Vi bestilte to øl, hvor der var mider på 🤢 Vi skulle have haft to nætter, men efter en time besluttet vi os for at finde en anden bolig. Det ville ejeren ikke acceptere, og ignorede vores booking.com aflysning, så vi endte med at betale. Men hellere det end at blive.

• wendy (9/5): 环境优雅，房间宽敞 - 有一个很大的院子（大部分民宿没有这么大的院子），还有泳池，环境真的很好，甚至还有一只孔雀飞到我们的阳台！院子后面是一片稻田，房间很大，老板很好，在房间充足的情况下，带我们看房间，可以选择自己喜欢的房间。 我们定的房间包含晚餐，老板会尽量按我们的要求准备晚餐，真的超级贴心！ 这里有个乖巧可爱的猫咪员工，每次吃饭猫咪员工都会陪着我们！超级可爱！ 在老板这里订了两个yala safari（比网上预订要便宜），半天的那个司机不太行，全天的那个司机超级赞！非常有经验，很会找动物，让我度过了整个斯里兰卡行程中最棒的一天！我看到了三次豹豹！基本各种动物都看到了！ 想包车的话，也可以问问老板，也可以帮忙订。 水龙头有点坏了。位置略微有一点点偏，但可以用pickme打到车，所以影响不算太大。
• Tina (5/5): - Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist super schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind leider dreckig und schimmelig. Das Badezimmer ist in Ordnung, aber über dem Bett sammeln sich Spinnen und diverse Flecken an der Decke. Das Bett war leider nicht sonderlich bequem.
• Sandra (5/5): - Die Lage war ruhig und im Grünen und das Personal freundlich. Frühstück gut und reichlich. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders , wirkte schmuddelig und wir mussten erstmal auf Mückenjagt gehen, da es auch kein Moskitonetz gab. Das Personal war zwar nett, aber auch sehr ungepflegt. Dieser Eindruck zog sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Zudem waren sie etwas überengagiert. Beim Frühstück wurde ständig weggeräumt, sobald man es mal zur Seite stellte. Der Appetit verging uns aber sowieso, als die Hauskatze mehrfach sehr unschön weggetreten wurde. Wir hatten ein richtig ungutes Gefühl und waren froh als wir gegangen sind.

• Florent (9/5): La gentillesse et le dévouement du staff - Merci à Tushara et son associé pour l'accueil, le dévouement et l' attention qu'ils nous ont apportée pendant tout le séjour: que ce soit pour offrir des peluches à nos filles, de nous faire goûter des choses différents à chaque p'tit déjeuner (délicieux par ailleurs) ou de nous aider à organiser des activités tout en négociant les prix pour nous des tuk tuks ou des taxis. La piscine est également très agréable avec un petit bassin pour les plus petits. L'endroit est vraiment super beau, au milieu des écureuils et des paons. La chambre pourrait être un peu rafraîchie, mais pour le prix, c'est tout à fait satisfaisant.

• Daniel (7/5): - El personal muy amable y atento. 💯 En cuanto a la calidad precio está acorde con lo que ofrecen. Estamos algo decepcionados... Las habitaciones son antiguas, sucias, con materiales oxidados e incluso rotos. El hotel brinda tanto desayuno como cena, el desayuno está bastante bien, pero no recomendamos cenar, ya que la comida es algo escasa... Queremos recalcar nuestra mala experiencia contratando el safari de Yala con el hotel. Nos tocó el chofer más kamikaze de todo el safari (sin bromear) ¡Bastante desagradable! Ya que la experiencia del safari es algo digno de disfrutar de una manera relajada.

Fijn ook om op de gratis fiets naar de village en Tissa Lake te gaan. Mooie zonsondergang zie je daar. Ontbijt en avondeten waren uitstekend. Smoezelig.

La habitación es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. El personal fue de lo más agradable y servicial, preocupándose en todo momento por nuestro bienestar. Especial mención a la comida, que estaba muy buena, tanto el desayuno (incluido) como la cena que hicimos. Podría estar más limpio.

The caretaker was very good in providing the services on time. The cost is very affordable too. I highly recommend it .

Veldig rimelig hotell du kan booke både med frokost og middag. Ligger fredelig til, fint basseng, stort rom, litt gåavstand til andre restauranter. Rommet luktet vondt. Aircondition luktet helt forferdelig og laget rare knirkelyder. Har nok ikke hatt service av aircondition på mange år. Ikke bryter til lyset på rommet ved senga, må gå bort for å slå på og av lyset.

• Madeleine (7/5): Gute Unterkunft, gute Ausgangslage - Gute Ausgangslage für Safari Touren. Wir haben auf diese Unterkunft umgebucht, da die davor gewählte eine Katastrophe war. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns dann in der Nacht noch beim anderen Hotel abgeholt. Das war sehr sehr freundlich und lieb. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar.

• Cristina (10/5): - Los dos hombres que llevan el hotel son un encanto, estaban súper pendientes de todo, nos prepararon desayuno para llevar al safari, ellos mismos te lo organizan desde allí, aunque nosotros ya lo llevábamos contratado. La comida estaba espectacular, el chef es genial, sonriente y pendiente de que nos gustara todo lo que hacía. Las instalaciones estaban cuidadas y cada día venían a limpiar y recoger todo el jardín. La habitación era muy espaciosa y también nos dejaron unas bicis para ir cerca del lago que hay donde vimos muchos animales. Volveríamos sin duda, son personas entrañables. Por decir algo, la cama se notaban un poco los muelles.

• Anja (9/5): Hier fühlt man sich wohl als Gast! - Wir wurden äußerst herzlich vom Hotelmitarbeiter empfangen, bekamen ohne danach zu fragen zwei Säfte von ihm. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht, dass es uns Gästen gut geht, das hat er geschafft! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Hotel dank des so freundlichen Mitarbeiters. Abends bekamen wir ein sehr leckeres Essen serviert, dazu Eis als Dessert. Er hat uns für den kommenden Morgen ein Frühstück to go gerichtet und uns um 4.30 Uhr zur Abholung zur Safari persönlich verabschiedet und das Frühstück überreicht. Vielen Dank für die so herzliche Art! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Hotel Anlage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Da einige Gäste hier eine Safari in den Yala Nationalpark buchen, hat das Hotel das Angebot des späten Check-outs, was sehr angenehm ist, sodass man sein Gepäck als auch Auto während des Tages stehen lassen kann. Vorteil auch, man kann mit Karte bezahlen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Pool war umgekippt, es wurde aber vom Mitarbeiter bereits mit Chlor dagegen angegangen.
• Giulia (4/5): Pessima esperienza - La stanza era particolarmente sporca, con polvere e ragnatele. Ho trovato una rana nella doccia, ed entravano insetti di ogni tipo dalla finestra in bagno. Il personale poco accogliente, al mattino ci ha preparato la colazione per andare al Safari e questa includeva un panino con aglio, cipolla e pomodoro, una fetta di ananas e una bottiglietta d'acqua. Sicuramente sconsigliato.
• Ester (9/5): Gran experiencia en Tissa - La hospitalidad del anfitrión, es una persona muy atenta, pero a la vez sabe respetar la intimidad de los huéspedes, lastima que nuestra estancia haya sido tan corta, nos hubiésemos quedado mas tiempo. Nos ayudó para contratar las excursiones, garantizando que la intermediación con la empresa fuera satisfactoria. No puso impedimentos para hacer el chek-out mas tarde.

The hospitality was great, they went out of their way to make me comfortable. You can also explore the nearby area with a bicycle kept at the property. All in all totally worth the experience ❤️

Desde el primer momento me quedé impresionada con lo bonito y cuidado que está todo, cada rincón parece pensado para que disfrutes y te sientas a gusto. El personal es de diez: amables, cercanos y siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites, hacen que te sientas como en casa pero con todas las comodidades de un lugar especial. La piscina es otro nivel, única y espectacular, no solo por lo bonita que es, sino también por la sensación de tranquilidad que transmite; perfecta para pasar horas relajándote y olvidándote de todo. Es de esos lugares que dejan huella, a los que te apetece volver una y otra vez porque sabes que siempre vas a vivir una experiencia increíble. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de un entorno precioso, con gente maravillosa y un ambiente inmejorable. ¡Estoy deseando volver! Nada
• Vincent (9/5): Bon séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel came et agréable. - L’emplacement au calme. Isolé mais à qqs minutes des commerces. Piscine agréable, grande chambre. Petit déjeuner très simple, loin de ce que l’on nous sert habituellement au SRI LANKA. La chambre disposait d’un balcon … mais la porte fenêtre était très difficile à ouvrir / fermer. Staff efficace mais le steward est très collant, voire intrusif. Bref … quelques détails à corriger pour en faire un lieu parfait.

• Choudhuri (3/5): Please remove this property from Booking.com. Not recommended for anyone visiting Yala national park. - Nothing much. Booking.com should have evaluated the property with better diligence before including it as a suitable property in the area. Many things. Facilities that had been mentioned as available were not there like basic tea/ coffee arrangements were missing. They did not have a functioning card payment system. The food took hours to prepare and was too expensive considering that it wasn’t of great quality. The rooms were so dirty there were cockroaches waking around. The staff were unfriendly too wanting us to pay even before we had checked in !

• Margarita (7/5): Good - I would like to thank host Abey for assisting me in all my needs whether it was bicycle which he kindly provided me with his own or pot of tea at any time. They also cleaned a pool for me upon my arrival. Abey also provided a lunch box for safari. The location is very quiet but a bit far from lakes and sites. Lack food and drinks, they can provide only on request. Fresh juices or fresh brewed coffee would be nice to have. Bicycles are listed as amenity but they don't have them. The pool should be clean at all time. On my second day I had some smell in my room which was gone in few hours. Bathroom is a bit worn out. Location- you may need a tuk tuk to get arround.

• Evita (5/5): Fixing some (lot) things would help to be much better - We left early to Yala safari - and stuff prepered breakfast to go for us. Everything was old, dome mosquitos inside the room, in the morning we didn’t have water in shower and wc. I washed my hair in sink.
• Suchith(srilanka) (8/5): Relaxing space and pool - good value for money. - Was very good value for money for a room with AC, pool ( i was the only one using ) and a decent breakfast. The pool had few rough edged tiles that can cut someone.
• Navodya (9/5): Very friendly staff and a peaceful location - Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the place was very peaceful and the peacocks walking through the property were lovely. The food was also very good. Overall its very good experience and value for money. It's better if there's in room tea and coffee making facilities and mosquito coils or vaporizers.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Superb - A cozy place in a green garden at a peacefull part of the village. A very well designed villa with a pool and a garden bordering the rice paddies. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very comfortable and spacious common space. Most hospitable owner we've met in Sri Lanka up to date - it was great talking about different aspects of life in Sri Lanka. Good food. A nice place to start a Yala safari or just spend a day or two to chill before further adventure. Nothing. All was good and the place was certainly worth the price.
• Yamuna (5/5): Dissapointing except meeting the staff. - The staff who are amazing. They are the most generous and kind people I have seen. It is in a state of desrepair. Booked for 3, only double bed had a mosquito net so all 3 had to sleep in the double bed. Went to have a shower, there was no hot water (as advertised) and there was no water pressure to have a shower. I am sure when we booked in it said breakfast included (I am not sure of this) but came back to the hotel after the safari to no breakfast. It charged me Rs 12000+ for the room where I could have got a better room for a better price.
• Kim (4/5): A little disappointing - The surrounding is very green and beautiful. Bathrooms are quite nice. Management seemed quite poor - the wrong room was prepared for us and then it took around an hour to get the correct room ready and it wasn’t particularly clean when we got access. We didn’t have hot water for one of the days and the rainwater leaked in from the balcony. Breakfasts were small and cold. The recommended safari provider confirmed our safari and then cancelled around an hour later when a larger group requested a safari.

• Emina (10/5): A real hidden gem! - Very nice little hotel in a beautiful setting! You can pick up fresh mangos in the garden end enjoy a nice view overlooking the ricefields! Tharek, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and attentive to all needs and questions!
• Roman (8/5): Place is quiet and cheap. Main manager Ananda is very profesional. - Ananda main manager who care about us was realy amazing man. with good hearth. He prepare amazing dinner with profesional service. facílities are old. Need to change
