• Markus (7/5): - Great location, great value for money. The room had a smell of detergent when we entered. After we were home, the smell was on my shirt I used to sleep. That must mean it had come from the bed. That's a bit funky.

• Darcy (6/5): Overall I think due to all of the cons to the room, the price shouldn’t be as high. - The staff were friendly There were hundreds of ants in the room near the bin that just kept coming back. The bed was very hard and only had two pillows, then when we requested another two they told us we had four, which we didn’t, the other two were decorative cushions. The aircon was temperamental. The walls must have been thin as we could hear everything going on in the corridor such as cleaners in the morning.

• Subhash (9/5): To me it was WOW, hardly got 3 days time to explore, may be we will get a chance next time - 1. Location of the hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Kham Thiang Garden Market / Jing Jai Market (Organic produce), main reason for my visit and also close by 7Eleven shop made our shopping easy 2. Staff arranged transportation for our entire stay, the driver Mr. Yot managed to take us to all the destinations of our choice, including the last minute handicrafts shopping while dropping us to the airport. 3. The restaurant in the next building also provides excellent food items, neat, clean and tasty. 4. Wish we could visit Chiang Mai again and stay at the same hotel in 2025

• Benjamin (6/5): Decent stay at North Inn town - We had a decent stay at North Inn Town hotel. For the price we paid (25$ CAD/night), it was ok but we would not recommend it, mostly because it’s quite far from everything. When we booked, we knew it was a 25 min walk away from the old town but, in reality, the walk isn’t pleasant and it can easily be a bit further than that depending on where you are in the old town. Plus, all taxis would charge us more to take us there because it was « far ». Other than the location, the staff was great and helpful to order us Grab rides when we needed it. Regarding the room, it was decent, as pictured in the photos, but what was not well represented is the bathroom which had mold on the walls, a constant sewage smell, and almost no space in the shower plus the water was leaking out of the shower and surrounding the toilet and would not drain away. The bed and pillows were also quite uncomfortable and hard. There is no room keeping and we weren’t provided any soap to wash our hands nor refill toilet paper in our 3 nights. We had to go down to the lobby to get more. Nothing dramatic but if we were to come back to Chiang Mai, we would stay in the old city or in another neighbourhood.

• Amir (10/5): Extra support - Clean, good location. feels like 4 stars hotel. Good internet. We got stuck in the rare flood which engulfed the area and the hotel crew were very helpful, got us food and water and even helped us with the rescue when the water were going low.

• Yolanda (9/5): Really helpfull staff and very clean room. - The staff was really attentive, the lady that is in charge at the restaurant help us to get to the bus station really early, besides, se cook really well, we have very delicious breakfast there. We rent bikes there, and were a really good choice to get fast to the old city. The only thing is that is not near to the old city, is 15 minutes walking, but you get usted to it.

• Amarnath (10/5): North Inn Town Chiang Mai - Just 20 minutes Walk from the center & 15 minutes ride from the airport. Modern hotel with a comfy bed and a private bathroom with a balcony. Value for the money. The Hotel provides a 50 baht coupon for the guest to have breakfast at a restaurant which is beside the hotel. Hence be prepared if you think Breakfast is included.
