- Tomasz (8/5): Dobre , urozmaicone śniadanie i dobra lokalizacha - Pokój dla dwóch osób obszerny , jasny z dużymi oknami. Jest winda. Niektóre pokoje mają okna na podwórze z nieciekawym widokiem - zamawiając pokój przez booking nie masz pewności czy na taki nie trafisz. Parking nie jest strzeżony , brak bramki wjazdowej .

- Sybille (6/5): Ok für einen Kurzsaufenthslt - Zentrale Lage, bequeme Betten & die Möglichkeit, über das Hotel einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels zu reservieren Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und war leider recht laut. Wir hörten sowohl Lärm von der Straße als auch vom Frühstücksraum im EG sowie Gespräche mit Lieferanten. Für ein Familienzimmer war das Bad sehr klein. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war viel zu niedrig. Es kam nur ein dünnes Rinnsal Wasser aus der Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas enttäuschend. Es gab zwar eine gute Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen, allerdings gab es neben Brötchen nicht viel Auswahl an Backwaren (abgepackte Waffeln und Kuchen, aber z.B. keine Croissants).

- Charlotte (9/5): Top verblijf gehad, aanrader! - Top locatie, je loopt zo de stad in. Aardige receptionist, warm welkom. Ze spreken ook Engels. Ontbijt is zeer goed verzorgd en smakelijk. Zelf een eitje vers voor je gebakken. Formaat van de kamer was goed, veel bergruimte indien je langer verblijft. Fijn dat er 2 eenpersoons bedden in de kamer waren voor de kinderen. Alles leek nieuw, super schone badkamer. Koffie/thee op kamer. Bedden waren vrij hard. Door de locatie van de kamer ietwat geluid van beneden waar ontbeten werd. Maar niet storend. Gang is wel wat gehorig, dat is in elk hotel zo. Dat ligt aan de gasten.

L'autre chambre quadruple est au rez de chaussée et les bruits de la rue pendant la nuit sont gênants. Il n'y avait pas de pression d'eau à la douche de la chambre quadruple.

- holger (10/5): Tolles Hotel für einen Aachen-Trip - Frühstück top, Spiegel- oder Rühreier nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet, Frühstücksservice sehr freundlich. Zimmer groß und sauber, Lage perfekt direkt am Eingang zur Innenstadt. Und überraschend ruhig. Bushof 5 Minuten Fußweg, Parkplätze 5 Gehminuten entfernt "openair", was für uns super war, da wir mit dem hohen Auto wohl in kein Parkhaus gekommen wären. Bis 21 Uhr gabs an der Rezeption Bier vom Fass - besser gehts ja fast gar nicht. :-) Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe finden will: Unser Bad hätte ein bisschen größer sein können :-) , aber in anderen Zimmern war da wohl auch mehr Platz.

- S Williams (8/5): Great location and value - The apartment was in a great location for walking to the Aachen Dom and the walking area. The room was a good size and the two twin beds were great for the kids. The breakfast was great and very easy. There are plenty of choices for parking around the hotel. The room was next to a stairwell and the walls were a little thin. We could hear some banging occasionally in the night from people entering the stairs or moving around their rooms. The window looked onto a very small courtyard where we could see a desk with a worker... it did not allow for much privacy if you want the curtains open. The translucent bathroom door was not the best choice... if someone had to use the restroom at night, it lit up the room until they were done.

Rührei u.s.w. steht nicht stundenlang am Buffet sondern wird auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Die Lage ist prima. Dom und Innenstadt sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

- Maria (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war super. Alles war fussläufig zu erreichen! Am ersten Abend sind wir direkt ins Kino gegangen. Es war nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Durch die Geschäftsführerin haben wir super gute Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen.
- Sattmann (9/5): Familiärbetriebenes, freundliches Hotel, sauber, freundlich, moderne Zimmer, sehr gute Lage. Perfekt - Die Lage war hervorragend, kurze Wege ins Zentrum und Busstationen. Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wünsche wurden mit Freundlichkeit und Umgehend gerne erfüllt (keine gespielte Freundlichkeit). Die Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wasserkocher für Kaffee, Tee vorhanden. Darüber hinaus eine "kleine Bar" im Obergeschoß mit diversen Getränken jeglicher Art. Getränkeentnahme aus Kühlschrank mit Vermerk auf einen Zettel mit der Zimmernummer. Im Zimmer waren der sanitäre Bereich sehr sauber und auch modern eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, hervorzuheben waren die selbstgemachten Brotaufstriche und auch die mediteranen Anbietungen. Sonderwünsche beim Frühstück wurden gerne erfüllt. Obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet FÜR MICH voll in Ordnung war, (es war umfangreich) wäre es für mich noch ausbaufähig (Fisch, Lachs... ) .... Darum erlaube ich mir oben in der Gesamtpunktzahl keine 10 Punkte zu geben. --> das Frühstück war soweit in sehr in Ordnung und auch umfangreich !!!!!

- Miyazaki (8/5): We komen terug - Het hotel lag perfect gelegen. Straat oversteken en een winkelstraat afwandelen naar de markt. Het centrum. We hadden een mooie ruime kamer met koffie en thee. Er was ook een frivool het 1ste waar er iets te drinken was. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt was goed. Ze kwamen vragen of je een eitje wou en op welke wijze. We gaan zeker terug.

- Christine (8/5): Hotel bon rapport qualité prix et très bien situé. - Petit déjeuner varié. Accès centre ville 500m , hôtel calme . Très mauvais jus d'orange dommage et pas de chaîne française sur la TV .

- Tiffany (9/5): Bon hotel - Très bon emplacement, chambre pratique , literie geniale Le petit déjeuner est simple , les jus de fruit ont le goût d'eau..pas terrible ..., le radiateur de la salle de bain faisait du bruit la nuit si allumé.

- Gerhard Froebus (9/5): Ein ruhiges Kleinod mitten in der Stadt - Die Hotelinformationen, welche ich per Mail bekam, waren sehr aussagekräftig. Hotel und Parkplatz sind getrennt, dadurch sind diese Vorabinformationen wichtig. Der Check-In verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind freundlich und kundenorientiert. Mein Zimmer war - wie gewünscht - mit Blick zum Innenhof. Der Vorteil hier ist, dass man keinen Verkehrslärm hat. Nachteilig ist, dass es dadurch im Zimmer etwas dunkler ist. Das Zimmer selbst war grosszügig geschnitten. Eingerichtet mit allem, was man so benötigt. Die Einrichtung selbst war modern und freundlich gehalten. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bad war hell, modern, mit einem Fenster und genügend Ablageflächen. WLAN war stabil und schnell genug. Das Frühstück war nicht so sehr ausladend, aber dafür von sehr guter Qualität. Und, endlich mal keine Aufbackbrötchen. Eine Eierspeise kann man auf Wunsch bekommen. Der Parkplatz ist keine 10 min fussläufig um die Ecke und bequem zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Aachener Zentrums, so dass man zu Fuss überall schnell hingelangt.

- matilde (8/5): Not pretentious but well curated! - Perfect place for a long weekend in the city. The location is perfect and easily accessible both from the city centre and the highway. The staff is extremely caring and helpful, one my best experiences while travelling. 100% recommended and worth the price!! My room had windows on the rear of the building and at night the street was very noisy, a bit difficult to fall asleep.
- Pascal (9/5): Ideale plaats voor citytrip - Uitstekend gelegen op wandelafstand van de winkelstraten en de kerstmarkt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die ons in Duits of Engels te woord stond. Ik had vooraf parkeerplaats gereserveerd en dit was prima geregeld op 200m van het hotel. Ontbijt was prima en werd op eenvoudige vraag bijgevuld. Zelfs eitjes en koffie naar hartelust. Had een kamer gevraagd aan de straat maar kreeg een met zicht op binnenplaats.
