• CrazvanC (1/5): - Evitați! Proprietar agresiv și clauze abuzive (Garanție 1000€) Deși aveam confirmarea în scris pentru check-in la ora 11:00, am fost refuzat grosolan. Mi s-a spus agresiv că s-a schimbat managementul și nu au vrut nici măcar să îmi comunice o oră clară de cazare („după-amiază”). Proprietarul are un comportament extrem de toxic și un stil de comunicare violent în cuvinte. Atenție maximă: prețurile se schimbă de la o zi la alta și solicită o garanție absurdă de 1000 de euro la cazare! Un asemenea comportament nu are ce căuta pe Booking. Nu recomand nimănui, este o capcană!
• ERILYN (1/5): NADA RECOMENDABLE. Propietario pésimo, una estafa. No me devuelven el dinero. - Nada. No lo recomiendo para nada. El propietario Luca pésima la atención. Mal educado y falta de empatía. El cliente debería ser prioritario para mantener su negocio, pero le falta empatía y educación. Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y siguiendo respuestas suyas a otros clientes que les recibía fuera del horario habitual, a nosotros no quiso recibirnos, diciendo que si no llegaba antes de las 21:00 perdía la reserva entera de 4 días. Pedi que nos aceptase al menos a primera hora de la mañana del dia siguiente y nos dijo un NO rotundo y que no le escribiesemos más. Al final nos él canceló la reserva, sin devolvernos el dinero, sin haber sido una cancelación voluntaria. No fue no show! El propietario no quiso aceptarnos! Teníamos 3 habitaciones contratadas y todo el dinero perdido, sobre todo dejándonos en la calle con 2 personas de 80 años y una niña. Son gente que no deberían tener negocios de trato al público.
• Robin (3/5): Unterkunft mit Potenzial, aber der Besitzer hat ein Problem mit seiner Einstellung, - Gute Lage, nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Vatikan. Der Balkon ist ganz nett. Der Schlüssel für den Eingang zum Gebäude war bei der Ankunft nicht im Schließfach und unser Zimmer war auch nicht gemacht. Als wir dann die Unterkunft deswegen angerufen haben, wurden wir respektlos behandelt. Im Zimmer war auch keine Seife oder Shampoo, und es gibt keine Gardienen.

• Gaston (5/5): - Nada en especial No es un bed and breakfast, es un hostel. Literalmente no hay nadie para recibirte ni reclamar nada. Reservar aca es tirar una moneda al aire, te puede salir relativamente bien o ser una pesadilla
• Cozzi (3/5): - It's close enough to the Vatican, at a walking distance of about 20 minutes When I booked it stated it was pet friendly, before checking in I noticed that pets weren't allowed anymore. Nevertheless they let me take my little dog but charged me 20 € per night (never paid that much before, nowhere in Europe) they texted me several times to get paid and when I was back the owner was there and had me paying 54€ without releasing any receipt. On booking site it says the city taxes were 6 € per night he asked 7€. Besides that they are a bit loud, talking till 9 pm outside my rooms door. The shower was ok but the faucet wasn't working properly and warm water lasted nor even 5 minutes. When I checked in I had to ring to a family resident in the building as there were no keys on the key box. Definitely not a good experience sorry.

• Marta (10/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is a great location and is a walking distance to cafes and stores. - We liked the hospitality of the owner of the Airbnb showed us. He provided warm welcome, made us feel comfortable and was helpful and showed personal care. When we checked out of the Airbnb he helped us take our luggage downstairs and waited with us till our Uber came. We did not like that there are several steps to climb up before reaching the main level where the elevators are located and that made it difficult to take up our luggage.

• fiona (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - There is a washing machine. Keys-both front door to building and to our room are dodgy and need re-cutting. You shouldn't spend 15 minutes trying to get in! Beds- hard Pillows- 1 flat, hard pillow each. Uncomfortable sleep. I had to use my neck pillow from plane. Bathroom- full of mould. The cleaner came in and scrubbed for us but we went out and bought our own bleach. Disgusting!! TV- didn't work for 2 days as the adapter in the wall was crackling when we were sleeping and melted. Could have caused a fire so we took it out of wall. Cleaner replaced it on day 3! Hair-dryer- not working so cleaner took 1 from another room!! Nothing worked or was any good. Do not stay here!!!!!!! It's a hostel, not a BnB

Det er en lejlighed med 5 værelser som i dagtimerne bestyres at en filipinsk dame. Der er ekstra omkostninger i form at city tax 6 euro per person og nat. De er ikke forudbetalt via booking.com Der var kaffe, te og kage til selv-service italiensk morgenmad, det var fint. Fine køkkenfaciliteter til madlavning, køleskab og fryser, vaskemaskine. Fin altan udenfor i grønne omgivelser. Taxa fra lufthavn 55 euro fasr pris uanset tidspunkt på dagen. Værten arrangerede taxa for os kl 05:30 og sendte os en konfirmation af bestillingen til telefonen efter et par reminders. Taxaen kom til tide. I nærheden er der en togstation S Pietro- 15 min, metro og Peterskirken ca 25 min gang. masser af busser tæt på. Kommunikationen med værten var besværlig, lange svartider med e-mail, ofte svar i sidste øjeblik (uegnet til kontrolfreaks, det er nok lidt anderledes kutymer i Rom). Han sagde han var hjem når vi kom, det var han ikke. Efter 5 x ringe længe på klokken åbnede en søvnig nabo der ikke vidste hvilket rum vi havde. Vi ankom lidt over kl 21 da fly var forsinket. Møblering og indretning af værelset i bedste fald på genbrugsniveau, Badeværelse med løs bruser og tilstoppet afløb.

• SI (1/5): Ridiculous - Non ove to another place(actually I found that room is from the other host and that host is good).But,he told me that I need to move to the other room for the second day when I just woke up at 7 am.cool.so I was going to get out of the room and have fun.but I have to pack my baggage before I leave(waste my time).But the most ridiculous thing after.He didn’t send me any massages after I get out of that room for the first day.Like WHOLE DAY.After the sun going down it’s getting dark and cold and I sent massage to him asking where I’m going to move in tonight.HE DISAPPEAR,no massages,no replays.i called him also .but no.I was alone in the street and it’s dark and cold and I have no where to go. Ridiculous.i have to sent massages to the boy that host me last night try to find him.and after 30mins later he’s alived. And send me a new address for the room that I can move in the second day.and I didn’t see his face all the time.dont know how he is ,dont know where the room that I actually booked.

• Elshad (10/5): Newly renovated super clean apartment - Although I didnt stay exactly at the booked property but the other one they offered me was just awesome! I loved the newly renovated apartment and everything there was just perfect! Thank you for the offer and I would suggest the future guests to also accept the other offers if the one you booked is not available. I would definitely go back to here. Only for me location was a bit farther than expected. It is about 30 min walk to Vatican - which is ok if you are interested in that area. Other than that, nothing to complain.

• Aichu (9/5): Overall, it was an amazing stay and the best value for money! - You know when there are so many wrong things in the room and with Rome public transport but you still had a great stay?. Although we encountered some problems like the stairs to go to property (we had a stroller and luggages), broken soap dispensers, faulty flush of toilet and no place to put our soaps in bathroom, not a very comfortable big mattress (other bed was super good), we still had a great stay because of the other things that made it great! The place was warm and inviting and had free snacks, a lovely outdoor seating area and a kind host! They had a machine to get cold water which was very thoughtful especially for summer, a fridge where you can put your groceries, free sweets if you get hungry at night, a coffee vending machine and they even left coins for us to use for the machine! If you are on a budget, you’ll love the kitchenette as you can heat up supermarket bought dinners in the microwave. The location is superb, near the bus stop and vatican city can be walked.

Apartment Building was set back from a very busy main street, therefore fairly quiet. Strfano loves to turn his place into an oasis full of flowers. Felt totally at home meeting the other guests over coffee in the am It was a bit hard to find upon arrival, but that was my problem as I landed very late at night in Fiumicino

• Joeluis (9/5): Superb - Communication with the host was straightforward. Regarding check-in, he was attentive all the time, was aware of the arrival time, and answered quickly. The place was better than expected, clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and decorated. In the common kitchen, there were always fruits and pastries for breakfast and a coffee machine, although I could not use it 'cause doesn't accept card payments. During the stay, there was a problem that the host could not prevent, and he found a temporary solution really fast. Regarding arrival: The host could have sent indications on how to collect keys before arrival so that it wasn't necessary to call him the moment I arrived. Also, there was a problem with hot water during the stay and the host didn't mention it until I asked him. I'd prefer that he told me, I'd probably organize my time differently knowing it in advance and not when I got to the room.

• Marija (9/5): Comfortable stay and attentive hosts - The small hotel looks very nice with a lot of careful details, nice big terrace with place to sit and even have a meal. Well equipped kitchen and lots of snacks and coffee options, which is very kind and thoughtful from the owner. Our room (Bamboo) was spacious with enough room for luggage and clean. The housekeeping girl and the owner were very nice and responsive to all our questions. The location is some 15 mins by bus or 25 mins walk to Vatican. Only the bed mattress could've been more comfortable.

• Elena (7/5): Good - Nice appartment. We had a large room and private balcony which was lovely. The kitchen was functional and we were able to cook and store groceries in the fridge. The host was friendly and helpful, allowing us to do washing in the apartment. Overall, a good option on a budget and better than a basic hotel room without facilities. The shower in our room leaked water as the head sprayed water over the screen. Also the seals on the shower were broken. It meant a flood, or using very low pressure to avoid the flood. The shower could also use a good clean. The bed was VERY soft some like this- for me it ruins my back. The breakfast consisted of yogurts, juice, a few fruits, cakes and packaged sweets (dependant on the owner restocking the supply). Again, some people may like this- we bought our own.

• Lorena (9/5): i would really go there again. - everything was perfect. the room was very clean. both the host and the cleaning woman were very nice and attentive to our needs. they have a large terrace where you can relax, with many plants. very close to the vatican. it is located within easy walking distance to the center. carrefour open until 12 AM 5 minutes away. they also provide some pastries for breakfast and some drinks in the fridge (milk, juice, water), free of charge. the room has a high ceiling and is very spacious. a small recommendation: it would be nice if there was a small carpet in the room, for customers who need it to spread on the floor, because the floor is tiled.
• Paul (8/5): Nice apartment and location - Very nice room, friendly host, he arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location is perfect. Near the Vatican City. Easy walking to most of the tourist spots there. That's what we did. You can find a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. There's also a bus stop near the apartment. Good working aircon is a plus.

• Luca (1/5): Awful - Almost nothing, but not far from Vatican City, nice area to find some bar for breakfast There are several aspects that I didn't like: - Price: we paid 95 euro per night; - Reservation: we booked a double room, and we received a room with two twin mattresses, and one of them was not a mattress, we have to ask the first night to change; - Cleaness: Towel was not changed, neither once in 4 nights; - Breakfast: The person managing the place buys the cheapest things in the supermarket, coffe/cappuccino in a machine for 0.60€, water was not available after 10 am; - Room: it is very loud, a lot of noice not from outside but from the main door that was next to the our room, at all the times of the day and night, it was orrible; I think this structure is dangerous, was rated 8.7 and it doesn't respect at all that rate, it is not with the standard of other hotels or B&B in Rome

My room was exactly what I expected for it to be and the mattress was so soft and comfortable. And the best part for me was that I could make my morning coffee just like I do at home with a moka pot. Definitely would like to book again when I visit Rome next time 😊

The facilities were fantastic and it was in such a great location for sight seeing. The host was an absolute treat and was always on call if we needed anything. He provided endless snacks and water for free which was perfect for breakfast or a late night nibble after dinner. The kitchen was super handy and had everything you could possibly need. The entire place was spotless and the rooms were lovely! Will definitely recommend

• Eliška (10/5): Perfect. - Everything was absolutely perfect. Stefano was excellent host, very kind and helpful. Room was big, beautiful, comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean. Free Coffe, water. Amazing location, really close to Vatican, public transport nearby. Shops, restaurants… 10/10!

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The propery is an apartment that were converted into small hotel. It is small but very cosy, calm and greating place, and you feel yourself as living in a family. Rooms have very interesting and cheerful bright design, pretty spacious, beds are comfortable. You have all the keys and can leave and return 24h which is so nice. There is a nice comfortable kithchen that always have some snacks and drinks for you accesible 24 hours. You can also cook for yourself there. A beatiful terrace with a view to the green hill makes the stay very special. The propperty located not in a downtown, but bus stops are near the house. It is also 15 min walk to the nearest subway station. You can also walk to the Vatican (about 20-25 min walk). We only feel a small lack of garbage busket in our room (it was in the kitchen only), and all the rest was excellent!

Iyi cok super diyenler hayatta hic mi guzel bir yerde kalmadiniz,guzel yorum yapanlar yuzûnden tercih etmistim ben asla tavsiye etmiyorum ,ha bu arada fotograflara da inanmayin fazlasiyla modifiyeli ve yaniltici iki duble yatak deniliyordu tek duble yatak vardi digeri tekli katlanir metal dösekti
