Attention au choix. - L’emplacement, la vue Nous avons réservé un appartement 3 chambres et l’état de l’appartement est décevant. La moquette, l’état des canapés donne un aperçu global de sale, bien que l’équipe a certainement nettoyé au mieux. Les draps étaient très propres. Nous y avions déjà séjourné et étions tombés sur un appartement plus soigné, très sympa.

Zaza2012 (10/5): - La situation de l'hôtel, la disponibilité du personnel, en apparthôtel, la vue depuis l'appartement, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour On a pris un apparthôtel pour pouvoir aussi se faire à manger mais cela manquait beaucoup de vaisselle, surtout pour cuisiner et pas forcément en bon état.

Nora (10/5): Séjour ski et bains - L’hôtel se situe juste à côté de l’arrêt du car postal. À quelques minutes des remontées mécaniques. L’appartement avait une cuisine bien équipée ainsi que 2 chambres et un salon. Il y avait également une terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. Le lit double était très confortable. La chambre était bien rénovée et joliement décorée. Il y a un local à skis. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons.

Le seul côté positif est l’emplacement de l’hôtel. 3 jours sur place, rencontré une personne à la réception que lors de notre départ…par hasard !mais heureusement que nous avons pu lui faire état de notre appréciation : propreté catastrophique, des « minons » partout, de la saleté sur le sol de la salle de bain, paquets de poussière sur les rayons de la salle de bain…SCANDALEUX, tout ça pour un prix…usurpé…

Nicolas (7/5): Mouais. Bien mais pas incroyable ! - L'emplacement : proche du supermarché, des télécabines et des bains thermaux. Les lits étaient confortables. La kitchenette pour se faire à manger quand on a la flemme de ressortir. Le personnel de la réception était peu présent : il fallait les appeler au téléphone pour qu'ils viennent. En plus, leurs renseignements étaient pour le moins lacunaires. Manque d'équipement ; par exemple une seule cuiller à café ...

Commerces et télécabines à proximité, parking à disposition. Deux bémols: 1) Check-in à 16h et le check-out à 10h, c'est plutôt court... 2) Machine à café et bouilloire n'avaient pas été nettoyées, ces détails comptent.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très serviable et très sympathique. Le restaurant est très bien L’appartement n’est pas très bien équipé. Il manque des ustensiles en cuisine.

Magnifiques moments. - Déjeuner: Un bon buffet où l'on trouve du salé et du sucré pour la nourriture comme pour les boissons. Tout y est et en suffisance. Gros bémol pour la machine à café qui ne fait pas de bons cafés. La gentillesse et bienveillance du personnel au restaurant comme à l'hôtel (nous étions une grande famille avec petits enfants. Les chambres étaient prêtes à 16h. Déjeuner: la machine à café qui ne fait pas de bons cafés ...on a presque tout essayé :) Je dois le dire, les chambres de bains sont vieillottes, difficile de faire marcher le "mitigeur", pas possible d'accrocher sa douche(app403) !! On a tous vraiment beaucoup mieux à la maison! Dans une des suites familiales (app205), le robinet de l'eau chaude de la cuisine ne fonctionnait que s'il était ouvert à fond, s'en suivait une petite "explosion" et l'eau arrivait en force et ceci sur toute la période du séjour!! Être en station, en Suisse avec les prix établis ...même si acceptés avec photos lors de la réservation, bizarre quand même de devoir constater tout ça!
Mathieu (7/5): - Excellent emplacement, à proximité immédiate des commerces et à 200m des télécabines. Surface d'appart. et aménagement parfaitement confortable pour 3, balcon avec superbe vue degagée. Propre dans l'ensemble. Réception et service de nettoyage sur place. L'appartement a subi des rafraîchissements somaires depuis la construction mais la cuisine (que je conseille de remplacer dans son intégralité) et la salle de bain restent dans leur jus (probablement des années 70 ou 80). Certains éléments dans la cuisine sont en effet défectueux et n'ont pas été trouvés propres. Quelques autres défauts pourtant très peu coûteux sont à réparer (mitigeur de la douche, verrouillage de la porte du balcon par ex.). Une seule clé. Parking sans garantie de place.
