The welcome drink was very appreciated. I did not test the pool but the area on the terrace was spaceful and nice, with nice views. the views from the hotel top terrace are also nice. No so much to say here: it is a classical hotel, things work.

- Vannessa (10/5): El mejor hotel de Pucallpa - Wow todo me encantó pero lo que hace que este sea uno de los top hoteles en Pucallpa es la calidez de su personal. Desde el señor Oscar en el restaurante que nos alegraba cada mañana a la hora del desayuno como la recepcionista. La infraestructura es buen, tiene ascensor haciéndolo amigable para personas con movilidad reducida. Los cuartos son amplios , la piscina es perfecta para adultos y niños. El sauna que se encuentra en el S1 es lindo y te da la opción de reservar una sesión de masajes (con paga) espectaculares. El primer cuarto que me entregaron tenía el aire acondicionado a modo de rejilla y el sonido era algo incómodo para nosotros que estábamos con un bebé. Todo lo demás TOP.
