Décoration de la chambre peu cosy pour le prix de la semaine cela pourrait être mieux.

The rooms are very spacious, and the bed is super comfortable, which made our stay really relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool, which has an incredible view — definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were all very kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. They assisted us throughout our stay and gave us useful recommendations, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. One thing I would suggest is to better equip the rooms with some kitchen essentials, since the hotel does not serve breakfast, has no bar or any dining services, and is quite isolated. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the town center, so travelers should know that having a car or scooter is absolutely necessary to get around the island.

Both times I had to stay out and wait for 2 hours to get back in. This was very inconvenient for my stay and did not make it enjoyable. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean with good views.

Le personnel de la réception est agréable et le ménage est fait chaque jour. La route pour accéder à l’hôtel est sinueuse avec des pentes très importantes ! Il n y a rien autour, pas d épicerie ou restaurant. L accès en transport en commun reste compliqué mais c’était ok pour nous car nous avions louvé une voiture.

The location is very close to super paradise beach and the views were AMAZING! John helped us book a rental car that got delivered and picked up at the hotel itself which was very convenient. Plenty of Cats around and most of them friendly and wanting a pat. Don’t think I have any dislikes.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially John. The cleaner was also very friendly and as I arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time she managed to prepare my room earlier, so I could rest after a long flight. They also organised complimentary transfers which was lovely. The property did not have a restaurant on premises so food had to be ordered and delivered as takeaway.

• Ricardo (10/5): Nice stay to relax - It has a spectacular view of the sea! Also staff was very nice and gave me a great support! Bedroom was always clean and the bed was comfy. A big screen tv is also a plus. They don't have a bar/restaurant so it was needed to order food by delivery every time. Also the hotel is up on the hill, which is very steep to go back from the beach. It is also a good thing to rent a vehicle otherwise you get stuck in hotel or limited to van/boat schedules. I just rented an ATV for one day cause I found the roads too narrow so it could be dangerous.

Nous avons eu un problème un soir avec notre carte d’entrée dans la chambre. La personne de la réception a démagnétisé nos cartes par erreur. Du coup ma femme a passer la nuit chez une ami, c’est en rentrant que j’ai vu un message wattappp de la réception me disant qu’il m’avait déposé les nouvelles cartes sous une pierre.

The room was incredibly large and the bed was very comfortable. We had all needed amenities and cleaning was done everyday. The room was quiet. Parking was available. We booked the room with private jacuzzi and got upgraded to a bigger room. I loved that there was a lot of privacy and the views were incredible. The design of the property is cool too. They cleaned our jacuzzi again when requested. The location of the property is good, you can see and hear the parties from super paradise beach right from your balcony. Nothing that we did not like, but keep in mind that the property is located on a very very steep hill, which you cannot climb easily. You need a car or atv to move around. We also wish they had the facilities to offer breakfast.

• Shubham (10/5): Stunning views at a super clean and well maintained property! - The views from this property are breath-taking! We received all the required information well in advance and had a super smooth check-in. The staff at the property was super polite and extremely helpful with their reccos for places to see & eat! Rooms were cleaned everyday without asking for, and maintained extremely well! One of the rooms did not have a working water heater, which required my friend to use another room just to shower. This was a bummer.

Special thanks to John, Christina and Joanna! I had a room with sea view with private balcony and jacuzzi. I loved that room, waking up with a sea view was absolutely magical. The pool area is also great, Super Paradise Beach is so close by walking. There are great clubs and day parties as well. I highly recommend this place.

• Silvia (6/5): Not suitable for a famility without car. - nice design of cottages, nice view. free transfers to the airport / port location was not good, very remote with no shops walking distance and difficult commutes to the city. Difficult walk back from the beach (really stiff climb). Commute to the city / shops could be done by minibus (5 EUR/ride) which were often complete. The mini-fridge did not work (and was very small). Cottage prices were down by 20% when we arrived (compared with the price we paid several months before).

• Artricia (5/5): Birthday trip - The location and my view I'm gonna just get straight to the point . I Was very pleased to have our transportation  guy waiting  as we arrived off the ferry. Secondly our Air bnb was nice and spacious ,however it seemed a lil old as compared to the pics that were posted online. The unit listed as having a SOFA BED;however we had a COUCH  with sheets on it when we arrived!! Very Misleading..I  didn't feel like they were prepared for us being that we only had two rolls of toliet paper with 5 guest in the house. Had to have soap container in restroom refilled. Also their were no paper towels in the kitchen. Yet they had dishes and  silverware , make that make sense.  The unit was a lil dusty and  no instructions on how to operate anything from the TV to the Airconditioner . I mean those are all minor things that could have been taken care of with the exception of the in room Jacuzzi. We booked in advance there was no need to not have all the amenties in the unit The website stated they was a hot Tub; however it was in the main bedroom not on the patio , everyone couldnt make use of it. VERY MISLEADING..Not one time did management call or stop by to see if we needed anything , or even to see if we were ok.now the  view from our villa  was Amazing. I've leased several Air bnb 's and they have always been accommodating. I'm trying to figure out if I will continue leasing AIR BNB 's or a Hotel. Customer Service is important & everything when on Vacation. I Was a lil disappointed.

• Carlos (6/5): Misleading pictures, dirty jacuzzi rude staff, overpriced - The sea view The room we booked did not correspond with the pictures we saw on Booking.com. We felt mislead as the pictures of the room and the actual room had nothing to do. In particular the room and the terrace was smaller and had worse finishings (no wooden floors, no large window with sea view). I checked on their website and the room I booked corresponded to a lower category. I tried to explain this to the concierge, named Manos, and he was unhelpful and defensive, gave me no alternatives and was even being unpleasant, even rude. I showed him the pictures which were self explanatory and he just said that there was nothing he could do. On top of this, the private jacuzzi was dirty. We did not even use it as when we switched it on a green foam started to build, see pictures. I went to ask to The concierge, Manos, and he said that it was our fault for using sun cream. The thing is that we had not used the jacuzzi at all. It took them 1 hour to send somebody to clean it. Very unpleasant. I also sent a message to Booking.com on the day of our arrival and have not received an answer from you. Very disappointed.

• Beorn (9/5): Great stay in mykonos - All the staff were amazing. The rooms were perfect and exceptionally maintained. Excellent views both from the rooms and tge pool. It's a bit of a difficult climb up the mountain from the beach. You definitely need a car to get around as there are no shops nearby, however the reception helped us organize one quickly.

• Alexandre (10/5): Everything was superb from the location, the design/decoration, comfort and the exceptional staff (Manos is truly on - This location is exceptional paired with an amazing staff who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel like a 5 start client!!! The deco and ambience of the hotel is super chic and very relaxing. The view from our room and from the property was magnifique… on one side you have an endless ocean view from the pool area and the other side offers a great view of all the fun at super paradise beach (including Jackie O’s)! The rooms were generously sized with comfortable beds and large showers, so for a 7 night stay we felt right at home. The concierge serves were great and sufficient with pick up services for atvs, airport transfers and food deliveries. The staff was super attentive and friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was 5 star: MERCI BEAUCOUP to Manos and the team for a job well done!!!! Nothing
