- スミレ (8/5): - 夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。眺めもとても良かったし、部屋や館内も清潔で良かったです。大浴場がないのだけが残念でしたが、近辺に昔ながらの銭湯がいくつかあり、そちらを利用しました。それも旅の良い思い出になりました。
- Timothy (10/5): Wonderful small hotel with amazing food. - We came here for the biking and loved this hotel. It’s not easy to get to by public transport. You’ll want a taxi. The rooms are nice and large by Japan standards. The food was amazing. You don’t pick from a menu but they serve many different kinds of food. It is seafood focused. So if you don’t like seafood it might not be the place for you. We love Japanese style food so we were amazed. Definitely a highlight of our trip.
- SHOJI (8/5): 橋と瀬戸内海の流れが見える、景色の良い料理旅館 - ロケーションは橋が見えるなど良く、温泉旅館と勘違いして予約したが、大浴場もない施設でした。 部屋の風呂は大きめでしたが、浴槽はさほど長くなくて、肩まで浸かって足を延ばすと、足首から出すしかなく、残念。 しかし、食事は美味しかった。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good - The front of the hotel is very narrow so we followed the signs to the parking lot below and took our luggage up by elevator. The elevators are small and the lobby is very narrow so I can imagine how crowded it must get during the busy season. However the room was spacious and the bathroom looked newly renovated and was very spacious too. Everything was clean and the views were nice. However, the bedspreads were nylon so they were not so comfortable. The food was ok. We were not asked if there were any food restrictions or preferences so there was one shellfish dish that I did not eat. I was asked if there was something she could bring in its place, but nothing was ever brought, which is ok because there was a lot of food anyway. The fish was good but the karaage fish with bones was difficult to eat. They need to cook it so that the bones are crispy and edible. The taimeshi at the end was a lot, so they made onigiri for us to take back to our room, which was nice. Breakfast was ok too. Since I am a foreigner who has been living in Japan for many years, I am used to this kind of Japanese breakfast, but new foreign visitors would really enjoy the healthy variety of dishes. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a nice location.

View is absolutely great. Room is clean. Food quality is good. We have a great stay and surely will be staying again next time.

- Hollie (2/5): - I really couldn't recommend this hotel for overseas visitors to Japan. The staff were very cold and unhelpful (we sent baggage from the hotel and they didn't assist us with the short form even though they could have done it it a quarter of the time it took us!) and they seemed very uneager to help. Dinner was one of the worst meals I've had in Japan (after living there for several years and visiting 3-4 times per year). They served turban shells, deep fried fish heads with no meat inside, deep fried fish tails that were purely bone, and a really bland whole fish with its head on. The rooms were ok and the view great, but it didn't make up for the poor hospitality and really terrible cuisine.

- やよママ (10/5): 美味しい食事と心癒される絶景の宿 - 食事、絶景、部屋の設備、大浴場はないですがアメニティに入浴剤もあり充実していました。携帯やカメラなど小物を置き、充電出来る棚もあり、宿の気遣いを感じました。ただひとつ残念だったのは、事前に電話で車の迎え予約が必要、駅は無人駅、三十分歩きました。車以外の方は気をつけて下さい。
- Kam wah (8/5): nice view, good locaiton for bike - Very good seafood meal. Nice view of the bridge. Near the bicycle rental shop, a good location to stay if you are coming to bike on the bridge. But the hotel is a bit old, need some renovation

Nice comfortable room. Japanese hot spring bath. Evening dinner service available until 7:30 pm. Excellent kaiseki style dinner provided. Also comes with an excellent Japanese style breakfast in the morning.
