- Ronald (3/5): - The breakfast was serviceable. The location was good for our purposes: visiting family and attending our granddaughter's track meet. The room was comfortable in spite of the frustrating maintenance issues we encountered. The check-in was slow because one of the two people at the check-in desk was a person in training who needed significant help to complete process. This was especially problematic for three reasons: 1) The hotel was busy because there were two weddings that had booked blocks of rooms for that weekend. 2) The hotel was undergoing a system changeover which did not permit the use of the mobile app to check-in or gain entry to the rooms. 3) Some of the keys were "bad" and did not allow the desk to issue more than one key for a room in spite of the fact that there was more than one guest in the room. There was no coffee service available for a considerable length of time on the morning of May 16th because the coffee machine in the kitchen was "broken." The bathroom sink in our room did not drain properly which resulted in debris floating up into the sink, an unsanitary situation which made it unusable. The initial solution was an offer to send maintenance to our room next morning, an unacceptable option. We had to request that we be moved to a new room which was reluctantly done. After moving to the new room, the handle on the toilet fell off on the second use. Fortunately, my husband was able to reattach the handle, a puzzling task since it is reverse threaded. All in all our first evening in Springhill Suites was frustrating and unacceptable. The problems we encountered could have been more easily remedied if the management had prepared better for the system changeover and prioritized guest service.

- Adam (1/5): - Absolutely nothing, Booking.com was a joke, just like the hotel. First off, don't take my reservation and provide a reservation number that means absolutely nothing when you get to the hotel. My family was at a time of crisis, 48hrs. Of no water, no heat, no electricity. We book through booking, recieved confirmation email with reservation # and all. We drive to the hotel, they chuckle at the desk and say here's another one. Laugh say Booking.com reservation means nothing to the hotel. Was never confirmed with them, was never approved through them. They follow up by saying they have no rooms available for my family after a 45 minute drive there. Literally laughing at us and the situation at the front desk. Then when I speak with somebody over phone from Booking.com they couldn't help assist at all. It was absolutely unsatisfactory experience I will never recommend to any family or friends to use Booking.com, matter fact, I will tell everyone to avoid at all cost using Booking.com. Horrible experience, Horrible Customer Service, and not professional at all. Not the hotel, and not the person on the phone from Booking.com.

- Altagrace (9/5): It was pretty awesome - I liked the free breakfast that was included with my stay. Staff were very pleasant and professional. The small indoor pool. I wish the pool was bigger and even have another one outdoor.

- Ebone (10/5): Great place to stay! - I love how the check in was so easy and quick. The room was nice and big, very nice for the price. I did not like pet fee my daughter has a disability and needed her emotional support dog and the cost additional was $50 on top of the room fee. Plus once I got in my room behind my chair/sofa it was plastic soda bottles not sure who cleaned the room hours before I checked in to my room. Plus my daughter said it was spot of brown stuff on her sheets in the bed. I did not stay anything to the front desk, I just did not want any problems or wanted the front desk to think I was complaining. Please look into getting some Beef or Turkey sausage for breakfast most people are getting always from Pork products. I was a little disappointed that it was not other choice of meat, other than pork. (Very sad).
