Za te pieniądze to chyba najlepszy stosunek jakości do ceny w Pattaya. Lokalizacja jest delikatnym minusem, warto mieć motocykl, lub jakiś inny środek transportu, który i tak w tak dużym mieście jak Pattaya jest niezbędny. Do sklepów i restauracji jest niedaleko.

They didn't clean my room once in a month of staying there I did it and didn't give me clean towels of duvet one of the reasons I left early for my flight home to bangkok.allso swimming pool was not in use first week of my stay it was ok because I went to Bangkok a few times .would I stay here again yes but not coming back to Pattaya for a few years now staying in Bangkok .

- marc (6/5): - Many things needed repair pool was broken many place spa close 15 days nothing change staff was compreensive but they put drink in the freezer at the beggining and never sayd we ad to pay for them at the end they tell you you have to pay the drink from the beggining lucky they did not charge me for toilet papper asphalt going to te resort was a lot damage hole everywhere dangerous to drop with bike outside the resort ceramic tile all wet i drop on the floor heading to get my grab food hearting my shoulder and foot could have been worst they did not dry the tile for 3 days left that slipy like it was full of flowers falling from tree batroom drain was so dirty i think they did not clean it for 5 years straight the only good thing about the resort is that they dont border you with anything if you want a quiet place with no service go train resort

- Douzie (2/5): Horrible, not safe at all - The staff was the only positive about my stay The room was infested with cockroaches, every day I was killing them like 5-6 of them , there were small flies in the bathroom. I bought insecticide but only helped for the flies , cockroach kept coming. There is zero supervision of who enters the resort , there is no security either, doesn't feel safe.I never seen this , open doors for everyone .As a result there are people hanging out in the resort and on the parking with loud music. The parking is just in front of my room , so every time the noise, and most of the cars weren't from guests but people outside. During 2 weeks there was no WiFi , I mentioned many times, every time they told me someone is going to have a look. The pictures of the room are deceiving too. For this price you ll find much better
- Can (10/5): Exceptional - All the staffs are very attentive and helpful. It is a good place to stay in the city and it is cheap. I will come back again next time.
- Andy (7/5): Good for short stay - Good location only 10 min driving to the beach ,has nice pool and great free breakfast On second day had to move rooms and gave me a twin bed room even though I booked a double bed room ,bar closed at 3.00pm in the afternoon and restaurant was closed after breakfast

- Marc (1/5): Horrible - Nothing, not at all like the pictures, very outdated and broken. Dirty and disgusting Everything, very dirty, very outdated, stuff were broken, staff was unwelcome and rude as hell as soon as you walk through the door. They just sit on their phones scrolling facebook and give you disgusting looks when you stand there waiting for service. And when they finally find time to stop scrolling facebook they give you such an attitude, as if you were interupting their facebooking. ALSO THEY WANT A 500 baht deposit, which they will try and scam you for. So make sure you take pictures of their broken down rooms and ask for a reciept if you’re desperate enough to book here.

- Olga (8/5): I liked the place, it was nice to stay for the night. But the hotel is too old - I really liked that it’s the duplex room. It’s my favorite type of the layout. Staff of the restaurant was so nice and friendly But I didn’t like that room was so old and dirty. There were big spots on the couch, pillows. The stairs were so unstable and creaked a lot. The room badly needs at least cosmetic repairs

From the very beginning, I had major issues with the WiFi – it either didn’t work at all or was so slow (2 Mbps) that it was unusable. When I asked at reception, they told me that if I wanted “fast internet,” I had to upgrade my room and pay extra – something that was never mentioned before. To make things even worse, a huge cockroach fell onto my bed during my stay, making the experience completely unacceptable. I had to leave and book another hotel. The hotel promised a refund for the second night, and Booking.com even sent a request for approval, but to this day, they have not processed it. Unprofessional and dishonest – avoid this place at all costs.

- Angelo (1/5): Never again - Nothing It started at the check in…staff not even show room and do little effort to explain where exactly it is. Had to walk back with all luggage because felt confused…when i found the room and opened the door it literally smelled like s*hit. Told staff about it and got some air refresher, told me they will check room in 1hr (never came to check). The water heater was broken. Only cold water. The staff again didnt care at all. Told me to write it in the review so here it is my honest review and experience at this place. Staff is so careless like they smoke opium or something.

- Mark (4/5): Not the best definitely not the worst - This place needs drastic improvement no water in the morning from taps or when you go to the toilet you cannot flush the toilet and can't make the coffee gym equipment broken the owner seems not want to invest the beds two single mattresses no good if you are a couple but end up falling when mattresses split. You do get water everyday and coffee,rooms can be cleaned every day if required food is ok 150 baht have to pay for a sauna, the owner has no vision on improving on how it could be . I'd give this a two star at best staff are very good. The air con is placed in wrong area should not be over the bed. No knife or fork two glasses,two cups two spoons have pay for cans in the room cheaper to buy at lotus supermarket. Cheap & cheerful not the best. walls a like paper hear everything Read above it says it all The owner has a lack of vision for improvement
- Sergio (8/5): Very good - Tranquility, good bed and room size. The breakfast was great by the swimming pool. Easy to get a moto for rent or go around with the grab or bolt. First room i got had a rock hard bed and wasn't fresh , but got a very nice room the next day, that was perfect.
