- Scott (9/5): Helpful staff, great location, good breakfast - Valet parking was so convenient and all the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was the best we had in Korea with a good mix or Western and Asian cuisine and it all tasted fresh. The rooms are small but the staff upgraded us so that our baby could have some more room. I don't usually review on booking.com but this stay was worth providing some good feedback.

- Jeeeun (8/5): - 친절한 직원분들이고 시설도 무난했습니다. 다소 낡은 시설이어서 완전 깨끗 이런건 아니었습니다. 가격대비는 가성비 좋았고 주차도 안내 잘해주셔서 어렵지 않았어요. 한식 아침식사는 깔끔했고 가격도 괜찮았는데 좀 짜네요 ^^;; 한가지 제안드리고 싶은건 룸키를 재발행시엔 신원확인을 간단하게라도 하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 방에 키를 두고 나와서 다시 요청드렸는데 제 방인지 확인을 안하시더라고요.. 혹시나 누군가 제방키를 큰 어려움 없이 재발행할수도 있다고 생각하니 좀 걱정은 되었습니다.

- yukako shibata (10/5): 朝食のために何度でも行きたいホテル！ - とにかく一番は朝食が美味しかったことです！体調が良くなくて最終日に朝食が食べれなかったことを何度後悔したか・・・あと、何時に帰ってもフロントに人がいてくれる点はすごく安心できました。チェックインの時に対応してくれた方に何度も声をかけてもらい、すごく嬉しかったです。簡単な日本語も通じます。クリーニング担当の方に、どうせ連泊だし手間かけるのもなぁと掃除しなくていいよと声をかけましたが、いいよいいよ～って、きれいに掃除してくれました。全体的にホスピタリティにあふれるホテルでした。 駅も近く、周辺のお店は何でもあるし、困ることがないくらい整っています。 水原に行くならまた絶対に宿泊したいホテルです！超おススメします。 ない！！

I could borrow a power adaptor from the front desk. 3인실로서는 방이 너무 작음. The family twin was too small for 3 people. 침대옆 콘센트 찾기 힘듬, 매트리스를 제치고 찾음. I found that a wall socket to charge my mobile phone was behind my mattress. Thus, I had to move it. 노트북 같은 것 쓸 수 있는 책상이 없음. There is No table for a laptop. 있는 화장대도 인터넷 공유기가 1/3을 차지 할 정도로 너무 작음. The dressing table was too small.

I stayed on the Ladies floor a few nights as well and it was amazing, with a few extra complimentary items for females. Maybe breakfast could be open a little longer then it was for the lazy ones!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Great access to local restaurants, transport and shopping. Staff were ok, but struggled with English. Most of my issues were minor and with the room itself(Suite Room), but just made for a collection of things that if I knew ahead of time, I probably would have chosen a different hotel. Here is my list: Dark and gloomy, bad and minimal lighting throughout the bathroom and lounge. Front door, bathroom door open out, blocks the walkway. Desk is too narrow for working on a laptop. A single key, so no power while out. Card slot for power was dodgy, power would drop out in the room at random. Aircon controls are broken, the temperature was always incorrect, required lots of fiddling. Lighting controls were also flaky. The bedroom lounge was much smaller than I expected. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap mislabelled.

I stayed 10th and 13th floor for 7 days, one of the bathroom seems to need repairs. The staff was kind and breakfast was good. I plan to stay for only 3 days during my next trip. Thank you.

I like the free water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good shower. noise in the toilet, maybe the water in the toilet tank. It was occasional but it disrupted my sleep. My colleague was not bothered by it. It was ok, and not really a big problem.

The breakfast options were American breakfast or Korean traditional breakfast - we got the Korean breakfast, and it was delicious! Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and spoke English well. Hotel location was fine, there are lots of businesses nearby, but is outside the fortress wall of Suwon. Breakfast was not included (additional cost).

I was very shocked once when I stepped in a different hotel in South Korea which I made a reservation after seeing some photos. It was totally different and dirty not like photos. So I had spent time to search to find a nice hotels with lots of good reviews since I really hated to sleep on a dirty, uncared bed and I found this hotel. This hotel was the one that I expected that had clean bed sheets and nice room condition. There are so many restaurants and convenience stores near so I didn’t have to worry. Very closed subway and bus stations. I used to stay in hotels in Seoul when I visit South Korea with my family. But now I consider to bring my family this hotel staying without any worries.
