- MARTA (9/5): ESTANCIA FABULOSA - Me gustó todo, el hotel, limpieza, personal, ubicación, desayuno. El jardín y pisicina precioso y eso que no pudimos disfrutarlo porque hacía frio y un tiempo regular pero seguro que se esta muy muy bien. Volveremos. Nada. No tiene nevera, ni teléfono, ni ascensor ni parking en el hotel, sí se puede aparcar sin problemas en la calle , pero hay que tener en cuenta que tiene dos estrellas con lo cual se queda en una mera observación.

Tanto el comedor como la sala de la TV muy acogedoras. Sólo indicar que para personas con movilidad reducida hay que decir que no hay ascensor , para nosotros ésto no ha sido ningún problema.

- Núria (8/5): Correcte. El personal, el millor de l’hotel - El personal de l’hotel ha estat molt amable i ha ajudat a compensar alguns detalls que no ens anaven tan bé. Per exemple, van oferir-nos una habitació triple sense cost afegit perquè no ens podien posar el bressol que havíem demanat (estava ocupat). També em van ajudar amb la meva filla de 20 mesos perquè estava sola amb ella -circumstancialment- i no podia baixar les maletes al cotxe amb la nena perquè no tenen ascensor. L’esmorzar està bé, molt correcte. En general, és un hotel correcte, qualitat-preu, adequat, ofereixen moltes activitats d’aventura, la piscina està molt bé… però hi vam anar al final de la temporada. No vam fer ús de les instal·lacions d’estiu. La construcció es veu ben feta però una mica antiga. Li aniria bé un ascensor.

- Mayte (10/5): Hotel muy especial con servicio muy amable - Hemos quedado muy contentos durante nuestra estancia en este hotel, que ha superado por completo nuestras expectativas. Tienen espacio para aparcar cerca y en pocos minutos se llega al centro de Sort caminando y al río. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y las camas eran muy cómodas. Y sobre el desayuno, comentar que todo era muy bueno con un producto de calidad, siendo este muy variado y en cantidad. ¿El precio? Inmejorable por la zona. Además, el servicio del hotel fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Tanto antes y durante nuestra estancia. Por cierto, que tienen piscina con un bonito jardín para descansar. Y por último, comentar que ofrecen una actividad de rafting, que hicimos y que fue inigualable la experiencia. Sobre el Check-in y el Check-out ni os preocupéis porque lo hacen muy sencillo. Nosotros estuvimos en planta 1 y 2 con mi familia, y la habitación nos pareció bastante acomodada al tiempo atmosférico. No pasamos ni calor ni frío. Quizá el ruido fue lo que menos nos gustó pero vaya, de esto el hotel tiene poca culpa, son más bien los huéspedes que tienen que tener más cuidado.

- Cradig (8/5): - Buena ubicación al inicio del pueblo de Sort, con el río justo a 50 metros para poder refrescarte. Personal muy amable. El desayuno aunque sin ser muy abundante, tenías un poco de todo. El espacio de la piscina para descansar estaba de lujo. Instalaciones del hotel algo antiguas y las camas chirriaban al moverse. Aunque el hotel es tranquilo, dependes del resto de huéspedes porque al mínimo grito se oye todo, discusiones, puertas que se abren y se cierran, cuando se duchan...

El desayuno era completo y podíamos desayunar con nuestra perra en la terraza sin problema. Las habitaciones de la parte superior son muy calurosas y el aire acondicionado de la habitación tiene poca fuerza para enfriarla. Recomendaría coger alguna habitación de plantas inferiores que serán más frescas

En la habitación se ha escuchado bastante ruido, sobretodo cuando tiraban de la cadena otras habitaciones. Que no tenga servicio de cenas (solo bocatas y 3 pizzas….)

Lovely pool and lounging area. 10 minute walk to downtown Sort with bars and restaurants. We really liked the property. It would’ve been nice for the pool to stay open later and there were a lot of bugs in the grassy area, but I don’t blame the hotel for that.

We stayed here last year and extended our stay to a second night so booked 2 nights this year. The location is perfect for exploring on motorbikes, the pool is great, the surrounding area and views are amazing. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Sort (just a 5 minute walk) The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing not to love!

- Judit (10/5): Estancia excelente - Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Uno de los puntos fuertes fue, sin duda, el desayuno: muy completo, con opciones para todos los gustos, desde fruta fresca, panes, embutidos, hasta plato caliente.. Perfecto para empezar bien el día. Los espacios comunes muy bien cuidado. La piscina genial y muy tranquila. Hay servicio de bar que puede comer y cenar unas pizzas o bocadillos. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. Muy recomendable. Nada, todo genial.
