There were no glasses and no tea staff in the larger room. The bed had some uncomfortable noise, it was not stable.

• Sanganga (1/5): I wish this hotel should be written off before they scam more innocent poeple - Absulotely nothing at all I regret every second i spent there i even left and decided to book somewhere The place is ugly and under construction they did false advertising My children were harrassed by the staff I do understand they have a capacity for those people but you can’t even do meet and greet in that hotel they made my baby daddy sit in the foyer until he got pissed and left I was accused for stealing 2 towels which i was charged 500 for both and i wasnt even searched even if my daughter requested That hotel is under renovation it’s ugly The staff is very rude and all of those that i met including all the securities that i met They even called Blue security for back up because they wanted to hit my son I regret every moment i spent there Wifi not working Ironing board is broked The iron is sticky i had to request my baby daddy to bring us an iron This hotel is a scam I pray everyone sees this and never waste their money in this hotel

• Thokozani (2/5): Worst night ever that is not a hotel - Beds were comfy,plus the bathroom had a shower n bath tub Doesn’t look like a hotel,WIFI that doesn’t work,some lights in the room didn’t work, a leaking aircon,no cutlery,no tumblers no plates,hotel has only one microwave that is used if u warm food bought from their property only no microwave in rooms👎🏽worse the WiFi what a boring day spent..the pool is so far away from rooms

Here comes morning, haybooo!!! It was horrible breakfast. Shower caps are not provided in the bathroom, Wifi only worked for 3 hours then expired. Aiii it's a lot xem I'm thanks my holidays were ruined I'm sorry to say this

• Solomon (4/5): - The room was spacious, the bathroom had both the bath and the shower. The fridge in the room was a bonus. The TV was not working for my entire stay and the parking entrance was a bit steep for lower cars

• Faiema (8/5): Comfortable stay with room for improvement - Overall, I had a good stay at Grange Gardens Hotel. The location was very convenient, especially with Windermere Centre nearby, which made it easy to access shops and essentials. I also made use of a Checkers Hyper delivery which I needed coffee and only Ricoffy sachets were provided however I forgot to get sugar upon delivery. Delivery services were very helpful during my stay. The security guards were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I would also like to especially mention the male staff member on night shift...his customer service and hospitality were excellent and really stood out. There were just a few small areas that could be improved. The room is set up for two guests, but only two sugar sachets were provided, my 1at morning I was assisted and then the evening female staff was not accommodating and said the catering staff has left for the day. Cremora was used instead of milk sachets, which may not suit everyone. The bathroom bin was rusted, and the kettle lid was broken. These were minor issues, and I did not raise them during my stay, but they are worth noting for maintenance and overall guest experience. Hot water was not properly available from Wednesday check-in until Friday evening due to maintenance. Overall, my experience was good. With a bit more attention to detail in the rooms and small amenities, the hotel could easily move from good to excellent.

• Fixane (4/5): - Friendly staff. We couldn't unlock the door because the card was not upgraded, we constantly had to ask the lady to open for us. The bed is very uncomfortable. The Construction on site makes it difficult for one to stay indoors during the day. We also had to wait outside the locked gate for 20 minutes around 9pm with no one opening the gate for us. The breakfast served on site is not worth paying your money for... I don't recommend it to anyone. I had to stay because we couldn't be refunded our money.

• Mapule (3/5): Ay bandla! - The hotel is under major extensions/ renovations and no lift is located from the parking lot. It is a health hazard to be there without any PPE or warning. Aybo! That Grange place shem. The passages have dirty stuffy carpets. I liked the proximity to my event. And safety outside in the.evening. I wrote in wrong slots on purpose

• Zizwe (1/5): terrible, no value for money at all - Nothing at all no value for money, cockroaches in the room, linen not clean, no plug socket for laptop , very old furniture and a bedstool / footbed by the end of the bed very old and have patches. Iron very dirty
