- Sylvia-Constanze (9/5): Über den Dächern Berlins. - Es war toll, im obersten Stockwerk untergebracht zu sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Dachterrasse ist schön. Leider gibt es kein Gratiswasser und keinen Kühlschrank (Minibar). Die Ablagemöglichkeiten könnten größer sein. Für so viele Gäste ist der Speiseraum recht begrenzt.

- Annalisa (8/5): Soggiorno davvero piacevole e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione centrale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, la pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni e la sala delle colazioni: silenziosa, luminosa e con una vista magnifica sulla città. Ottima la scelta di cibi e bevande per la colazione e buona qualità di tutti gli alimenti. Ottimi cocktail la sera sul magnifico rooftop. Cortesia e gentilezza dello staff, sia in reception che in sala colazione e al bar. Hotel pulitissimo e silenzioso. Unica pecca le camere molto piccole e senza un armadio per riporre i vestiti e le scarpe. Non c'era neanche un frigobar in camera per riporre l'acqua e le medicine che necessitanto del freddo. Migliorerei questo aspetto, altrimenti avrei dato il massimo del punteggio. Non c'era l'armadio in camera e la camera in se' un po' piccolina. Avrei apprezzato le ciabattine in stanza e la presenza del frigobar, che è sempre utile così come il bollitore per il the, che apprezzo sempre molto per bere qualcosa di caldo senzaandare al bar.

- Sebastian (7/5): - Die Sauberkeit und Lage. Zugeteiltes Doppelzimmer war zu klein für zwei Personen. Blick aus dem Fenster war komplett auf benachbarte Häuserfassade. Probleme mit dem Guest Portal und TV. Rezeption am ersten Abend in Kenntnis gesetzt, worauf ein Termin mit Techniker für den nächsten morgen versprochen wurde. Techniker ist nicht gekommen. Rezeption erneut über die Situation in Kenntnis gesetzt. Diese hat aber zu verstehen gegeben das aufgrund des Wochenendes und unserer kurzen Aufenthaltszeit (4 Übernachtungen), da nichts dran geändert werden kann.

- Anja (9/5): Alles prima 😃 - Die Lage ist super Zentral gesteuerte Klimaanlage , wir konnten jedoch das Zimmer wechseln, in dem eine geräusch-ärmere Klimaanlage unseren Schlaf nicht gestört hat. Das war ein toller Service am späten Abend, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Tausend Dank an das Team!
