• Andrea (10/5): Soggiorno incantevole in un palazzo davanti ad un castello - Siamo stati ricevuti con grande calore e familiarità in un albergo decisamente elegante. Si tratta di un palazzo signorile molto ben ristrutturato. C’è una stanza angolare di grande ampiezza con balconi su due affacci diversi. Tutto era rivestito di marmo e le finestre arredate con bellissimi tendaggi. La stanza è dotata dei più moderni accorgimenti. Il bagno era una vera spa. A colazione c’era l’imbarazzo della scelta, e la prerogativa, ovviamente, erano leccornie pugliesi . La gentilezza e la premura del personale valgono il soggiorno Nulla da rilevare

• Michael (10/5): Palazzo-Feeling in Besceglie - Schönes Zimmer in neu renoviertem alten Palazzo inmitten der Altstadt, das Hotel kümmert sich um die Genehmigung in die Einfahrt der ZTL, sodass man mit dem Auto vor bis zum Hotel fahren kann, Parkplätze sind einige direkt vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Das Service ist sehr freundlich, man wird über alles wesentliche inklusive Vorschläge für empfehlenswerte Restaurants und mögliche Touren informiert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig, die Lage ruhig. Erwähnenswert auch das Frühstück, nicht nur Buffet, sondern es wird persönlich zusammengestellt. Die Auswahl vielfältig, von salzig bis süß, mit regionalen und internationalen Gerichten. Was man noch besser machen könnte: wenn im Zimmer noch einige Bilder aus der aktiven Zeit des Palazzos hängen würden, wäre es perfekt! :-)

• Tracy (10/5): A spectacular find in an amazing town - not to be missed. - We had a room with two balconies and spectacular views. We arrived at almost midnight and reception were brilliant and had organised our parking permit. The staff were all very helpful and cheery. It was perfect!

Staff were very friendly and despite not English speaking, we got everything sorted. Breakfast was a good variety and the free parking facility in front of the hotel is an added bonus. Very central for walking and exploring the pretty old town and the harbour area with many coffee shops and restaurants. Would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facility in the room.

Facilities were new and a great value. Getting really picky here since it was a great experience. Would have liked some lean protein options included in breakfast. What was available was very traditional for Italian breakfast. It was good. The air raid sirens daily 2 times per day, while a good reminder of the past history were unwelcome for those who want to sleep in beyond 8 am

• Michael (9/5): - Lovely smaller independent hotel just inside Bisceglie's pretty old town and within easy walking distance of the delightful harbour, this is a great place to stay not too far from Bari which is itself easily accessible by car or train. Although relatively small, the room was beautifully decorated and furnished, and had lovely views over a small square towards the old castle, and the bathroom was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the delightful terrace. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and lovely personal touches such as the welcome drinks were much appreciated. Parking in the square outside was easy and the room was very quiet, even in the evening when the small town comes to life! Definitely to be recommended.

• Patrick (10/5): Beautiful Stay – We Wish It Was Longer! - We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Bonomi in Bisceglie. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a smile and a welcome drink, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. Both of our rooms were modern, spotless, and beautifully appointed, with very comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The location is ideal — right in the heart of town, just a short and pleasant walk to the port area and the local shops. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Above all, the staff really stood out: attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We would absolutely recommend Palazzo Bonomi to anyone visiting Bisceglie and look forward to returning ourselves. Nothing comes to mind!

Nothing, but the only thing it could do to improve is providing water in the room on arrival. But that’s very minor!
