Plenty of places to eat, and the trams just outside the door. wasn't much to unlike, was just a bit hard having to look in everyone else's rooms.

Anyone that needs close access to Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre or even the Royal Womens Hospital could not go wrong staying here. Honestly with having only the one night stay I struggle to fault it

We faced south towards the city and the view was great.
Small IGA close. New Parkville Metro station around the corner.
Comfortable seating and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Maybe enough dishwasher tabs for the length of stay and a coffee plunger are the only things I can think of but not crucial.

- Cheryl (3/5): Not a location for any more than 4 people or you will be made to feel uncomfortable. Building full of residents and gues - Good location, probably ok for 4 people This is not suitable for large families. We booked 4 apartments for a family Christmas for 15 of us. You have to book the bbq which is fine but only 8 people are allowed to eat in The bbq area (the property knew that we were a large family when I booked).
You could only drink when sat at the table and not in the comfy chairs around the pool area or sunbeds; even though we used plastic cups, we were told we couldn’t.
We were also told to make sure everyone was dry when leaving the pool (we were) it was a rainy day so lifts were wet from umbrellas of other guests/residents I presume.
All in all, we were made to feel uncomfortable and conscious of every move and constantly trying to keep the children quiet.

- billy cant (10/5): Fantastic all round staff member for key collection, room, parking, pool and spa. - Great location to the meat factory event I went to. It was just 1-2 min walk. Everything in the room was there even a washing and drying machine.
Bed was fantastic and soft. Pool and spa are lovley like a resort.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. 9/10 would come back absolutely My partner and I were not so comfortable on our bed next to the balcony but my mum liked hers. Not a big deal. GPS takes you to back of hotel which can be annoying to find, also not a big deal.

- Brent (9/5): Good clean accomodation, with very good facilities. - The property was really clean and perfect for a quick little Melbourne getaway, it is within walking distance to the VIC market and only 200 metres to a tram stop to get into the city . Also the roof top spa & pool was pretty cool The pool was out of order during our stay which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids . However the facilities overall were excellent

Being met at front of building and shown the premises without having to check with someone else. All amenities, including washing machine, microwave and personal items were appreciated. Probably more crockery and cutlery, but it was suitable for us at the time.
