• Everson (10/5): Was a nice start to a week vacation, was quiet, peaceful and enjoyable! The staff here were amazing! - Mrs. Pam was awesome!!! she made me feel at home, and the other pam was awesome too, as well as the front desk guy, cant remember his name sorry bud! Even the cleaning ladies were awesome! i will def come back! GRITS! or even pancakes rather than waffles, but otherwise i was satisfied with everything. Just a general suggestion, but maybe put some bottle waters in the fridges for guests? they are generally inexpensive and and provides a drink when your thirsty.

• Dancares2 (8/5): Honestly a great stay. - We enjoyed our stay at the Cobblestone Hotel in Orrville because the room was clean and peaceful. The treadmill in the gym was inoperable, but was repairable. The breakfast menu could use a little help with the choice of protein served. I thought the bacon and the sausage links were good, but the ham slices chosen were unremarkable. Overall, our stay was great. When a problem came up, staff were quick to respond and rectify the problem right away.

• 703luanng (10/5): Grateful Indeed! - While we did not end up staying at the Cobblestone in Orrville due to a change in plans, I wanted to give a shout out of thanks to Jim. He worked to make a reservation for my father who is 92, extremely vision impaired and on a limited income that was financially and logistically possible. He offered the same price for my room as I was staying expressly to be available to Dad. Our plans changed or we would have been very grateful guests indeed!
• LoriA443 (10/5): Always the best customer service!! - We come once a year for a girls scrapbooking weekend......there are 6 of us. We use the meeting room and spend the night. This hotel has by far the best customer service of any hotel around, from the front desk, cleaning, breakfast area --- everyone greets us with a smile and is always willing to help with whatever we may need. The rooms are nice and clean, beds comfortable, food good --- no complaints!

The beds were good, the included breakfast was good, and for all this goodness, the price was fair. Without a doubt this is the hotel we are going to when we come to visit family.

• 947graciet (10/5): Great first stay at Cobblestone Hotel - We had a great first experience at the Cobblestone Hotel! From the beginning we were kindly greeted and checked in at the front desk. The lobby and surrounding areas on the first floor were very tidy. We got to our room with no issues, and the room was also very clean. The lounge was very nice at night to grab a snack and a drink. Overall great experience and great price!

It is pet friendly which is a big plus for those who like to travel with their furry friends! The complimentary coffee in the lobby is greatly appreciated after a long drive. Good breakfast and bar area. Very kind staff! The breakfast area is a little small but the lines move fast.
• russellbB2320HP (10/5): Wonderful Happy Hotel!!! - This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The staff is what makes this feel like a second home. It is located in a great area. The accommodations are comfortable and amenities are perfect. The morning breakfast has a variety of choices that are good. And the bar open in evenings is a nice wind down locations at the end of the day. They have a nice pantry if you want a snack of a meal that can be heated in microwave or the on-site pizza oven. Can't give this a better rating than 10!!!!

• G3735ISmarilynb (10/5): Great place at great price - Our stay was wonderful! It was clean and fresh. Staff was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. We brought our grandkids to use the pool and it was nice and warm and they swam a long time. The only thing I would advise is goggles. Something was too strong as their eyes were hurting afterwards and my swimsuit was faded. I’m sure it was just a fluke and will be rectified. They are great there. Staff even found me in the lobby before I left as I forgot something in the room. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and friendly helpful staff, breakfast has good variety and is always well stocked and clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, spacious quiet room, never hear other guests, and the room is always clean. Had a mini refrigerator and microwave with a good selection of teas and coffee. We stay here whenever we visit.

Nice mixture of different things to sample. Cable was out. Bed frame was broken when we arrived but a maintenance employee fixed it. Hit my shin on it. Shower tub is kind of small.

If you're planning to visit Amish country (Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek, Berlin, Millersburg), this is a great place to stay. Be sure to try breakfast at Mrs. J's restaurant in downtown Orrville.
