday in the Netherlands was completely ruined by this accommodation. I found dirty, stained sheets on arrival and asked staff to clean the room. Instead of actually changing the bedding, they covered it up and pretended the job was done. There is no night staff, so when I discovered the deception, I had nobody to turn to. I ended up sleeping on those sheets and woke up with bed bug bites. You can see the dirty sheet have dried up on the pictures (2 days old already). Booking.com agreed the situation was unacceptable, but the best they could offer was €60, which feels like a token gesture rather than real support. €60 is essentially an admission that something unacceptable happened but not enough for my emotional trauma and bed bug bites. It’s disappointing to see both the property and the platform fail to take proper responsibility.

- Maarten (10/5): Top overnachting - We hebben genoten van een heerlijke overnachting in een mooie comfortabele kamer. Fijn personeel dat zeer vriendelijk is. De lunch bij aankomst in het hotel was goed. Fijn dat we voor drieën al mochten inchecken. Het geserveerde ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd. Voor ieders wat wils. Kortom helemaal goed. Er was niets dat ons tegen viel.

- enza (9/5): - L’hôtel est très beau, avec un cadre agréable et soigné. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été perturbé par le bruit dans la chambre, dû au manque de savoir-vivre de certains clients, ce qui a fortement impacté notre confort. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité, avec des produits appréciables mais des confitures maison serait idéal également. Le restaurant est vraiment très bien décoré, avec une ambiance agréable, et le personnel est impeccable du début à la fin. Lors du dîner, malgré le fait que ma fille soit adulte, elle a pu commander un menu enfant, composé d’un steak très tendre accompagné de frites, même si celles-ci n’étaient malheureusement pas assez cuites. De mon côté, j’ai pris des toasts au saumon qui étaient vraiment excellents. En plat principal, j’ai choisi des spaghettis : bons dans l’ensemble, mais s’il vous plaît, même si nous sommes en Hollande… c’est du parmesan qu’on attend avec ce type de plat 🙂

- Monseur (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Sanders de Paauw. L’accueil était chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible, souriant et attentionné. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la région en toute tranquillité. Une très belle expérience du début à la fin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

- Nanda (9/5): - Locatie is top! Je wandelt zo het dorp in. Het hotel is schoon en hadden een mooie schone kamer met ruime badkamer. Het restaurant met terras doet erg gezellig goed aan! Het ontbijt zeer ruim gesorteerd. Omdat alles zo goed was is een punt van opbouwende kritiek toch gepast. Doe NOOIT meer de broodjes van de vorige dag opnieuw in de oven om ze opnieuw bij het ontbijt te serveren ;-). Het is allemaal zo perfect, hier schieten jullie jezelf in tekort.
