- Ruut Bol (7/5): Prima hotel voor een paar dagen Barranquilla - Personeel is heel vriendelijk al spreken ze geen of slecht Engels maar communiceren lukt wel, ze doen in ieder geval hun best. Ontbijt is een beetje saai maar wordt geserveerd in een mooie zaal. Zwembad is prima, je kunt er ook lekker in het zonnetje liggen. Luidruchtig. De voordeur is dun dus je hoort alles wat er zich op de gang afspeelt. Tijdens mijn eerste nacht was er een trouwfeest met live muziek tot 2 uur in de nacht, erg storend!

El hotel tiene todo el potencial de ser un gran hotel, la recepcion y zonas sociales tienen una decoracion muy linda y tradicional que hoy en dia poco se ve, sin embargo las habitaciones estan muy descuidadas, hay demasiada humedad tanto en el techo como en los baños que activan de una las alergias, la cama no es comoda para nada. Encontre moho en el lavamanos lo cual me parecio muy incomodo y asqueroso, reflejo de la falta de higiene por parte del personal. El desayuno estaba frio y mal de sabor. En terminos generales, el hotel se siente bastante descuidado.

La atención fue muy buena en todo momento, el desayuno nos pareció delicioso y la ubicación es excelente: un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar en familia. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos. La habitación que nos asignaron resultó un poco oscura. De haberlo sabido, habríamos elegido una con vista a la piscina.

- Lhya (3/5): Quite disappointing, but the kitchen and entrance staff are nice. - It was beautifully built, and very classic. There has not been a lot of maintenance going on. The rooms are quite old, and the bathroom could use a renovation. It had a plastic curtain that didn’t look too clean. I booked specifically because I needed to work and needed a place to do so, but there was a problem with the internet in the neighbourhood, and I didn’t have wifi in my room. I understand that the hotel doesn’t have much influence in the internet setup of the city, but they should have a contingency plan. No other option was given for the internet nor a small reimbursement. I also had a visit for 1 night, and you need to pay for this person to spend the night. I was not made aware of this when I booked. I’ve stayed in many, many hotels and I’ve never had to pay for a guest that was in my room from 4 to 9 AM (!) only.
- HERNANDO (3/5): Hotel en deterioro - La ubicación La habitación con cucarachas. Salieron al menos 6. Cuando se pidió a apoyo del hotel, simplemente llevaron un aerosol para que yo mismo las exterminara. No hubo apoyo para verificación por parte del hotel. Fue una experiencia negativa, pues además que salían en la habitación dichas cucarachas, también en el baño. A Dios gracias las vi cómo se subían en los cepillos de dientes para no volverlos a usar. El desayuno es casi lo mismo todos los días, servido por el personal del hotel (no buffet)

- Javier (2/5): No me gustó la experiencia. - La zona del hotel , y ma decoración del lobby La habitación estaba algo sucia, tengo videos de eso, así mismo al momento de realizar el check in me hicieron esperar más de media hora , y ni siquiera estaba lleno, y llegué una hora después de la hora de check in. En la noche no pudimos dormir bien porque el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, estaba como congelado y el motor sonaba mucho. En el desayuno que se supone que es buffet no me quisieron dar la cantidad que quería, tuve que insistir para que me dieran más . También tengo video del ruido del aire en la noche , y de la espera en la recepción. Pero no soy solo deja cargar fotos.
