• rptbr (10/5): Excellent stay that's highly recommended - The staff were exceptional, such lovely people who will go above and beyond for you to accomodate your needs and special requests. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms themselves have very comfy beds, have everything you could possibly need and very quiet. Had one of the best sleeps I have had in ages. It's location near the park, station and shopping area is perfect. It's a lovely charming hotel that would love to come back to. The decor is a little tired looking, but that's part of the charm.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A lovely stay in a 2* hotel in central Tunbridge Wells. - It's a rambling building. Very well situated for the Victoria shopping centre and the Assembly Halls. A Bills at the end of the road! Even the single room at the top was nice. A lift would be even better! Lovely breakfast and nice bar. I liked the tables for sitting out too. No lift - I need to choose a room on the first floor next time. Shower in single room needs a refit.

My akurat mieliśmy pokój na samej górze, więc ostatnie piętro po schodach(brak windy), nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale jeśli jest starsza osoba lub ktoś z kontuzją to powodzenia życzę, jeśli jest pełne obłożenie hoteliku i brak innego pokoju.

• Julie (5/5): I expect better quality even for a budget price - Good central location. In real need of redecoration - very dated and shabby. Clear sign of damp in my room from a leaky roof and mould around bath/shower. No shampoo provided - just 1 sachet of body wash and a small bar of soap. No breakfast option for before 8am - I needed to leave at 7:45. Difficult to locate staff on Saturday evening - reception empty with no bell.
• Adam (1/5): Has a BAD reputation! - Architecturally stunning & location. I’d recommend the staff to look for better establishments to work in, as they are deserving of that. The owners should be damn right ashamed of this place in a stunning town!!! Pretty much aside from above all of it dated, tired, dirty, smelly, ripped wallpaper not decorated properly since the 80’s, Room 50 horrendous furniture deserving of a skip, bathroom just vile. Spoke to taxi people a couple of retailers they all said this place has a terrible reputation. AVOID.

Excellent location and parking facility, we had a good selection for breakfast which was well presented. Lovely hot showers. Decor was a bit dated and tired but didn’t spoil our stay.

• Philip (4/5): We would have to be desperate for accommodation to stay here again. Not a good experience. - Great location with ample car parking. No lift and we were left to drag our cases up several flights of stairs. The whole property is worn and outdated and needs a complete renovation.

Not worth the money. - The location Our room was like a throwback to the 1970’s I understand that it is a historic building but that doesn’t excuse the fact the room was water damaged and not repaired, the furniture was just like something from a second hand shop mismatched and worn out, the mattress had no firmness so you just sank into it.

• Petronella (3/5): Couldn’t wait to leave - Breakfast was good. Staff were good and helpful. Location was good very near town centre. Nothing more to say. Our room was in the attic up about six flights of stairs no lift and we are both in our seventies, we booked the room back in March. The hotel needs updating desperately, it looks uncared for and very shabby. We would not stay at this hotel again.

• Janet (5/5): Not sure bout this one! - Location is perfect. Bfast staff/service was really good. This place has seen better days. The room needs saving from weird energy perhaps because I booked a single room and was given one with 3 beds. It takes a few tweaks to make the place feel less ghostly and outdated-soft lighting, a receptionist who doesn't blurt out the time you need to check out when you're checking in at 1.30sm exhausted and disoriented from travels. Someone at the door when you arrive. And maybe flowers and some music as a backdrop to reduce the stiff white sheet effect of the hotel ☺️

• Spiegel (10/5): מקום מדהים קרוב לכל מקום בעיר מסעדות פארקים וטיול ברחובות העיר. אחזור לשם בהחלט. - המקום רומנטי, קרוב 5 דק׳ מהעיר וקרוב 5 דק׳ מהפארק בצד המקביל. האווירה והצוות היו מדהימים הצוות מאיר פנים יודע לקבל אורחים נחמדים ועוזרים תמיד. התמזל מזלי וקיבלתי חדר גדול יותר כי השני לא היה פנוי, זה היה בונוס מדהים. אסלה מים בשירותים בגלל שזה היה בקומה השלישית כנראה שהמים לא היו בזרם מספק. השתמשתי בדלי כדי להוריד מים. האמת שחבל שלא אמרתי לצוות והשתדלתי לא להעיר בזמן השהייה. חוץ מזה המקום נקי ומטופח כראוי לעיר היוקרתית במחיר הסביר בהחלט
