Important Information
Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.
The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.
The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

- Ann Kristin (8/5): Tolle Aussicht auf Fuji, großes Zimmer, Shuttle hat Verbesserungspotenzial - Die Lage am Mount Fuji ist toll. Direkter Blick vom Balkon. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und komfortabel. Es gab die Möglichkeit, im Onsen zu baden. Es ist nicht möglich, vor 15Uhr vom Shuttle am Bahnhof Kawaguchiko abgeholt zu werden. Auch vor 8Uhr fuhr der Shuttle nicht zum Bahnhof Kawaguchiko. Abends nach einem Ausflug hatte das Information Center zu, sodass wir Probleme hatten das Hotel für einen Shuttle - ohne lokale Telefonnummer - zu benachrichtigen, welches bis 20Uhr rausfährt. Ein anderes Shuttle half uns dann. Hier sollte unbedingt eine Lösung gefunden werden.

The location is not the best, but it is not really far away from most of the places. It really takes you some time to get a cab to move around, and the hotel shuttle is not that regular.

- Youssef (8/5): Réveil exceptionnel avec vue sur le Mont Fuji - La taille de la chambre, les kimonos mis à disposition dans les chambres et surtout la vue sur le mont Fuji malgré que nous soyons au 2e étage. Le Check-in a pu être fait légèrement avant 15h ce qui était très sympa. Et le personnel est à l’écoute pour les demandes spéciales (taxi…). Le restaurant est très bon et le personnel aux petits soins. Manque d’informations sur le service navette, malgré que l’on ai envoyé un message dans la matinée, nous n’avons pas eu de réponse. Il faut téléphoner depuis cabine locale et le service ne se fait qu’à partir de 15h… un jour de pluie c’est compliqué !!

- Keith (10/5): Great place to stay for amazing Mt Fuji Views - Great customer service, easy check ina nd check out. Big room and comfortable bed. Amazing view of Mount Fuji from the balcony, onsen and sauna available at hotel. Restaurants, shops and convenience stores within 10 mins walk and to train station. Definitely recommend if you want the perfect view of Mt fuji from hotel.
- Hui Ju (8/5): 整體來說是好的，住宿價格也不貴，但可以不用在這邊用餐哈。 - 地點很好，起床就可以看到富士山心情就很好。房間很大，還可以隔成客廳跟房間兩間。整體蠻舒適的。 1.有加購晚餐涮涮鍋吃到飽，肉質跟菜色都很普通，但價格偏貴，整體CP值偏低，河口湖附近很多餐廳，覺得可以不用在這邊吃。 2.房間的設備比較舊一些，沙發的邊緣貼皮有點翹起來，小孩割到手臂(不過只是小刮傷所以沒有反映給店家)
- athena (9/5): Professional, pampered. - Gorgeous view of Fuji from our room. Large room with a sitting area, dining area and separate bedroom. Bath house using natural hot springs was lovely. Breakfast buffet included in the plan was very enjoyable. Some staff slightly colder than some other hotels we stayed, but likely due to the more professional/business vibe compared to others. Some of them seemed not very familiar with what sightseeing options were available, saying there was only a taxi option, but we found out there were bus options too.

- ooi (9/5): Comforting, relaxing and calming - The hotel prepares free shuttle service. Shuttle service from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel can be arranged upon phone call, which can be made via public payphone at the station, whereas shuttle service from hotel to the station upon checking out can be made via reservation (shuttle van brings a maximum of 8 people) and is available every 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet is served with a variety of food choice with unique Japanese identity, under a comfortable and calming ambient. The room is classical type of hotel room. The room has a spacious balcony with Mount Fuji view without much blockage. A room for 4 has 4 queen beds, which makes the rest even more comfortable. The hotel is also equipped with free public hot water bath and sauna facilities, good for beginners to experience and enjoy the relaxing effect. The hotel is slightly old-school, whereby the room is not individually equipped with microwave, but is still available in the main lobby.

- Cardona (10/5): A place where you definitely have to stop by if you want to weake up with the Mount Fuji view in front of you. - Amazing location. The Mount Fuji was totally visible from the room we got. In addition to this, the room was spotless and comfortable. Another point that stood out is the shuttle bus to the Kawaguchiko Station, really handy and convenient.

- Marko (9/5): Stora rum med bästa utsikten över Fuji - Hotellet har stora rum och balkonger mot berget Fuji och har troligtvis den bästa utsikten av berget än något annat hotell i staden, personalen är mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad. Vår badrum hade badkar kombinerat med en asiatisk dusch, vill man inte sitta på en pall och tvätta sig går det att duscha i badkaret men lite envishet. Japansk och amerikansk frukost erbjuds på hotell, de har även har ett Onsen (varmt bad) till hotellets gäster. Tvättmaskinen och varuautomat finns på hotellet till vänster om receptionen. Vill man inte äta på hotellet finns det restauranger ca 10min ifrån hotellet runt shoppingcentret Bell, efter korsningen finns även en Lawson närbutik som är öppet dygnet runt. Hotellet ligger ca 20 minuters promenad från Kawaguchiko station, men då delar av stan saknar trottoarer och hotellet ligger lite ovanför de centrala delarna bör man ej gå till hotellet med bagage. Hotellet har en shuttelbus som går mellan fasta tider. Den blå linjen av stans tre sightseeing bussar stannar på andra sidan gatan utanför shoppingcentret Bell, bussen går varje timme med sista avgång 17:38 vilket jag tycker är för tidigt om man vill äta på någon av stadens restauranger. Missar man sista bussen får man gå eller ta taxi till hotellet som kostar 1000-1200¥ när vi var där våren 2026. Hade önskat att hotellet hade Continental frukost istället för amerikansk och hade personligen önskat att de varma tillbehören på frukosten var varma istället för ljummen. Rummen, vyn och hotellets personal väger upp för nämnda nackdelar.
