La posiszione dell'Hotel é perfetta per visitare il Monte Bianco, Courmayeur o la Val Ferret. Il personale é gentillissimo e molto disponibile. Ci sono vari posti auto ed e'molto pratico poter arrivare. Bellissma vista dalle camere e piacevoli balconi sul Monte Bianco e la valle di Courmayeur.

Booked on the day of arrival due to a lack of alternatives while traveling with a pet. We travel the world extensively and stay in hotels across all categories. We are fully aware that hospitality is not defined by star ratings or décor, but by basic respect, professionalism, and courtesy. None of these are present here. Foreign guests should take particular note: not speaking Italian is met with toxic humiliation. English-speaking guests are openly mocked rather than assisted. Despite extensive travel throughout Italy, this is the first time we have encountered such a level of incompetence in basic English at a hotel front desk. The receptionist’s behavior was sarcastic, aggressive, and openly hostile. Routine and reasonable guest requests were consistently perceived as inappropriate and met with irritation, confrontation, and contempt, creating an unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable environment. Another staff member attempted to de-escalate the situation, unsuccessfully, as the receptionist remained focused on asserting authority rather than providing any form of guest service. This reflects an appalling lack of standards. The receptionist’s uncivilized conduct, combined with an inability to communicate in even basic English, makes him entirely unfit for any guest-facing role. No professionalism. No hospitality. No credibility. Overall, the stay was unwelcoming, stressful, and avoidable. The elevator was not functioning, further contributing to the overall lack of basic service. Avoid if you value basic respect and a stress-free stay.

L hotel è l'ideale per chi volesse andare alla finivia sky way sono 15 min a piedi. Camera confortevole e pulita, doccia molto spaziosa. Da.consigliare anche per chi come me viaggia spesso col cane. L hotel ha bisogno di una rinfrescata sopratutto nella parte frontale fermo restando che una ristrutturazione è in corso.

Buona la pulizia della stanza, comodo il posto auto e posizione ottima a meno di 1 km dal traforo del Monte Bianco. l’hotel necessita di un deciso ammodernamento, sia nelle sale comuni che nelle camere. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo risulta alto, anche considerando l’alta stagione e la vicinanza a Courmayeur, soprattutto con la colazione non inclusa. Nel complesso, un soggiorno passabile ma non entusiasmante.

Chambre et sanitaires très propres et bien équipées. Literie très confortable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc et les sommets aux alentours. Proximité avec la navette gratuite pour accéder au site du Val Ferret. Petit bémol, situation un peu bruyante. On est obligé de fermer les fenêtres (chambre et salle de bains) la nuit pour éviter le bruit de la circulation vers l'entrée du tunnel. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, nous aurions apprécié la mise à disposition de boissons chaudes et eau fraiche, gratuitement dans la chambre.
Sherry (10/5): Fabulous - I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here! Our favorite stay while on the TMB so far. Fabio and Ennios, the owner/operators, were absolutely FABULOUS. Beyond helpful, kind and always with a smile on their faces. The place is beautiful, the room was very clean and nice and the views of the back side of Mont Blanc from the hotel and our room were stupendous. Everything about our stay here exceeded expectations and we (actually me 😁) have been known to be picky. Thank you 💕. We liked everything.

Joseph (4/5): - So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! We weren't going to walk over to another hotel, swim, and then walk back. We were told there were lots of other bars, almost all were closed. Apparently mid April until early June they close between seasons. Understandable, but then don't advertise full wellness services. The gym was also disappointing, small, and no weights higher than 20 lbs. We would have stayed in Interlakken, where the town is walkable, and the view of the Alps is breathtaking; saved the cost and time of the train ride back and forth. Probably great in season, but otherwise skip this one.

Their genuine warmth and eagerness to ensure our comfort made us feel like welcomed guests in their home. They went above and beyond, providing valuable local insights and assisting with any needs. We left not just with fond memories of the stunning surroundings but also with gratitude for the exceptional hosts who made our stay truly special. The cozy ambiance and attention to detail added to the charm. Our room was spectacular with every thing what we needed and a magnificent view from the balcony. We enjoyed so much with delicious breakfast made from local products. The location was perfect , offering easy access to Skyway Monte Bianco, breathtaking mountain views and lovely local restaurants with delicious food. It also provided a fast and easy connection to Val Ferret which we truly enjoyed for the day. Highly recommended this hotel!!!! And definitely we will be back again !!!!

Dan (10/5): NICE and HELPFUL staffs with friendly hospitality - The location is excellent, we were a group for TMB hiking, we stayed for two nights. this hotel is just in the center of the valley, easy for us to hike val Ferret and val Veny. The staffs are professional and willing to help, We had a wonderful stay. nothing
