• Millaray (8/5): - Bien dentro de todo, lo mejor, el desayuno muy bueno y variado. Las camas demasiado blandas e inestables, las almohadas demasiado chicas y solo una por persona donde lo más importante es un buen descanso luego de un largo viaje. Recomiendo ver este tema que considero fundamental.

• Janik (10/5): Clean, comfy and great breakfast, will stay afain! - Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Love the white bedding, it looks sanitary and super clean. Rooms are very quiet and soundproof. And the shower has great pressure. Location was not terrible, very close to the metro line S. There is a construction and the bus lines to the airport are poorly labeled.

• Anna Maria Edda (8/5): Der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht war optimal - Man kann im Zimmer nichts vergessen. Für kurze Aufenthalte sehr gut geeignet. Gut ist, dass in der Nacht das Licht allein angeht, wenn man aufstehen will. Für kurze Aufenthalte war alles i.O.

• Brigitte (1/5): Eine schlaflose, viel zu heiße Nacht mit nächtlichem Zimmerwechsel und einem völlig unzureichenden Umgang mit Beschwerde - Der Check-in verlief noch relativ unkompliziert und das Personal war zunächst freundlich. Die Nacht war absolut unzumutbar. In unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer 516 funktionierte die Klimaanlage offenbar nicht, wodurch wir bei 30 Grad (laut Display) im Zimmer schlafen sollten – bei komplett verschlossenen Fenstern, die nicht zu öffnen waren. An Schlaf war so nicht zu denken. Gegen 2:30 Uhr mussten wir zur Rezeption gehen und um Hilfe bitten. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis reagiert wurde. Erst gegen 3 Uhr nachts konnten wir schließlich das Zimmer wechseln – inklusive komplettem Umpacken, Anziehen und Umziehen mitten in der Nacht. Das Ersatzzimmer war zwar etwas kühler (24 Grad), aber nur, weil man dort zumindest das Fenster auf Kipp stellen konnte – eine echte Lösung ist das nicht. Beim Check-out wurde die Situation von uns erneut angesprochen. Die Reaktion war schlichtweg enttäuschend und frech: Uns wurde gesagt, „es ging ja allen so, die Probleme kenne man schon“, und als einzige „Wiedergutmachung“ wurde uns ein Kaffee angeboten. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Erstattung, kein Entgegenkommen – eine absolute Frechheit.
• Josef Faßbender (5/5): - Die Lage ist für den Einsatz am Flughafen sehr gut gelegen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung Das Frühstück ist nicht der Burner und im Umfang nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Die Beschallung im Frühstücks- und Thekenbereich ist viel zu laut.

• Alessandro (1/5): Nightmare in Frankfurt at Moxy - Questa è stata la mia peggior esperienza in un hotel. Mi sono recato presso un hotel della catena Marriott a Francoforte, un quattro stelle, e devo dire che è stato disastroso. Al nostro arrivo, il lavandino del bagno era bloccato: l'acqua non defluiva e rimaneva tutta lì. Come è possibile che le pulizie non si siano accorte di un problema così grave? Inoltre, i cuscini erano duri e piccoli, tanto che ho sofferto di mal di testa per tutte e due le notti. Una delle notti mi sono dovuto alzare alle 3 del mattino e scendere nella hall perché non riuscivo a dormire. Alla richiesta di un cuscino diverso, mi è stato risposto che ne avevano solo uno di quel tipo. È inaccettabile per un hotel di questa categoria. Esperienza mai più da ripetere, assolutamente negativa.

• Elke (8/5): - Lage Unser Fernseher ging leider nicht dann hat man uns angeboten in ein anderes Zimmer umzugehen ziehen. Nachdem wir alles umgeladen hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass im nächsten Zimmer auch der Fernseher nicht ging weil das ein zentrales ! Problem war , den Zimmerwechsel hätte man sich sparen können.

Staff were lovely upon check in and during breakfast There was no kettle in the rooms which is quite disappointing as being able to make a cup of tea in the morning would have been nice. Its a staple in hotels, so not having one reduces the value for money for me. It was also super cold, staff said it was central heating thats why. I had requested to change rooms which a staff member nicely agreed to, but made no difference
