• Encarni (5/5): Ubicación perfecta en un entorno descuidado. - Me gustó la ubicación. La habitación y cama era cómoda. Es verdad que el exterior no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. En un principio yo pagué una villa deluxe con playa privada, me dieron una habitación con una hormigonera delante donde estaban trabajando, de playa privada nada en esa zona. Además, tenia que tomar el desayuno en otra zona.Antes de firmar quise ver la habitación y cuando la vi, dije que no se parecía a las fotos. Me dijeron que esa noche me quedaba ahí pero que al otro día me cambiaban a otra, y así fue. El hotel está bien, el problema está en que tu te haces unas expectativas con las fotos que luego no son. La habitación estaba bien, grande, cómoda, pero las zonas comunes estaban un poco dejadas, y suciedad que no quitaban aunque lo vieran. Si volviera a ir no pagaría más por la villa, ya que es lo mismo que alojarte en una habitación con balcón y además me costó 100 eur más. El desayuno del primer día fue buffet y los demás días nos lo prepararon. Las excursiones que nos ofrecieron estuvieron bien, las cogimos con ellos porque decían que nos dejaban buen precio,pero una de ellas la vimos mucho más barata en otros sitios de la isla. Los hoteles que hay alrededor de la isla tienen mejor presencia y son más baratos que este. Cosas buenas, que puedes ver un buen atardecer. El personal al final se portó bien, ya que el último día al tener la opción del checkout más tarde, nos dejo una habitación libre para estar, ya que la nuestra estaba ocupada ese día. Desde mi punto de vista y como crítica constructiva, pienso que tienen una joya de isla, pero no lo cuidan suficiente, si se cae una botella ahí podía estar el día entero, había botellas que quitábamos nosotros de otras personas. Es una isla preciosa y auténtica y volvería a la misma, pero no a ese hotel, me sabe mal por el personal porque se porto bien. Pero sinceramente veo una mala organización y no pasaría nada por renovar las fotos y poner las fotos reales. La dejadez de limpieza en el entorno del hotel. Las fotos que se publican no son la realidad del hotel.

The on-site store is well stocked and their resturant is good compared to others on the Island. Also their beach is very private, and you can also find shade under the palmtrees through the whole day.

The breakfast is okay and reasonable price and has a great sea view, and the on-site restaurant was perfect for romantic dinner. The hotel's location is superb and walking distance as Dhiffushi is a very tiny island. My only minor complaint was the broke kettle and the air conditioning loudness which is normal. Overall, a fantastic stay, and l'd highly recommend this villa for anyone especially solo travelers visiting Dhiffushi. To the staffs thank you very much for your truly excellent hospitality and service.
• Ameur (6/5): Disappointment at all levels - The staff was very helpful, doing their best, working at different stations and locations to satisfy the guest nees Our stay was a total disappointment at all levels: 1- We have booked 2 seaview rooms since 3 months, once arrived after 7 hours flight, and 1 hour boat, the manager says that they did mistake and there is only one seaview room the other one will have the "city" view. Believe it or not, he says "I can offer you an extra bed for free and a dinner, take it or cancel the booking and find another hotel" !!!!! Totally irresponsible !!! Never seen this in more than 20 years in booking .. 2 - This is NOT a 4 starts hotel impossible 3 - They have two locations PAY attention: one well maintained for the villa (rooms on ground floor), the other one at around 500 meters with no dirty place, plastic tables and chairs and 4 beach chairs for all guests (check the pictures) 4 - All the other hotels nearby were on a perfect condition, with clean beachs and plenty of beach chairs ..

• Оксана (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located on a small island in the northern part. It overlooks the beach where no one swims. Yet it wasn't any problem at all. The food was substantial, yet a bit unvaried. The staff were very polite and nice. Thank you!

• Eniko (9/5): Superb - We had a beach villa which was located directly on the beach. It had a great view with the palm trees and the ocean. They made fresh omelette for breakfast. The whole staff was super kind, they even gave a gift to our son upon arrival and when we left as well. They also help us getting to the island and getting back to the airport. Outdoor breakfast area is amazing!!! Breakfast was quite boring for 10 days, Sortiment was poor and they offered the same type of food every second day. They served only instant coffee that you can make for yourself with hot water. For this amount of money I would accept better service for breakfast. Bathroom is outdated and a bit stinky.
• Beatrice (5/5): Passable - The beach of this hotel is stunning, the terace right next to the ocean, the bed is very big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpfull, and especially thank to the manager, he was very nice I’m really sorry i have to say this, but the property needs urgent improvements. The pictures from booking were taken when the hotel was new i suppose, but meanwhile the bathroom especially is awful(see pictures below). The breakfast it’s extremly poor, and the restaurant menu aswell. A real coffe machine would be quite necessary to have, most of us don’t drink instant coffe. Also, during our stay for 7 nights there, they did not clean the room once, or change the bed sheets or towels. This hotel has huge potential, but the owner should invest a little bit in it.

• Massimo (10/5): - Il soggiorno al Crown Beach Hotel è stata una piacevole scoperta per una visita autentica delle Maldive. Hotel direttamente su una spiaggia veramente privata dell’isola protetta dai venti e da turisti (si accede solo tramite reception). Tutti gli altri hotel dell’isola hanno spiagge comuni senza protezioni da ombre o vento. Al Crown beach siamo stati all’ombra di bellissime palme su lettini dell’hotel messi a disposizione di tutti e fatto tutti i pasti guardando il bellissimo mare delle Maldive. Consigliamo mezza pensione per poter provare altri locali anche se la scelta di cibo in generale sull’isola è molto limitata per problemi logistici (arriva realmente solo Tonno, Pollo e pochi altri ingredienti). La cucina è OK (lo Chef sa cucinare, anche la pasta, ma la scelta è comunque limitata ai pochi ingredienti che arrivano sull’isola). Il servizio è rapido (grazie Shamil, sempre con il sorriso!). Colazione molto basic. Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza vista mare (ce ne sono solo due in tutto l’hotel) ed era tutto perfetto: no insetti, umidità o altro. Condizionatore potentissimo!!! La pulizia della stanza va richiesta con un po’ di insistenza, ma una volta richiesta poi vanno a pulirla. Pacchetto escursioni proposto con Anil veramente mozzafiato. Necessarie da fare sono: Coral Reef, Tartarughe, Squali e visita ad Asdhoo (che sono le più belle escursioni da Dhiffushi). Flessibilità e cordialità al centro, grazie per questo a Rashid (gestore dell’hotel).

• Fatima (1/5): Bad - Terrible The staff and manager were super nice and helpful except for one staff called Anil he was super rude and talks in a provocative way. We were 3 and asked him to provide us with the snorkelling gears (it’s written in the description that it’s free) and guess what he refused saying that there are many guests !! Thankfully the manager interfered and requested him to bring them to us and he did in few minutes (maybe he was just lazy to go and bring them to us 🤷🏽‍♀️) The over all experience was terrible that we felt obliged to check-out before the departure from the hotel date of course there was no reimbursement since it was out decision. We are definitely going back to the Maldives and to Dhiffushi island but never back to Crown Beach hôtel/villa (both are the same establishment)

También destacar la seguridad de todo el recinto y su ubicación, es perfecta para ver puestas de sol y para darse un buen bañito.

Late check out for free and small souvenirs provided at the check out. the receptionist Ivan was very kind and helped us during the vacation Initially the room was with a building under construction view. We claimed and obtained a better room. The cleaning service only after specific requests. Immediately when we arrived, the owner stressed us with the excursions. No hot water in the shower only warm. Poor breakfast (mainly omelette).

• Susanne (10/5): Crown Beach - a gem on Dhiffushi in the Indian Ocean - Lying in bed watching palm trees, sand and many hues of turquoise ocean through your terrace door - does this sound like Heaven to you? You've arrived. Crown Beach Villas, a 2min stroll away from Crown Beach Hotel with it's own sandy white beach are the number One location on Dhiffushi island, where locals live among tourists in perfect harmony. The Villas might be pretty tiny rooms and there certainly are no tennis courts or water bungalows, the locals themselves call their lodgings guesthouses. And that's exactly how you feel, like a guest who's visiting his/her friends Rasheed the manager who has always a smile on his face, Vidad who runs this place, Anil, guide to places where you can see dolphins, huge stingrays, sharks and turtles. His knowledge of everything is endless, even compared to worldwide academic standards. All of this island gives you a tranquility no resort island of the Maldives could ever offer you. The future outlook of this island might be bleak if construction of high risers has started in full. Today it's only one unfinished house with five or six floors.... Visit this gem in the Indian Ocean as long as it's still sparkling.

• Geoffrey (9/5): Superb - Vidad and his team are simply excellent hosts. We stayed there for 6 nights in the beach villa & anything we needed was given to us straight away. The room itself was very comfortable with soft orthopedic mattress for very comfortable sleeps , on the last night in maldives Vidad himself came to another restaurant to give us both a parting gift. Even the guys in this other restaurant said "he's the owner" but is the nicest owner you can meet . We loved the activities the sandbank and turtle point excursion is a must , we were looked after on these trips by Anil, hes an absolute gentleman of a young man . Rashid was the duty manager and was always there to help as was Ivan who spoke very good English, the young waiter also looked after us very well at meal times . we chose the half board option and there was a great variety of foods to choose from , the breakfast with freshly cooked ommeletes was a very good breakfast . I will definitely go back one day .. There was very little that we did not like so ignore the sad face :) At first we were surprised that there was no alcohol available on the island but we embraced this & decided to use it as an opportunity to have a much neededed "retreat in paradise" having daily massages, swimming with the fish/turtles & relaxing in general ! Even when we discovered that we could go to a bar on a floating boat we decided not to go :)

• Anna Maria (10/5): Bellissima location, ma... - La location è ottima e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. L’unica cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato il costo e la modalità del trasferimento. La modalità perché la speed boat era molto piccola e il pilota un po’ incosciente e invece per il prezzo, sulla vostra prenotazione, c’era scritto che il trasferimento sarebbe stato gratis (su richiesta)...? Quindi non è chiaro cosa si intendesse. Invece sulla prenotazione dell’hotel è indicato che sarebbe costato $ 25 a persona per trasferimento. In realtà abbiamo pagato quasi 50$ a persona, sia all’andata che al ritorno e, per il ritorno, abbiamo anche dovuto discutere per avere lo stesso prezzo dell’andata, altrimenti ci avrebbero fatto pagare 100$ a persona! Questa questione sarebbe da definire tra voi e l’hotel, perché c’è discordanza tra quello che indicate Voi e quello che in realtà applica l’hotel. Un’altra discordanza riguarda un’escursione gratis per persona durante il soggiorno, ma che In realtà non esiste. Quindi, nonostante sia un bel posto e non ha deluso le mie aspettative, queste discordanze non mi permettono di dare il massimo della valutazione.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Location was good as there is a beach right outside the hotel. However, service wasn’t great, we were overbooked and transferred to another hotel for the first 2 nights of our holiday, and then there was a lot of confusion as to whether we would be coming back to the hotel after the transfer. This made our stay rather frustrating as we couldn’t settle in until we knew what was going on. Rooms could be better, especially the bathroom as our toilet was blocked. No shower screen so bathroom would get covered in water and no hot water. Menu could have more variety aslots of food items were unavailable. Prices seemed to change once ordered. Staff were not forthcoming and rather uncommunicative.

Hotel staff came to drop us at Boat where we see Manager came to say Good buy. Very nice experience and very good down time we had.

• Staffan (8/5): Strandhotell med långgrund beach - Crown beach har en egen strand men det är väldigt långgrunt så man får gå långt om man vill simma. Inga bra rev för snorkling heller. De ordnar däremot utflykter till rev och bankar. Kassaskåpet satt inte fast i väggen så det var inte mycket till säkerhet. Ganska lyhört och man väcks från minareten varje morgon. Tråkig omgivning då det byggs överallt. Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. God frukost.

• Frank (10/5): - Mr. Vidad has created a true gem here! Loved the hotel’s private beach, and the service was out of this world! Although breakfast was a bit basic and the mattress was on the firm side, the snorkeling they arranged for me was unforgettable (got lucky enough to see a turtle AND a reef shark!), and the staff was very accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay. Staying here, I got to see a side of the real Maldives that is hidden away from the resorts. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this facility.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 他の島々を知らない方なら大丈夫だと思います - 到着前にメールでやり取りして空港への送迎を依頼していましたが、空港で待機していてくれず、空港到着後にこちらから再度連絡し、少し待つことになりました。到着は夜便で、その日は移動だけの予定で支障はなかったのですが、昼便で到着する方は余裕を持ったプランニングが良いと思います。 オプションツアーは安いのですが、他の島々に比べると満足感は低かったです。 ただ、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。施設も金額の割には清潔で快適でしたが、シャワーは温かい塩水です。

Beautiful ocean view at the hotel restaurant and great food (delicious maldivian breakfast). Amazing sunsets. Great excursions organized by Anil especially snorkeling and romantic dinner. The island is small and beautiful, local people are very nice. In my opinion Dhiffushi in several years will be the top local island destination on Maldives. We spent 9 wonderful days and for the first time we hope to come back again...

• Ivan (10/5): Amazing - We stayed 20days in crown beach. Staff are really helpful. And since it was our honeymoon trip we had a wedding photoshoot. And the guy who works in the hotel as a guest relation manager (anil) helped us with everything. Nice and quite funny guy. He showed us around the island and thought us about history of island and maldives. The island it self is quite new to local tourism. But the people on the island is doing pretty good job to keep the island clean. From the hotel they gave room service everyday for 20 days and its cleaned pretty well. Hotel Resturant food was awesome. Breakfast need to be improved by adding more options other than that I could give 10 out of 10. Excursions and fun activities from the hotel was amazing. We went for snorkeling and sandbank dolphin trip and sunset fishing. They tried there best to make everything perfect for us. Thanks to crown beach hotel staff and specially Anil. :)

• Andreea (10/5): - The hotel is right on the beach where you can enjoy the meals with the amazing ocean view.The bed is very big and comfortable,the staff is nice and helpful.You have towels,beach towels,shower gel and shampoo in the room.Dhiffushi is a small island and you can visit all in 20 minutes.The meals are good and tasty.Every morning with the breakfast you get a complimentary bottle of water and fresh fruits ,papaya or watermelon.The maldivian breakfast is amazing.Anything you need you can ask the staff and they are doing everything in their power to have a great holiday.We booked ocean view room but first night we got a different room on the other side with no balcony but next day we were immediately moved to a nice room with balcony and best view.Thank you to all Crown Beach Staff gor taking care of us and provide us an amazing holiday.

• lmc (8/5): Great location right on the beach, - One of only two hotels on the beach in Dhiffushi, with a fab view of the sunset. The hotel is very nearly excellent, but needs to pay more attention to cleaning, maintenance and tidying, both in the public areas, especially outside, and the rooms. It would be good if ashtrays were on every table outside as so many people smoked and it would stop cigarette ends being thrown down on the sand.. Food in hotel is so so and overpriced for what they offer. The manager, Vadid, is great and does his utmost to please. The rest of the staff need to follow his example. All in all we had a great stay (room 7 has great view of beach) and hope that with a few improvements this will be one if the best places on the island.

Schnorcheln) (Preis/Leistung ok) - Einfallloses, liebloses Essen -> nur Tunfisch (Dose) kein frischer Fisch und Hähnchen - fast jeden Tag das selbe Frühstück (2 Toastscheiben, Butter, Marmelade und Spiegelei) + Instantkaffee - Bezahlung und Abrechnung sehr schwierig und intransparent (Halbpension nicht verrechnet, etc.) - Hausstrand nicht badetauglich, da Algen/Tang und scharfe Korallensteine -

• Ozzie Traveller (10/5): Excellent Local Experience - From the photos this hotel and island looked amazing. We were not disappointed. We had a fantastic time and an authentic experience of the local culture and island. The local people are also very warm and friendly. When we arrived we were greeted by hotel staff who organised our trip on the speed boat. The staff are helpful, friendly, warm and accommodating. They assisted us and answered any of our questions. We went to relax...and relax we did. The room is very clean and if you ask them to change the sheets or clean the room, they are happy to do this to make your stay better. The bed was very comfortable.The room has a TV but no cable (yet). If you want to wind down at the end of the day take a usb stick with some movies etc to watch. We streamed movies and the internet worked well most of the time. The water (at times) had a distinct smell and although it is desalinated, it is still salty. Our room did not have hot water. This did not ruin our experience. The food was lovely and the local dishes are a real treat. There is a limited selection but it is enough for a week long stay. This is a small hotel with limited staff so ordering well before time is recommended when the hotel is full. If you have children, I would buy snacks from the mainland to take. There is a local company hiring water recreational equipment and offers local diving and trips. The water is spectacular. You can see sharks, sting rays, reef fish, manta rays, dolphins and all other types of marine life

Но не знаю, сможем-ли мы теперь доверять секретным ценам, да и вообще вашему сайту, т.к. получили хорошую порцию негатива. Надеюсь вам будет полезна эта информация о несоответствии рекламы действительности. Да, нам действительно предоставили номер Deluxe с кроватью кинг-сайз. И это ВСЁ, что соответствовало описанию номера на сайте и в подтверждении бронирования. Причем в русскоязычной версии подтверждения бронирования был указан "вид на пляж", в англоязычной (увидели позже) - "боковой вид на море". Очень странные неточности перевода, больше похожие на ловушку. Боковым видом на море это тоже назвать трудно. В номере не было ни сейфа, ни TV, ни холодильника, ни чайника или кофеварки. Фото ресторана на сайте вообще не из этого отеля. За три недели ни разу не поменяли белье, убирались в номере только если попросишь, не скажешь - даже мусор не вынесут. Отдыхали три недели (к сожалению полностью оплатили на сайте - наша ошибка). Заселяя нас в этот номер менеджер обещал поменять хотя бы на неделю на другой, с видом на пляж, но в результате так и не поменял. Ночью до 2-3 часов под окнами ездили мотоциклы.
