- Gordon (3/5): - The hotel cleaning ladies were extremely nice and attentive to our needs like the older generation would expect. They saw the limitations of the hotel and did their best to compensate for shortcomings. The hotel front desk was rude and didn't seem to care that the rooms had non-functional showers, the shower pressure was less than a leaky faucet. Any little complaints were met with rolling of the eyes; yet they're more than happy to add additional surcharges to the bill. If you're looking for a headache free hotel room, I suggest you look elsewhere, definitely not a place I would recommend.

- Ambo (7/5): 施設の割にサービスが行き届いてない - 釜山駅に近くて立地で選びました。部屋もキレイでした。 大きなジャグジー付きのお部屋だったのでテンション上がったのに、お湯をためようと思ったら栓がらなかったのでフロントに電話したら、お風呂使うのは追加料金で5,000w必要だと言われた。また、３人で宿泊したのに、フェイスタオルが２枚しかなくて、フロントに電話したら‘下に降りて来たら(フロントに取りに来たら)渡すと言われた。 シャワーを浴びたら排水溝の流れが悪く、トイレも手洗い場も水浸しになり、スリッパもなくトイレに行けなかった。

- NAOKO (6/5): - エントランスから想定するに明らかにラブホをリノベしたホテルです笑 エレベーター降りても部屋に入るまで電気がついてなくて怖かったのですが、お部屋はリノベされていたのでとってもキレイで快適ですし、特に窓を開けると釜山港がみえて、夜の夜景も朝の景色がとても楽しめるので満足しました。 駅から近くて値段的もとても大満足ですが、線路沿いで夜は人通りも少なく女子１人にはあまりおすすめしません。

Par contre, les serviettes vraiment trop petite, ils faut vraiment qu'ils en donnent des plus grandes pour s'essuyer. Vraiment bon rapport qualité/prix pour cette chambre, je recommande sans hésiter

- Maria Elisha (8/5): - Conveniently close to the station, pretty safe spot. Arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with the front desk till check in time. Room was spacious. The only thing that bothered us was how they did not offer regular size shower towels but only 4 hand towels and 2 bathrobes for us two guests. When I had called to ask for bath towels they said they did not have any. We would hear occasional loud banging from either upstairs or beside us at night. I agree with the other reviews about the bed being hard, but it was not a problem for me as I am used to sleeping on hard surface. I will also say that they try to conserve as much energy so the hallway lights are usually off and will turn on with motion sensors (my partner who’s afraid of the dark was pretty freaked out). I also don’t like how the room numbers will blink green when you leave the room specifying that you’re not in the room at the moment. Otherwise, for a short stay and for the price, it was not bad.

- HYUNG JUN (4/5): 출장, 대실 목적이 아니라면 굳이? 싶은 위치 - 장점: 방 구조 좋음. 뷰 좋음 단점: 하우스클리닝 없음, 수건도 입실했을때 방에 4장이 있었지 별도 보충 없었음 상기 항목 입실 시 별도 안내 없었음 물 온도는 유지 잘되는데 꼭대기층이라 그런가 수압이 아쉬웠음 충전기는 있긴 한데 따로 챙겨가는걸 추천 가장 가관인건 욕조 내벽인데, 물 채우니 떠다니는 부유물이 많아서 바로 물 뺌

- Verified traveler (2/5): 超爛的住宿體驗 - 這間地點還可以，但是整體感覺超爛，什麼都要付費才願意給，牙刷組，浴缸的塞子（不讓泡澡），wifi也設定連線的樹數目（超過不能連），到處都有灰塵，廁所會有味道（櫃檯有先提醒），一堆的問題，跳過這間吧！

If you are going to check in early there is no one in the front desk, or no one that can speak or understand English. The room was quite big but the towels were small and dingy. There’s not hand soap so you use the body was as your hand soap. The fridge was dirty and looks like it has never been cleaned. You really get what you pay for. I do not recommend this hotel.

The faulty odour almost like something dead is rotting somewhere within the room. The smell didn’t go away even after we open the window to remove the odour. We had to purchase sticky hair roller to clean the sheet and air freshener to cope and be able to breathe for the night. But It’s difficult to breathe in a room that smelled like a rotting dead animals but because we arrived late from Seoul, it was impossible to find another place. We are forced to stay the night. This is nothing to do with being fussy. The most basic hygiene a hotel should provide to customers has been severely neglected. Only towel size of a hand towel is provided and there was lipstick and blusher stained on it! Room was never vacuum because there was more gathered chunks of hair that had collected dust on the floor. There was a massive brown stained on the couch with a stench on it too. I wondered if someone drunk throw up on it and they didn’t clean it??! It was gross . So we booked from the 5-8 Apr 2024 and we left on the 6th of April with the awareness we are not getting refund back for the other two nights if we checked out and moved to another hotel. That’s why this hotel is a scam. The most basic hygiene have been neglected and by putting customers in a room that smelled like a rotting dead animal, that will not go away even after air fresher being sprayed and window opened. *They are causing customers to check-out early. Please Please don’t get scammed by this hotel. Please avoid it at all cost especially if you have children. I must say this again , this hotel may have deliberately deny / ignored the most basic hygiene service a hotel should provide to scam customers into leaving/ checking out earlier. Please please stay away from this hotel is bad for health. We moved to Urbanstay boutique Nampo.

Cleanliness: simply make the room until you complaint then only they clean nicely Front desk: no front desk during midnight Power failure in room and no front desk to help, toilet wall tiles almost rip off, only provide face towel, no bath towel, no clothes hanger, no air conditioning, only central heating system, if you feel too warm open the window the train noise will disturb your sleep.

- Vickie (4/5): - The hotel is relatively difficult to walk to as there is limited pedestrian walking areas. There are many hotels along the block but you will be walking alongside cars to get to any of these hotels. Receptionist spoke English and check-in was quick. However the initial room assigned had dirty sheets due to a dusty air conditioning unit above the bed. An alternative room was requested and provided for. The second room also had a dirty air conditioning unit however this one did not have falling debris. Bathroom appeared clean however there is a distinct sewage smell however that may be due to location. Both rooms had dead bugs everywhere and bug spray was provided in both rooms. A computer and TV was available to use however I did not try so cannot confirm if they are functional. There were no accessible power outlets anywhere.

Lobby is very small and entrance to hotel is thru a indoor parking garage. Rooms were bigger and nicer than expected. One of the two rooms had mosquitoes and we found two can of bug spray in the room.

- Ee (7/5): Good location, value for money. - The location is 5 mins walk from Busan KTX station, easy to locate and many eateries too. Convenience store is nearby and there is a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We took taxis to Busan tower, BIFF night market and is about 10 mins ride, fare is affordable too. Hotel only provide one big towel for the entire stay. The overall cleanliness was good but we found dust around the bedside and there are coffee stains around the coffee cups. The housekeeper does not speaks english so we have trouble communicating with her when we needed something. The toilet does have a little sea odour maybe is near to the sea. The room is facing the train tracks so is a little noisy for us.

- David (2/5): - Things I liked: 1) The location; close to Busan Station, therefore accessible to other parts of the city and transit lines. Things I did not like: 1) The bathroom light stayed on all the time except for the last day. I'm lucky that I brought an eye mask, otherwise I would not have been able to sleep during the night. 2) Cleanliness - there was a big spider web on the ceiling above the TV; dust and dead mosquitoes on the window sill; stains on many of the walls throughout the main room and bathroom; and a white pair of what appeared to be men's underwear underneath the sink cabinet. 3) One hour before check-out time, the electricity to our room was disabled; we could not turn on any lights, use any phone chargers, or even use the toilet. It felt as if the hotel wanted us to leave. 4) When I called the front desk for additional towels (after our room had been cleaned, but they had forgotten to leave replacement towels), the worker asked if I could leave my room and retrieve the towels which were placed inside the elevator sent from the ground floor. I might as well have gone down to the front desk to begin with. 5) Only for the first day; when turning the water to "hot", water would only come out of half the showerhead. 6) Mosquitoes. 7) Small black flakes fell onto my bed every time I turned on the air conditioning. I thought this was supposed to be a hotel, a good idea, but I guess my expectations were too high. If you value cleanliness, Le IDEA is not a good idea.
- Buri (8/5): - I'm an American and this is my first time in South Korea and this was 1 of 3 hotels I stayed at during my time. The following was my experience and observation. Pros: Very close to the Busan train station (5min walk), clean, quiet, relatively big room for the price you pay, large bathroom with separate areas, bedside lighting controls, mini fridge, safe, personal computer and TV (both we did not try), multiple universal charging stations for your phone or batteries. Cons: No hot water in bathroom sink, jacuzzi is small and jets did not work, nor is the jacuzzi large enough to fit more than 1 adult with their legs crossed, if arriving late hard to contact front desk but someone is watching the lobby through surveillance somewhere so you just got to wait. Lobby is through the garage area which was completely dark when we arrived for check-in so it was a bit sketchy. Weird/different: When entering your room you must put your keycard in a slot that then activates your electricity in your room (lights, tv, heat/ac etc). In this particular hotel your room number outside is lit up Red or Green Green means empty or the room keycard is not in. Red means the keycard is in and it's occupied. So it's kind of odd that anyone can know if you are in your room or not. The keycard is a normal thing in all 3 hotels I stayed at. Overall our stay here was pleasant once you got used to the features and amenities. Lots of convenience and food nearby!
