• Rebecca (5/5): - The suite was big. The gym was quite good. The windows didn't open, so difficult to air the room. The rooms are only serviced every 2 days - and service doesn't include making the bed. The air conditioning is a machine next to the bed and is very loud.

• Nicole (10/5): Great family stay - The single staff working at check in was SUPER friendly, helpful and was very busy working to accommodate guests. Location was very convenient, easy to find. Room was very clean. Enough space for our family of 5, and didn’t feel cramped.

• Terry (10/5): - Staff was friendly, while we only stayed one night, the room would have been great for an extended stay, with the full size fridge/kitchenette area. The breakfast was more than adequate. The original reason we selected this property was for it's proximity to the nearby surgical center, but I would recommend it for anyone that needed to stay in this area. The only drawback, there were no eating establishments within walking distance.
• David (6/5): Overall it a decent place to stay. - The hotel is in a nice central location which makes it a convenient place to stay. The over cleanliness of the place was good and the staff were friendly. Our only complaint was that the mini frig in our room was not working properly and the rest of the hotel was really hot.

• Tina (9/5): Most all of the staff was extremely nice. I love these hotels and will stay again just not sure why they send you texts - Love Home2Suites brand. The suite was just what we needed. So much space for my handicapped mother. Love the fridge, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, dark, dark electric shades Housekeeping was a problem. We asked for service day one, left for a couple hours, came back and hadn’t gotten service, so we were going to nap, and put out the do not disturb sign. They knocked loud twice and then came in, waking my mother. Next day, got a text about how things were going, I said we really had to have housekeeping. They knocked while we were showering. I peeped out the door and said not now. As we left we said we still needed housekeeping (11::15 am). Front desk took note of it; got back at 9, still no service. Third day, we stopped by front desk and said we had to have housekeeping. Due to using the handicap shower chair the bathroom floor was soaked and most of the towels. Stopped at front desk on the way out again and said we had to have service. They said we weren’t on the list. But he added our room number. We did get service on that 3rd day, with 2 new towels (for 3 of us), more tp, and emptied wastebaskets. But the soaking wet bath mat was still hanging in the tub.
• Claudia (10/5): - I had very kind and accommodating staff at check in, love the updated rooms and bathrooms. Nice to have an almost full kitchen. Comfortable place to stay, best to have a car.

• Tricia (6/5): - Couldn't get our TV to hook to the Wifi, had to go to front desk multiple times and still didn't get correct (only solution was to move rooms after already unpacking). Ice machine on our floor was broken, would have been nice to have been told that when checking in. So many of the doors, our groups keys wouldn't work at, mobile keys continually wouldn't work. Would have been nice if laundry facility had credit card use or it was mentioned that they were coin op. The QR code to scan in the room really didn't give much info, like delivery of food, hotel ammenity stuff - like coin op[ laundry, etc. Cushions for outdoor patio sets were not on when we arrived, had to ask for them and it took quite awhile (like the next evening)

• William (8/5): adequate - acceptable We were given a key that opened a room that was already occupied at 10:30 at night. I was embarrassed. The people we woke up were confused. The desk clerk didn't seem overly concerned. Disappointing.
• Shawntay (8/5): Nice place for a reasonable price - Appearance wise the room was big and spacious for my family of 6. It looked clean but the room had a stinky urine smell that seemed to be coming from the carpet. Maybe a pet let loose on it. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel which is okay. All the animals that i came across were well behaved. I think it would be nice to have floors for families with pets and then a floor for families without pets. Breakfast was decent but the same each day. The only thing that changed was bacon or sausage. Pool area was nice and clean. Beds were soft and comfy. I was there for five nights and I had room service knock at the door 3 of those 5 days which is cool. The hotel overall looked clean and well put together. The washer and dryer came in handy multiple times during our stay.
• ARNOLD (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and neat. It was convenient there was an area in the back to walk our dogs for their bathroom breaks and there was even doggie bags and trash cans. The breakfast bar was generally well stocked and with a variety of items. One morning the coffee ran out and our last day, Monday there were some out of stock items such as eggs (Likely due to the weekend waiting for re-stock.)

• Sarah (8/5): - My stays at Home2 Suites seem to be hit or miss. The suite itself was nicely laid out for my family of five. I like that the hotel is pet friendly so we can bring our dog. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and my dog ate something off the floor before I could snatch it from her. We never had warm water in the shower the entire stay. The breakfast area was pleasant but the food was quickly gone and not replenished in a timely manner. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Check in was quick and easy. I would stay again despite the few inconveniences.

There was a whole group of people making loud noises that kept it up into the early morning hours The hotel didn’t have a shuttle to and from the airport for its guests.

• Winstead (9/5): Home2 Suites Eden Prairie is a VERY comfortable stay aside from a too-soft bed. - My wife and I really liked the full-sized fridge and other kitchen appliances in the room. We never stay in fancy suites, so maybe this was expected, but it REALLY felt accommodating. Also, the room A/C was responsive! You can't beat that! The bed was NOT comfortable, but that's not really the hotel's fault. My wife and I like iron-board-stiff beds; we pretty much sank into this one. Same for the pillows; they were so soft that they doubled as earmuffs when resting your head on the middle of the pillow. Hotel's across the country should learn from this and have a mix of hard and soft pillows.
• Kevin (2/5): - Room was extremely dated. Heater blew cold air and had to constantly be reset. A great inconvenience when it is -10° outside. The auto shade was broken. No way to let any natural light in the room.Intake vent in room covered with duct tape and unsightly. Knob to turn on shower just spun and had to be in just the right position for water to come out. I could have gotten a comparable room in the area for the same price but in much nicer condition.

• CarlS935 (6/5): Good location and clean. - I stay at this hotel on average of at least once a month. The location is convenient and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The issue is the mattresses are very uncomfortable and worn as are the pillows which are very thin and give no support at all.

• kevinv877 (8/5): Great Value, clean room! - This is a good property for an inexpensive stay. Our king room was clean and bed was very comfy. Hard to beat the value here, especially if this location is convenient for your travels. Staff was efficient and there is a breakfast (not award winning but certainly typical of this type of hotel). Coffee in the lobby 24/7 is great.
• Laura (10/5): Great value and cozy well-appointed rooms - Breakfast was nice with a good mix of food and good coffee. Room was clean with a great kitchen setup. Linens and bedding was comfy and cosy. It was hard to understand exactly how to best use the shower setup in this accessible room. It would be helpful to have some short instructions. Using the wall unit to operate the window shades was not as intuitive as I had hoped, so again it would be helpful to have some short instructions or pointers on that.

• Matt (9/5): great value, not a bad choice. - I like that it's close to many of the things I do when I'm in Minnesota. I like that it's affordable and you get a great room for the value. there were stains on the couch, the bed was very bouncy and I could feel every time my partner moved. the indoor pool was freezing cold. the breakfast in the lobby was alright but needs more healthy options. only one nightstand has outlets for charging electronics.
