Stanze molto spaziose e pulite, colazione varia e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato; molto apprezzata la possibilità di fruire di un bollitore con tisane/the in area comune e di un distributore d'acqua. Molto spaziose e particolari anche le aree comuni. Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff che ci ha consentito di alloggiare le ns biciclette pur arrivando fuori orario check-in. Posto consigliatissimo.

The rooms are spacious and feature 'extra' fitness equipment—our room even had a rowing machine! Right next to the hotel, within the estate, there is an enoteca (wine bar), and the entire property is surrounded by a beautiful walking path through well-kept parklands. To top it all off, we had a fantastic breakfast in the morning. everything was as expected

The hotel is in a restored old building but furnished with modern pieces and cool art work. It is next door to the Castel and its beautiful gardens. Breakfast is great. They welcome dogs for a very small surcharge. Many yummy restaurants and bike paths at walking distance.

Ci sono alcune cose che hanno deluso le mie personali aspettative: camere e bagno sono estremamente spaziose ma le ho trovate un po' spoglie (dalle foto mi aspettavo un ambiente più suggestivo, ma sono gusti personali); pur essendo a due passi dal Giardino Farnesiano la struttura non vi si affaccia direttamente né dispone di spazio verde di pertinenza (avevo frainteso alcune foto pubblicitarie). La struttura non dispone di un proprio parcheggio, fornisce solo indicazioni sui parcheggi pubblici di Sala Baganza che sono tutti gratuiti: a disco orario il più vicino in piazza, mentre gli altri liberi e gratuiti sono a 400 m di distanza (non vicinissimi a mio parere). La struttura pratica il self check-in (e la reperibilità telefonica dei proprietari che vivono in struttura) che di per sè è stato funzionale ma personalmente lo giustifico in un B&B (con host privato) o dopo un certo orario; in un hotel 3 stelle mi aspetterei (credo sia dovuta) un'accoglienza in presenza e una reception aperta nell'orario di check in indicato. Mi dispiace aver avuto aspettative troppo alte, nel complesso è un buon B&B adatto alle famiglie.

- Nina (9/5): Guter Schlaf im entspannten Schloss - Große Zimmer in traumhaftem Ambiente. Der Schlosspark nebenan und der Kinderspielplatz haben den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Man ist direkt im Ort. Parken problemlos direkt davor möglich. Leckere Produkte beim Frühstück.

- Giulio Cncs (8/5): Struttura curata e carina in location storica - Colazione buona e abbastanza varia. Migliorabile come varietà. Molto cortese la persona al servizio colazioni. La posizione è molto comoda e la location decisamente piacevole e carina. La suite è certamente comoda per famiglie o comunque 3/4 persone. Vista la sua ubicazione, con accesso direttamente dalla sala colazioni, consiglierei di migliorare la porta d'accesso quantomeno come isolamento acustico.

- Erika (9/5): - Dopo qualche anno sono tornata in quest'hotel, nella Suite francese. Al solito, pulito, letti comodi, riscaldamento perfetto e facile, camere grandi. Ci sono i ripiani per le valigie, doppie coperte e cuscini in più. Colazione buona e varia, cornetti, crostata, biscotti, marmellate, miele e Nutella, più il settore salato, prosciutti, formaggi, uova lesse, toast, panini, frutta. Caffè d'orzo oltre che normale (per me che lo prendo, è un plus). Da qualche anno vado a Parma e zone limitrofe, un rapporto qualità prezzo come questo non si trova. Il personale poi, dai gestori alle ragazze delle pulizie e della colazione, è sempre gentile e professionale.

Le camere sono ben tenute e pulite. La colazione e ricca e abbondante. Il titolare Alessio è una persona molto gentile e si vede che fà il suo lavoro con amore come tutto il personale che collabora con lui. Parcheggio gratuito difronte alla struttura. niente
- pietro baldini (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Questo hotel è un gioiellino, camere spaziose fatte davvero con gusto. Servizi utili a disposizione negli spazi comuni come un distributore di acqua calda e fredda, un ferro da stiro una meravigliosa sala lettura/giochi. Ho apprezzato anche Alexa in camera, utilissima per sentire musica o news. Colazione impeccabile con dolce e salato. Personale sorridente e disponibile. In macchina a meno di un quarto d'ora ci sono tantissime cose da vedere, come gli interessanti musei del pomodoro o della pasta, la riserva fluviale del fiume Taro, solo per citarne alcuni. In conclusione siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. P.S. Ho sorvolato sul fatto che in zona ci sono alcuni tra i più buoni salumi d'Italia da assaggiare.

- Vanessa (5/5): Carino ma non ci tornerei - Di notte il sistema di ventilazione continuava a svegliarci, di prima mattina alle 7 iniziano i primi rumori di via e vai degli altri ospiti che ti impediscono di riposare, così come il rumore dell’aspirapolvere nella stanza accanto. Non c’è un minimo dì insonorizzazione delle stanze. I bagni freddi con soffitti altissimi che possono anche essere bellissimi se hanno un riscaldamento adeguato invece di un piccolo calorifero elettrico che ora che scaldava passava troppo tempo per potersi fare una doccia rilassante. Doccia non siliconata con tutto il contorno del piatto doccia esterno pieno di calcare e sporco vario. Lungo i corridoi carina l’idea di lasciare un mobile con un bollitore per le tisane e due biscotti ma intorno era tutto sporco e pieno di briciole varie, abbiamo aperto due cassetti dei mobili ed erano sporchissimi con riserve del tavolino buttate dentro a caso.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione semplice ma buona. Rumori di impianti di ventilazione e sanitari, rumori di camere adiacenti, porte, ecc. Impianti sanitari non bene funzionanti (scarico wc), piatto e box doccia danneggiati ed in cattivo stato con siliconi sporchi, distaccati o assenti. Aspetti di sicurezza carenti (vie di fuga verticali non sgombre, per esempio lettini o seggiolini per bambini sulle scale). Privacy non rispettata con telecamere ovunque.

Oltre a questo i cibi serviti alla colazione erano ottimi La colazione non era tra le più fornite e non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la cena non fosse inclusa (anche se grazie a questo abbiamo potuto assaggiare cibi tipici del posto).

- Valentina (7/5): - La gentilezza e cortesia di Alessio, il proprietario: gira fra i tavoli a colazione, come si faceva una volta nelle piccole strutture, a conversare con i clienti e dare informazioni. Un plus non indifferente. La camera molto grande e ben attrezzata nel complesso. Bel contesto tranquillo. La sala della colazione. Troppo piccola e affollata, con passaggio obbligato degli ospiti della suite. Vero che era Capodanno, ma in paio di casi abbiamo dovuto attendere per sederci al tavolo.

L’accesso alle camere a noi assegnate si trova all’interno della sala colazione, al mattino questo comporta dover passare tra i tavoli occupati dai clienti, con spazi limitati.

- Luigi (10/5): Consigliatissima - Tutto, gentilezza, pulizia, comfort delle camera junior suite, ottima colazione. Comodo il parcheggio auto.
- Arianna (10/5): Una piacevole scoperta! - Inserito nel suggestivo complesso della Rocca Sanvitale, nel piazzale principale con ampio parcheggio. Curato nei dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort, camera ampia, comoda e pulita. Staff impeccabile. Merita la visita anche solo per la meravigliosa collezione di manifesti originali che allestiscono le aree comuni e i pezzi di design che si trovano nella struttura (deliziosa anche l'area gioco per bambini!). Infine come non citare le divertenti opere del titolare che evidentemente è un artista!

- Kyongmin Sarah Beck (7/5): - the room is very spacious with many beds. It has an Alexa speaker. The breakfast was really nice with many options (eggs, hams, cheese, pies, croissant). It was nice that I could take the breakfast to the room with a tray. It even has a "relaxation room" with games, books, and etc. Parking is free. the reception is from 7am to 1pm, and the check-in is at 2pm, which had to be done by self check-in. It wasn't bad but the hotel felt almost deserted. Also, in the photos, it seemed like there were lots of gardens and parks accessible from the hotel, but the garden right in front of the entrance was all locked (different private property i guess), and unfortunately the Farnese gardens were closed on the day i visited. There weren't many restaurants near the hotel, and it's difficult to eat there without reservations. The hotel claimed to be a pet-friendly place, but the dog couldn't enter the breakfast room together.

- Giada Alejandra (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole a Sala Baganza: camera confortevole, ambiente accogliente e staff sempre gentile. - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Sala Baganza per un weekend, in occasione di una visita ai parenti, e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. La camera era molto confortevole, curata e accogliente, così come l’ambiente generale dell’hotel, che trasmette una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con cortesia. Un soggiorno rilassante e ben organizzato: lo consigliamo e lo terremo sicuramente in considerazione per il futuro.
