• Elina (3/5): - The place was dirty from the moment we arrived at the parking lot. The parking cost €10 per night, which is a really good price, but it was very dirty. After entering the apartment, we realized that there was no electricity. Thanks to the staff’s quick response, they explained how to turn it on. After turning on the lights, we saw that the apartment wasn’t clean enough. There were dishes in the microwave, a boarding pass, and empty shower bottles left by the previous guest. The floors had black hairs on them, and even the mop was dirty. There was a spider under the bed. We hope the sheets were changed. We really liked the price, but that doesn’t mean the apartment should be in such a mess.

Загалом все сподобалося, якщо залишаться проїздом Чудовий район, поряд торговий центр, безліч ресторанів та магазинів Хоч було легке заселення, ключі ми забирали поряд з клубом і люди на нас підозріло дивилися, ніби ми шукали якусь заначку :))) Ліжко не найкраще, після нього боліла спина )

• Natalia (10/5): - Прекрасное месторасположение, рядом метро (2минуты), все очень близко: кафе, супермаркеты, торговый центр. В апартаментах чисто и комфортно, все есть необходимое для проживания. Быстрое и удобное заселение. Хозяйка приветливая. Будем еще раз в Будапеште, останавливаться будем здесь.
• hfrenkel (10/5): Perfect Apartment in Historic Corvin District - Fantastic apartment at the great, historic Corvin District. Any imaginable business, service or product is available within 200 meters, including the perfect Corvin Plaza Shopping Mall. Tons of coffee shops and restaurants all over the place. Downtown/tourism area is only a 5-minute Metro ride, and in fact is a nice 20-minute walk (about 2 km). Dora is a great, prompt and clear communicator. In short - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Not applicable!
• Adrian (4/5): Zdjęcia mocno odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Apartament nie jest juz taki śwież. Było brudno, musielismy sami doprowadzić - Kontakt z wlasicielem oraz lokalizacja obiektu. Czystość, apartament był słabo posprzątany.

• Mateja (9/5): Dobra lokacija, dobra cena - Prijeten videz stanovanja, enostavno parkiranje (z doplačilom), bližina restavracij in trgovin in blizu centra in vse infrastrukture. Konec oktobra smo imeli prijeten sonček na balkonu zjutraj. Odlična cena. Raztegljiva postelja ni zelo udobna, pomožno ležišče pa sploh ne.

• Giancarlo (5/5): - Al llegar, la bañera estaba muy sucia, encontramos pelos y restos de jabón en la bañera. Los dispensadores de jabón estaban vacíos. No había jabón para lavarse las manos y el dispensador de la ducha tambien estaba vacío.

• Arie (8/5): A wonderful hostess, and an apartment that with a little investment could be 10 - First I would like to give a special mention to our host Dora. She is very nice and tried to help us with every question and request. The apartment itself is in a complex of new and renovated apartments, there is a large and wide pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes and a large shopping mall. There are also two large supermarkets very close by. The metro station is a few minutes walk away. The apartment is on the 6th floor with two elevators and a balcony facing the backyard. There is a kitchen with a coffee machine. We also received a package of capsules and a bottle of wine on the dining table. Thank you Dora. There is a small washing machine, a bathtub, plenty of towels, shampoo and body soap. The apartment is small but cozy. The bed linens smelled bad. As if they had not been changed at all. After we washed them, they smelled pleasant, like clean laundry should. Also, more care could have been taken with the cleaning. Small maintenance issues affect the standard of the apartment. Such as: cabinet doors that did not close properly due to missing screws. Soap dispensers that did not have soap or did not work. A decorative lamp in the room that did not work due to a broken plug. A lamp on the balcony that did not work. The idea was to add a cutting board and a Flexible Turner (Spatula Turner) to the kitchen We informed Dora about the deficiencies and she agreed that it was important for her to improve all needs. Hopefully this will be done and future guests will be able to enjoy the apartment more. Under the balcony there is a cafe, restaurant and children's playground. The place is noisy until 11:00 PM. Only if you close the balcony door you dont hear nothing.

• Edin (10/5): Izuzetno - Sve je kao na fotogtafijama. Lijepo naselje sa svim sadrźajima (tržni centar, restorani, prodavnice). Veoma blizu javni prevoz (metro, trolejbus, bus). Apartman uredan, čist sa svim potrebnim za boravak. Odlična terasa. Sve je bilo OK

• Natalia (9/5): Alojamiento recomendable con excelente relación calidad-precio - Muy bien ubicado (zona Corvin), con el metro a 7 min andando. El piso tiene lo justo para que la estancia sea cómoda: Utensilios de cocina, lavadora, tendedero, secador de pelo, toallas, aire acondicionado y aspiradora (que parece una tontería, pero se agradece). La cama es un sofá, pero nos resultó cómodo. El balcón da a un patio donde está un ruin bar, por lo que por las noches hay bastante bullicio. Esto no nos afectó porque la insonorización es bastante buena y, una vez cerradas las puertas, no se escuchaba practicamente nada. Solicitamos hacer el check-out una hora más tarde y la anfitriona no nos puso problema, cosa que agradecimos mucho. El balcón está bastante descuidado, lo usamos unicamente para dejar la ropa a secar. La aspiradora estaba rota, realizaba su función pero a la mínima que tirabas del tubo, este se desencajaba.

• Anastasiia (8/5): Як би не ті ключі , я б була не роздратована і поставила гарну оцінку, бо помешкання насправді гарне і затишне. - Все було чисто і охайно, кухнею не встигла скористатися. У ванні чисто ,але душ не зручний, бо тримала рукою постійно, тримач зламаний. Не було шампуня і геля для душу. Користувалась своїм. Знайшла волосся на підлозі пучок. Дуже шумна вентиляція у ванній. Але закриваєш двері і норм. На балконі дуже брудна підлога! Контейнер для ключів знаходиться між смітником і зливною трубою. Це 🤢 огидно! Виправіть це ! Придумайте щось приємніше !!!!
• Vladyslav (8/5): Впервое впечатление было не хорошое. Так как открывь квартиру, мы увидели крошки, волосы на полу. Одним словом не убран - Квартира в новом комплексе. Необходимая инфраструктура рядом. 1) Сейф с ключом находиться возле мусорного бака. 2) Квартира была не убрана. Требует генеральной уборки. 3) Посуда была со сколами. 4) Спальное место для третьего человека некомфортное. Было б не плохо дополнительный матрас добавить. 5) Балкон был не убран, с крошками хлеба на столе. 6) Ванная с туалетом также были плохо убраны, был запах. 7) Коврик возле входной двери также не убран.

• KC (9/5): First time in Budapest - It is a beautiful apartment. Very easy to get to the building too and a lovely area, there is a lidl and some restaurants very closeby. There's a metro stop and a bus stop about 8 minutes walk away which makes travel into city centre and major attractions quite easy. The host is lovely, very quick at responses and accommodating to requests. The single sofa bed wasn't super comfy but it's probably not aimed for adults.

La posizione non è centralissima ma utilizzando la metro il tutto è risultato molto comodo e agevole per gli spostamenti. Ottimo apporto qualità prezzo, super consigliato! Niente.

• Burak (10/5): Sevimli Küçük Daire - Harika bir binada güzel bir apartman dairesi. Balkonu çok güzel ve keyifli. Toplu taşımaya yakın. İsterseniz şehir merkezine yürüyebilirsiniz. 15/20 dakika rahat bir yürüyüş ile şehir merkezine ulaşabilirsiniz. Evin imkanları iki kişi için oldukça iyi.

• Zsófia (10/5): Nice and quiet apartment in the heart of the city - Rendezett, felszerelt, tiszta hely, gördülékeny ügyintézés és pontos útmutatás. Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a Corvin Negyed szívében, minden karnyújtásnyira, de ettől függetlenül rendkívül csendes maga az apartman. Nice, cozy, well equipped, clean place. The administration went smooth, the owner gave very punctual guidance. The place is in the heart of Corvin Negyed, where you can find everything (restaurant, drugstore, plaza, cinema etc.). But the apartment is very quiet, you can't hear the city.
