- Denise (9/5): - L'accueil attentionné du personnel. Nos valises (laissées en conciergerie durant notre excursion à Balabac) étaient déjà placées dans notre nouvelle chambre à notre arrivée. La navette nous a amenés gratuitement très tôt le matin à l'aéroport le lendemain matin. Très appréciable. Chambre avec quatre lits (pour trois adultes), avec moins de place que la première mais pas très important pour une seule nuit.

En zijn info klopt niet. De locatie is niet leuk we zouden er niet terugkomen. Het advies over transport naar port Barton en het regelen daarvan was ronduit slecht. De transportfirma deed alles fout en als de eigenaar had willen helpen dan kon hij dat doen maar hij deed niet …
- Michal (8/5): - Very nice and friendly staff. They ordered us a tuk tuk, a transfer, arranged an earlier breakfast, nothing was a problem. Always a choice of three breakfasts, which were really very good. Everything was clean. We had booked a room with a terrace facing a quiet street, unfortunately it was not really quiet and without earplugs it was impossible to fall asleep. The room was smaller, it was not even possible to spread out the suitcase there. A little further to the center, but there is no problem getting there by public transport.

- Silke (10/5): Warm welcome and perfect organized - Casa Belina is the perfect choice after a long flight. Near the Airport but quiet , there is a free Airport Shuttle good breakfast and Perfect Organisation. They picked us up although it was nearly midnight and 2 members of the staff waited in front of Casa Belina. It was such a warm welcome! For the next day they organisied they Transport to the Bus Terminal very easily. We highly recommend this place. Due to a Flight change we only had one night. Wished we could have stayed longer. You can also do nice Tours (they Organise it as well) and have Casa Belina as a homebase. We would do it next time.

- Evan (10/5): - The staff were absolutely brilliant showing true hospitality on my stay even with me being sick in my room they checked in on me and made sure to drop my breakfast up to me each day to make sure I was comfortable. Only thing I will say for constructive criticism is about the beds is the duvet (or lack of) was very light not providing much cover/insulation at night from the A/C. Other than that I would very much recommend especially with the included transportation to and from the airport. Great value.

After we arrived, they offered us a drink and went over all of the different tours, and then, booked them directly for us. They provided a home-cooked breakfast each morning and had it ready for us prior to the arrival of our shuttle. Anthony was particularly professional & his attention to detail really made our stay that much more enjoyable. We are a family of five, so it is not always easy finding accommodations. We all stayed comfortably in one room. Great stay!

We started our stay with a complementary van transfer from Puerto Princesa airport to the hotel and were welcomed by Jane when we arrived. This property is extremely clean and the staff do well to make you feel at home. Jane was also very helpful in booking us a city tour as well as arranging transportation for the next part of our trip. If we ever go back to Puerto Princesa, we will definitely book at Casa Belina again.

- ENRIQUE (10/5): - I’ve traveled quite a few destinations and this Casa Belina is one of the best tourist inns that I have stayed at. The entire staff are all very courteous and friendly, the rooms are kept clean always, the WiFi provides very strong signal, the owner is really hands-on (he even was at the main door of the lobby to welcome us when we arrived). Airport pick-up & drop-off very precise timing. The front desk staff Tony & Jane took care of all our tour package bookings to the Underground River, Honda Bay island hopping and City Tour. I will definitely recommend this place when you come and visit Puerto Princesa !!!
