• Luc (4/5): Un hôtel sans WiFi en 2026 et un patron qui évite l'explication - Ce fût très agréable d'être logé au dernier étage et de profiter d'une vue imprenable Cependant 52 marches sans ascenseur avec des bagages ..... ! L'exploitant présent n'a pas eu l'amabilité de reconnaître l'absence de WiFi dans son établissement. Il a préféré laisser sa jeune réceptionniste se débrouiller avec moi pendant qu'il rangeait sa terrasse. Courage fuyons le dialogue. Le restaurant à proximité a tout-à-fait été capable de fournir un signal WiFi L'établissement commence à vieillir et aurait besoin de certains rafraîchissements (voir photos)

• Phil (8/5): Angenehme An- und -Abreise, wunderschöner Aufenthalt. - Wir hatten ein modernes Zimmer bekommen, welches eine grosse gemeinschaftsterasse hatte. Vollständige Ausstattung und eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Restaurants und das Meer sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Bad ist etwas älter, jedoch sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gross und vielseitig! -

Fußläufig kaum zu erreichen, da das Hotel am Hang oben liegt. Wenn auch nicht unbedingt nötig..... kein TV auf den Zimmern.

Place de parking réservée. Petit déjeuner complet. Beaucoup de bruits perceptibles entre les chambres ainsi que dans la chambre (frigo). Manque de confort au niveau de la literie. Pas de télévision.

• Matthias (8/5): Wahnsinns-Ausblick und sehr nette Gastgeber - Die Lage und der Ausblick war ein Traum, das Zimmer war sauber und das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, auch da gab's nichts auszusetzen. Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, allein schon wegen der Aussicht auf den löeinen Hafen und das Meer Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche der zeitweise plötzlich komplett weg war. Nach 1-2Minuten ging es dann aber immer wieder (vermutlich wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig geduscht haben)

• Berndt (7/5): - Die Lage ist absolut top. Es gibt ein gutes Frühstück mit toller Aussicht. Nebenan ist ein schickes Restaurant... Das Zimmer war nicht so toll, im Bad gab es kaum Ablageflächen und ein TV gab es auch nicht. Alleine die Aussicht hat das Zimmer aufgewertet. Da es auch keinen Balkon gibt, konnte man sich Abends am Frühstücksgebäude hinsetzen.

• Dorothe (7/5): Zimmer unmöglich, Frühstück sehr gut - Top Frühstück, gute Lage und Aussicht (auf einem Berg, 15 min. Fußweg ins Dorf) Zimmer: Jugendherbergsausstattung und Flair (3 Metallbetten, 1 kl. Tisch, 1 Mini-Kühlschrank, mehr nicht!!!!). Es gab nicht mal Platz, um 3 Koffer hinzustellen!!! Man zahlt für 3 Personen, aber es passen keine 3 Koffer ins Zimmer, das Bad hatte nur einen Haken für 1 Handtuch und es gab keinerlei Ablagen, weder im Zimmer noch im Bad. Nasse Handtücher kann man nirgendwo zum Trocknen aufhängen. Die Dusche ist so klein und eng, dass sich ein Erwachsener beim Haarewaschen die Ellenbogen anstößt. Also: Zimmer unmöglich. Frühstück sehr gut.

• Andra (10/5): Exceptional - The view is simply amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. It is close to Santa Maria Navaresse port, from where you can take boat tours to see the Baunei Coast, which is the most amazing part of Sardinia, in my opinion. Breakfast was good, only the coffee needs a bit on an improvement. Next to the hotel you will find a nice restaurant with a great view. Their pizza is awesome.

• Laura (6/5): Great breakfast in a lovely location. Santa Maria Navaresse is underrated! - The location is great. It's situated at the top of a hillside overlooking the ocean. The walk to the village is easy. Breakfast was great and the room had AC. The balconies were nice as well. Parking is great. The beds weren't very comfortable. Our first room had ants in it and when we brought it to the attention of the owner, we were able to change rooms. There is nowhere to drop your bags ahead of check in, there is no one even at the property during the mid day hours. The hallways have these high pitched sound machines for bugs I believe that gave me a headache. I got so many bug bites regardless. Bring bug spray!

• María (9/5): Superb - The view from the hostel is simply amazing. From the hostel you can do a lovely hike of approx 1 hour to pedra longa, it is quite scenic. The staff were kind, very helpful providing a lot of information of activities to do. I can confirm that the recommendation for the boat trip went well, it was a good deal. The hostel is in a hill about 15 min walk of city centre, and there is not public transportation. If you have your own transport I think that is not problem at all. You might want to contact the host way before if you want to do an early check-in as the reception is closed before 15 h.
• ANASTPANAG (8/5): Great view, simple cozy apartments. Could be a bit better - Great view. Cozy apartments. Nice location, next to the start of the trail. Could have a private fridge instead of a shared one though. Prefer the top floors which are quieter, have better view and are more fresh. Polite and friendly staff. Last, the air-conditioning needs cleaning and disinfection. It seems as though it has never been maintained... And perhaps it hasn't.

The breakfast area is big and offers something fresh for anyone. The rooms and the actual building are outdated and would need a renovation, especially the rooms. They had a smell from the toilet. The rooms were very old school with no charm. The bed was not comfy. The AC was barely functioning.

You don't need to pay extra for private parking Room was quite old-fashioned and the lights were cold, giving the room a terrifying aspect. Bed wasn't really comfortable

• Khamlia (10/5): Outstanding - one of the best place I have been at - I liked everything, it was a marvelous place to stay and I would like to stay there yet. Ostello is located on the hill with a wonderful, breathtaking view, I could sit on the balcony the whole time and look and enjoy. The room was very nice and reasonable, comfortable beds and bathroom also. Wifi worked very good. Signora and all staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast wonderful. There were many stairs, so if you have difficult to go up in the stairs, consider if you can manage it or not. But, when you come up to your room, you forget the stairs and think they were worth the breath, as the view is, as I said, outstanding.

• 507emilyn (6/5): Great views but very dated - The views from Ostello Bellavista are beautiful, our room was spotless and everyone was very friendly. Having said that, it was a 15 minute uphill walk out of the main village and it is very dated. I also found the beds uncomfortably hard. Good value though and the breakfast was good. We took ours out to the terrace but we seemed to be the only ones!

• Robby_Cristian (10/5): Piu bella vista sul mare - This was our second stay at Ostello Bellavista. The views over the sea, porto and the villages around Santa Maria Navaresse are fabulous. Ostello Bellavista is a small hotel run with pride by a nice family. We've been treated excellent, this is the reason we continue to come back. Breakfast is ample and tasty. Grazie Ostello Bellavista!!
• Mike096 (10/5): Great views and excellent value - We had a balcony room on the top floor which was quiet, clean and spacious, with a fantastic view across the bay to a group of rocky islands. The decoration was a little spartan, but with that view you don't need anything else! Bed was large and comfortable, good bathroom with shower and bidet. Shared fridge in the corridor. The hotel is situated right at the edge of town - it's the last building before the coast path starts, above the port. Plenty of parking. It's a popular viewpoint for visitors. The staff spoke enough English to help us and were very hospitable. Breakfast and dinner are served in a separate buiding below the rooms but with the same fantastic view. Breakfast is a cold buffet with plenty of choice including fresh fruit and coffee made to order. They offer a set dinner for €18, for 3 courses with wine and water, with a couple of choices for each course. This was both delicious and excellent value - we ate there on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, and was better than anything else we found in Santa Maria.
• 950catek (8/5): wish we'd stayed longer - A little tricky to find but well worth it. We arrived early and were allowed to check in to a lovely high room with a balcony. The views are amazing. The beaches nearby are fabulous and we spent the afternoon there. We made the right decision to eat at the Hotel, the food is great and so cheap! Would love to stay there again.

Watch the sun rise in the morning and enjoy the great hospitality of the staff. A tiny little bit of Italian helps a long way. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and there is an excellent continental breakfast. It's very reasonably priced. It's at the start of the Pedra Longa walk - a spectacular coastal track. I loved this place!
• Birdie3 (10/5): Amazing View, Comfortable Hotel - Did I say amazing view? It was spectacular and it was hard to not sit on the balcony watching the sea. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was fine with a fairly good selection. The wifi was sporadic and not available in the room but I didn't mind. There are great hiking opportunities right by the hotel. There are many beautiful beaches in this area. The hike to Cala Goloritze which begins in Baunei but was well worth it. Incredible! This is a great area and a great hotel.
• samesame2011 (8/5): Stunning view, a full 3 star hotel - We came here after staying in a 4 star resort and I noticed very few differences. Indeed, the view was better here, the room bigger and the service was more or less the same. The only bad thing was a smell of humid air from the bathroom, but I guess it was specific for our room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• Robby_Cristian (10/5): Great hotel in Baunei area - Simple, clean and very welcoming! This is the way I like to describe Ostello Bellavista. With its excellent location, this hotel overlooks the marina in Santa Maria Navarresse. The vista is superb. We have made Ostallo Bellavista our home for two nights, while visiting Cala Goloritze am surroundings. We have loved the breakfast here; the fruits, cornetos and other goodies were plentiful each morning. I highly recommend this family run hotel.
