- Verified traveler (6/5): - Je séjourne régulièrement dans des hôtels/gîtes/etc à titre professionnel et pour l'occasion il s'agissait d'un séjour romantique avec mon épouse et je ne vous cache pas ma déception quant à la qualité de l'accueil (stricte minimum) et la qualité de l'hébergement qui malgré un fort potentiel laisse à désirer car insuffisamment entretenu. Sans parler du manque de climatisation qui en pleine été s'est bien fait sentir. Quel dommage. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

- Andre (8/5): - Ich habe dort eine Nacht verbracht auf meiner Motorradreise. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und aussergewöhnlich groß. Leider war während meines Aufenthalts der Internetzugang nicht möglich und da mein telefon selbst einen schlechten Empfang hatte, hatte ich Schwierigkeiten meine weitere Route zu planen. Ich würde dieses Hotel für Durchreisende aber weiterempfehlen.

Chambre n°4 spacieuse, décorée avec goût, douche, literie ferme, bouilloire avec tisane et café soluble à disposition. Restauration maison (ce soir: tajine au poulet et tarte au pommes délicieux). Petit-déjeuner buffet à disposition.

- Charlène (10/5): Rien à dire ! - Venue pour une nuit en couple, accueil de qualité , la chambre juste Wouaw avec un confort ++. Propreté irréprochable ! Le repas du soir était un délice ! Prix plus qu'abordable pour les services proposés. La propriété est a coupé le souffle je recommande vraiment à 200%. Nous reviendrons !

- Cécile (10/5): - Très bel endroit, agréable et confortable. On entend tout de même les canalisations lorsque quelqu'un dans une chambre mitoyenne prend une douche. En hiver, la cheminée non fermée, laisse entrer de l'air frais dans le salon. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Chambre toute rénovée récemment, bouilloire et thé à disposition, sèche cheveux, télé, serviettes de bain et de toilette pour 2 personnes, gel douche. Accès à la chambre directement depuis le jardin, table et chaises devant la chambre sur la terrasse. Bravo pour votre sens du confort et de l'accueil. Je recommande vivement.

- RACHID (10/5): Chambres très bien, service déplorable! - Le pire service effectué par un réceptionniste et sa directrice que nous n’ayons jamais eu. Le plan pour récupérer les clefs (système de boîtier) ne correspond pas à la réalité certes cela peut arriver mais qd nous sommes obligés à 7h du matin (lendemain de mariage d’amis) de les solliciter pour rentrer dormir, apparemment : qu’avions-nous fait? Heureusement, nous avions prévenu la veille. L’agent d’accueil s’est offusqué qu’on le dérange/réveille pour savoir comment nous pouvions rentrer dans l’hôtel… excusez nous Monsieur de suivre vos indications erronées et d’avoir été en galère à cause de votre système pas correctement configuré. Mauvaise foi, arguments qui ne tiennent pas debout : « il est interdit de prendre une chambre à 7h du matin » « ça va, vous n’êtes pas au Ritz non plus » Finalement il s’excuse après 10 min et nous laisse garder la chambre jusque 12h. Au réveil, personne à l’accueil, ils vendent des bouteilles de vins, personne n’est là on se sert et on laisse l’argent correspondante, finalement, on croise la directrice pour lui indiquer. On s’en va, elle nous rappelle pour nous indiquer que nous n’avions pas laissé assez. Demi tour pour régler la différence et finalement elle s’est trompée… Et là, elle nous indique que ce n’est pas un self service et nous remercie d’oublier son établissement… Changez de métier! La pire expérience client vécue! Sinon faisons la part des choses : les chambres sont très bien.
