- Manuela (8/5): - Lage ist toll, kann viel zu Fuss ablaufen. Aussicht fenomenal. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, falls jemand Bedenken wegen der App hat, die man zwingend braucht um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Die AC im Schlafzimmer ist sehr laut. Alle Fenster waren komplett verschmiert.

Location really handy for AEP airport and downtown BA. Only minor things, e.g. some things in the flat were a little worn and could use some TLC such as the kitchenette doors/drawers being a bit flimsy. Also having to use an app to unlock the door is a bit of a faff to set up and use - would personally prefer a simple key/keycard.

- Daniel (6/5): Buenas y no tan buenas en una habitación "económica" del complejo. - Nos gustó que el ambiente era tranquilo, estaba bien ubicado y con una APP configurada en segundos era muy fácil acceder a la habitación desbloqueando la puerta desde el teléfono. La cama era blanda, grande, y las instalaciones cómodas. Había una vista aceptable de la calle y otros edificios de la ciudad, desde el piso 16 donde estuvimos. En las vistas promocionales solo mostraban fotos desde las habitaciones más altas y con mejores vistas, pero ya era obvio que ese era un truco de marketing y no esperaba esas vistas desde una habitación "económica" como la que reservé. Estuvimos en una habitación de las "económicas" que ofrecen, para 2 personas. El equipo de aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso. Nos costó dormir bien. Yo tuve que usar tapones de oídos (jamás me pasó algo así en otros alojamientos). Pedí en recepción alguna estufa silenciosa u otra solución, pero no hubo. El TV era pequeño y funcionaba bastante mal. Se colgaba, se cerraban las apps, o siempre costaba mucho que responda a los comandos. Las ollas o sartenes eran de teflon y estaban muy maltratados. No pudimos usarlos. Pero a decir verdad eso pasa en casi todos los apart en que hemos estado (y han sido muchos). Por lo descrito, si bien no la pasamos mal, veo que el costo beneficio no fue aceptable esta vez. Por otros comentarios que leí, supongo que las habitaciones más costosas están mejor cuidadas y posiblemente la estadía se disfrute mucho más.

- Sophia (6/5): Die Aussicht in der Maisonnette Wohnung macht nicht den Preis wett - Tolles Personal. Sie haben uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat einfach nicht gepasst. Wenn man 300€ für eine Nacht verlangt, muss man mehr bieten als die wahnsinnige Aussicht. Die Einrichtung war heruntergekommen und zum Teil waren die Stühle fleckig. Das Geschirr zum Teil schmutzig. Die Bäder zum Teil nicht sauber (Schimmel und Haare in den Ecken)

- Michele (8/5): Amazing view, great location, but a few negatives too - * Excellent location, close to restaurants and cafes * Amazing view if you are on a high floor * Comfortable room, spacious and with essential tools included * Helpful staff, especially Santiago! * Thin walls, could hear noisy neighbours at night (on the plus side, reception dealt with them eventually!) * Bad smell in the room (coming from corridor or ventilation system I don't know) * Gym equipment is old and non functioning * Cleanliness could be improved * Not a 'luxury' experience overall, common areas look a bit scruffy but the nice view makes up for it

- Fernando (9/5): Nos gustó mucho, 100% recomendable!!! - La ubicación fue perfecta para nosotros, tuvimos todo cerca, la zona es muy cómoda para caminar. El alojamiento tiene unas vistas increíbles y es realmente muy cómodo para pasar unos días. Los amenities(gimnasio y piscina/sauna) se disfrutaron también…lo cual hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera… Pudimos dejar nuestras valijas antes de ingresar y no tuvimos un solo problema. Cuando venís de afuera(España) los enchufes son distintos, y tuvimos que comprar adaptadores para tres patas(planas). El agua caliente tampoco fue muy caliente, tarda en salir… unos de los baños tarda más y se ducharon con agua fría. Lo último, el suelo estaba sin lavar… y si es algo que no gusta en un alojamiento de este nivel.

Not all rooms have a view - ours was on a low floor looking out at a wall. Do NOT pick this accommodation for the pool/jacuzzi facilities - they are extremely poorly maintained with mould all over the jacuzzi which was stone cold, dirty pool, garbage all around the pool area and very poorly maintained (and very few) chairs, clearly no maintenance. The images make it look like a nice place to hang out, but this is certainly not the case. They make you download an app to gain access to your room using your phone only - seems very convoluted and complex for a single nights stay. Would be convenient tho if staying longer.

- Agustín (4/5): Decepcionado - Considero que se destaca su ubicación y sus instalaciones. El desayuno también era variado , rico y a la altura del precio. No tiene servicio de limpieza ni servicio a la habitación. Para ir a desayunar todos los días se debe retirar un voucher. No te cambian las toallas , solo una por persona durante toda la estadía. La habitación es súper chica, en el balcón caben dos personas paradas y más nadie. En lo que refiere a valor precio no lo recomiendo para nada.
