• Scott Allan (10/5): This will always be my go-to hotel in Lisbon. - The location is great. It is a distance from the crowds, yet close enough to walk to, however, there is a bus stop and a subway stop just a few blocks away that gets you to anywhere you want to go. It is located on a dead end street so it is very quiet. The breakfast is great with a large variety of foods to satisfy everyone. If you are arriving by car, onsite hotel parking is limited; best to reserve a spot in advance.

• Nur (5/5): Will recommend for the convenience, won’t recommend for a pleasant stay. - Convenient location, close to the Azul train station, with many eateries nearby. The way the hotel room was designed is odd. The sink is placed outside the bathroom, the shower head was not functioning properly, sometimes vibrating and falling off the holder, and the TV was not functioning properly. Don’t think a four-star hotel should have these many issues.

• ArturoRimbaldo (6/5): - La camera era pulita ma i letti e i cuscini terribili e scomodi! La doccia gocciolava una volta chiusa almeno per 1 ora. L'armadio piccolo e tende mezze rotte. All'ingresso dell'hotel c'è una puzza terribile. E poi la colazione è appena sufficiente.

• Verena (4/5): Achtung Bettwanzen!!! - Sehr gute Lage Vorsicht: BETTWANZEN!!! Ich hatte die Arme voller Bisse von Bettwanzen. An der Rezeption wurde das direkt erkannt, niemand war überrascht. Ich wurde in eine Apotheke geschickt, um Antiallergika und Kortisonsalbe zu kaufen. Am Abend wollte der Chef des Hotels davon aber nichts mehr wissen. Keine Entschuldigung seinerseits, keine Kostenerstattung, kein Wäscheservice. Meine Schlafkleidung mit den Bettwanzen darin musste ich wegwerfen - alles mein eigenes Problem. Sehr dreist und frech!!

• Ádám (10/5): - A szállodába érkezésünkor azt tapasztaltuk, hogy egy más kialakítású szobát kaptunk, mint ami a foglaláskor szerepelt. Még aznap éjszaka a recepciós úr segített, hogy másnap a legmegfelelőbb szobát kapjuk meg. Segítőkészek és kedvesek voltak. Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, minden fontos hely akár gyalogosan is megközelíthető. .A reggeli egyhangú. Sajnos aki akár egy hétig itt tartózkodik számítani kell arra, hogy majdnem mindennap ugyanazt kapja, vagy még azt sem. Sajnos sok olyan nap volt mikor nem voltak feltöltve a dolgok, vagy már elfogyott. Egy viszonylag kis asztalon vannak a dolgok tehát nem egy nagy dologra kell számítani. A szobákban bizonyos helyeken elképesztően sötét van, mert nincs villágítás. Van tér ahová még elférne legalább egy lámpa a mennyezetre.

Per fortuna Gino a mezzanotte e dopo le6 del mattino, perché altrimenti per chi non ha sonno pesante sarebbe difficile dormire

Each night sitting at bar House keeping was not good our room was not cleaned properly and the tea and coffee was never replaced. Also the cleaning staff where very loud and when asked to replace tea and coffee they never did

• Merav (8/5): מלון יפה ונעים, צוות נחמד, רק התאכזבנו מעניין החניה, בהיעדר חניה במלון אין אלטרנטיבה סבירה באיזור הזה. - חדר יפה הכל נקי וחדש, מיטה נוחה, מיקום די קרוב למרכז (יש קצת הליכה בערך רבע שעה). ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה. הזמנו את המלון הזה בגלל החניה ובסוף כשהגענו נאמר לנו שמתקנים את השער והחניה לא בשימוש, מכיוון שהמלון קרוב למרכז החניונים יקרים מאוד בסביבה ואם כבר מצאתם חניה ברחוב, צריך לחדש מטבעות במדחן כל שעתיים .

• Nour El Houda (5/5): - Le personnel Séjour très décevant. J’avais réservé et payé une chambre supérieure, mais celle qui m’a été attribuée était catastrophique. Il y avait énormément de bruit, notamment des moteurs juste à côté de la chambre, ce qui m’a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. L’isolation est quasiment inexistante : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, ce qui est très dérangeant et ne permet pas de se reposer correctement. l’environnement autour de l’hôtel n’est pas rassurant, surtout le soir il y avait plusieurs personnes installées dans la rue, avec même des tentes à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel, ce qui ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité en rentrant tard De plus, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas très varié et ne correspondait pas aux attentes. Je suis vraiment déçu par ce séjour et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

• RICARDO XAVIER (10/5): Família feliz - Tudo novo e super moderno, limpeza excelente, café da manhã ótimo e atendentes super cordiais. Estacionamento na rua pago pelo parkimetro mas cuidado para não exceder ao horário pago, as multas são pesadas. O quarto poderia ter melhor iluminação.

• BELARMINO (6/5): - Localização Pedi por um roupão e lavandaria mais de 3 vezes, não fui atendido. No dia em que ia fazer check-out, fui importunado 2 vezes pelas moças da limpeza, 1 enquanto dormia e a segunda acordado na cama, isso 8 e 9 horas.
