• Kelly (4/5): jammer van het appartement want is een mooie streek - het goede weer , mooie locatie , mooi complex wij hebben de sleutels moeten ophalen in de buurt. wij kregen enkel een slechte kopie waar we moesten zijn ( maw trek je plan) geen persoonlijke check-in of out ! wc-bril was nog vuil, stoelen buiten waren stuk , borden en glazen waren vuil , afwasmachine werkte ook niet goed ( niet alles is proper). er lag geen keukenhanddoek en we kregen enkel een grote badhanddoek en mini handdoekje .
• M. DEL MAR (6/5): - Las vistas que tiene Solicite que me entregarán el apartamento 3 horas antes y me dijeron que me cobrarán 60€. Sin embargo dejé el apartamento 4 horas antes y me indicaron que les avisara para que así el personal de limpieza entraran antes.

• Yocheved Bracha (1/5): - La résidence est superbe - le logement est annoncé pour 6 personnes alors que seulement 4 couchages réels étaient disponibles, - l’élément essentiel de l’annonce (canapé-lit) est inexistant, - certains couchages sont dangereux et non conformes, - un enfant a dû dormir au sol pendant le séjour, - plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux et salles - et les conditions générales d’hébergement ne correspondaient pas à une location conforme aux standards attendus. Ces éléments constituent une non-conformité majeure à l’annonce, impactant directement les conditions de séjour de toute la famille.

Para el dinero que cuesta lo he visto muy cutre en segunda hab - La ubicación, vistas, limpieza, armarios, enseres de cocina, Las toallas eran enanas y yendo a un alojamiento de estas características con playa y piscinas, gran error no poner toallas para ello. Las toallas eran enanas las del piso. Hubo una confusión con los huéspedes, éramos 4 adultos, mis hijas y nosotros, avisamos porque no estaba preparado más que para dos y nos dejaron las sábanas sin hacer la cama. Lo de aseo, dejaron una monodosis de jabón y de gel, cuando nos hospedamos tres noches. Y papel higiénico un rollo Enano, ni siquiera uno de reserva. La habitación secundaria muy decepcionante. La mesa del salón vieja y las sillas del comedor de la terraza estaban fatal y la mesa oxidada.
• Jesus (8/5): Tranquilidad en familia. Buenas playas y zona excelente. - La ubicacion y las instalaciones estan muy bien. Tambien la tranquilidad. Muy recomendable para viajar en familia. Que no tuviera servicio de limpieza incluido. Por lo que cuesta el alojamiento se podría cobrar un poco mas e incluir limpieza al menos una vez cada dos dias. Es verdad que el servicio se podia contratar a parte pero tienes que estar ocupado de avisar para que vayan y pagarlo a parte. Creo que es algo que para el tipo de alojamiento que es debería estar incluido.

• MARIA DEL PRADO (8/5): - Las vistas, las piscinas, la terraza, el jacuzzi, El apartamento de la segunda planta no tenía utensilios de cocina, estaba atascada la ducha del baño de fuera, el grifo del lavabo del mismo baño no salía suficiente agua. Falta de toallas y sábanas, pensamos que una sola toalla para 6 días nos parece insuficiente.
• Lukasz (10/5): Beautiful apartment with great views. - Lovely apartment with beautiful views. The property is located close to the beach. Short walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive and helpful customer service. Although key collection and getting into property was easy and straight forward with provided instructions, locating correct apartment and parking slot was rather an adventure. It is large complex and more clear signs would be helpful.
• Herminio (9/5): Infinity view lo mejor - La ubicación, las instalaciones del piso, las camas cómodas Primero que no es la primera vez que me quedo en ese piso, y no tienen la amabilidad O cortesía de dejar entrar una hora más temprano al piso, PEEEERRROOOOO , si pagas si, jajajjaja no miman al cliente todo es frío y negocio, consegui estando ahí y hablando con otras personas el contacto de otra inmobiliaria mucho más flexible, así que de ahora en adelante no dudaré en contactarlos a ellos y no a vosotros, otra cosa es que no había ningúna manta para las camas, las toalla súper pequeñas para ducharse, la limpieza para un piso como ese y el precio que cobra dejaba Mucho que desear, pelos en el suelo, la ducha no estaba limpia.
• Alfonso (1/5): LIMPIEZA PESIMA, NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE - La limpieza pésima del apartamento, menaje sucio lleno de grasa y se quedaban los cubiertos pegados, cazuelas y sartenes llenas de suciedad e inservibles, cafetera llena de suciedad y con hormigas. Arañas y cucarachas dentro del apartamento. El Lavavajillas desprendía un olor asqueroso y no tenía ni sal ni abrillantador. La realidad no se corresponde con lo anunciado. Nos tocó emplear 3 días o incluso más de nuestras vacaciones para dejar el apartamento acondicionado y poder estar con nuestra hija de 4 años y nuestro bebé de 1 año más o menos comodos y teniendo que gastar de nuestro tiempo en desplazamientos y dinero para comprar productos de limpieza, sartén, cazuela..... Ya que el menaje no estaba en condiciones para cocinar la comida nuestra y de nuestros hijos. Avisamos al personal de todas nuestras inquietudes nada más entrar en el apartamento y lo único que nos dejaron fue 1 paquete de sal y abrillantador para el lavavajillas y según el personal, una limpieza de la cafetera que no se que es lo que limpiaron porque estaba exactamente igual que cuando entramos, llena de suciedad. Estuvimos día tras día durante toda la estancia llamando por teléfono y WhatsApp, nos facilito el personal un correo electrónico de la manager para exponer todas nuestras inquietudes durante la estancia y no obtuvimos ningún tipo de contestación por su parte. En definitiva la experiencia ha sido nefasta y no volveremos a repetir y tampoco a recomendar.
• ABELARDO (5/5): - El apartamento era el mismo del año pasado y habían puesto sillas nuevas en el comedor que el año anterior estaban dañadas y habían puesto un pequeño sofá en la terraza que antes no tenía y que hace la estancia más agradable. El apartamento estaba más sucio que el año anterior y faltaba vajilla para ser 4 personas. La administración nos mandó al día siguiente una limpiadora y nos suministró más vajilla. La puerta de la ducha de uno de los baños estaba estropeada y no cerraba por lo que esa ducha no era utilizable y tuvimos que ducharnos por turnos en la ducha del otro baño. Lo pusimos en conocimiento de la Administración nada más llegar pero no mandaron a nadie para arreglarla. El bombin de la puerta de entrada estaba dañado y costaba mucho introducir y extraer la llave. Tuvimos que comprar un spray de un lubricante para poder abrir y cerrar con normalidad.

• Amélie (5/5): - L’appartement était très propre et bien entretenu. En revanche, il n’y a absolument rien aux alentours : pas de grands supermarchés ni d’activités pour les adolescents. Nous nous sommes vraiment beaucoup ennuyés. Mis à part quelques commerces situés près de la plage – qui sont d’ailleurs assez chers – il n’y a malheureusement rien à proximité. Rien du tout aux alentours bien pour famille avec enfants en bas âges et pour les personnes âgés

• Wlodarczyk (8/5): Udany pobyt, ale stosunek jakości do ceny na minus. - Lokalizacja piękna, widok na morze super, apartament duży, raczej czysty. Kompleks jest duży, piękne baseny, czysto i ładnie wszędzie. Zużyte wyposażenie np. kanapa - brudna i wysłużona, szafki w łazience z odchodzącą okleiną, zestaw mebli na tarasie w słabej kondycji. Brak papieru toaletowego na start!!!

Liten gåtur til stranden, men fine strender 👍 Veldig strengt ved bassengområde! Barna får ikke hoppe/stupe i bassenget. Man får ikke drikke eller spise noe ved bassengene (annet enn vann). Man blir spurt hver dag om nummer på armbånd som man må ha på seg, da det er elektroniske porter overalt. Vi følte oss veldig overvåket ved bassengene, virker unødvendig at det skal være slik! Ellers synes vi det var langt til nærmeste dagligvare butikk, og generelt lite service tilbud i området. Redningen ble leiebil under store deler av oppholdet.

• Brian (6/5): It has so much potential to be great - Pool and close to beach the pool bar is the only allowed food, and the quality was very poor, super unhealthy. Employees at the pool bar violate every food safety protocol ever created. Gym needs a massive upgrade. No lockers available and they did not allow us to stay by pool for last day even if train was at 7pm.

After arriving in the evening with our family, including children, we discovered that they had simply forgotten about us. The manager and administration were unreachable. With great difficulty, and only with the help of the police, we managed to open the box where the keys were supposed to be — but it was empty. On a public holiday and a Sunday, nobody cared to assist us! We were forced to stand outside for four hours with our children and then look for another hotel for the night. Only the next morning did the company representatives finally contact us, apologize, and provide the keys. This terrible experience ruined the beginning of our vacation, and I strongly do not recommend using this company „Mar Holidays“.

• Leanne (6/5): Nice stay, good value for money. - It was easy to use the lockbox, the apartment was spacious for a couple, but would feel crowded if more people as the lounge/kitchen area is small. The balcony was large, it had everything you needed. The hot tubs by the pool area were incredibly warm, great for relaxing. The lift down was good 'halfway' to the beach, although it was still a steep hill to get down. Area was very safe for walking around at night time. The apartment was a bit dusty, and there were very little cleaning supplies available. We left our cleaning stuff we brought under the sink for the next guest. We were left no instructions so I had to call up to ask how things worked, it wasn't very clear at all. There is no sauna or steam room as advertised. Very little in the area, although ubers are cheap to get around. We had no sun on the balcony.

• Karina (10/5): Amazing place - The apartment was modern, clean and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Very comfortable beds and fab balcony with furniture. Small bottles of washing up liquid, sponges also available. Some toiletries too. Pool and bar amazing and all area was very clean. Not busy at this time so the area was very quiet. Football pitch for kids. Walking distance to the beach and local shops. Amazing staff- we locked the keys in the apartment and someone came within 15mins to open the door for us. Not much choice of local grocery shops. It's good idea to do shopping somewhere else if you are staying for longer.

I reserved my stay through booking, and when I got there the apartment they gave me was not only NOTHING compared to any of the pictures but it was so dirty, so discusting. I tried to resolve it with booking and they where useless, even abusive. I then talked to everyone around who could help me out and even the owners of some apartments where shocked by the filthy apartment which is also dangerous when you have two small children. I got i touch with the ex president of the complex Antonio and he also was in shock- and as I will say again I could take this to the police because it is a scam..Lost all my first day in this. Then I contacted you and you changed us to a better apartment which was better, but by then it was noon. LOST ALMOST ONE DAY of paid vacation. Unacceptable. The way you then “let us” stay until 3pm tge day of check out- just to find out when I come back to from the pool my door was OPEN. Some cleaning lady had entered wity all are valubles and left the door open. UNACCEPTABLE. Your idea of check out leaving tge key doors inside tge apartment is usless since I need the keys to open th garage door. Im expecting a refund, points or something regardless this lack of management which ruined my vacation.

It was modern, quiet and clean, kitchen was well equipped. Contact with the host was great, they answered all the questions quickly and were very helpful. We had a great holiday. • Anthony (9/5): Brilliant location, lovely views, - Location excellent, pool was lovely and the facilities within the property were top class. Very well laid out and the maintenance of the garden, grass etc areas was well maintained, but fell short of 10/10 due to Balinese beds and cleaniness upon arrival in the apartment etc. Otherwise a place I would return to and recommend highly. The floor was not clean upon arrival and the air conditioning had a rather unusual smell. Cavaet that if the key is left inside the door, you become locked out of the property. The Balinese beds were in poor condition (wood broken with screws protruding in a very dangerous manner.
