• Selenia (1/5): No recomendable - La ubicación. No habia sabanas para el sofá cama, estuve llamando desde las nueve y media de la noche y no me atendieron. Tuve que dormir encima del sofá sin almohada, sin sábanas y Clavándomelo porque es incomodísimo. Tras contestarme los propietarios al día siguiente, me dijeron que nunca había llamado( adjunte doros) que no había reservado para tres adultos( adjunte reserva) y alguna que otra excusa incierta. Por otro lado este ático de lujo no tiene acceso directo desde el apartamento. Tienes que salir del mismo para ir a la terraza. Hay que subir un piso sin ascensor por una escalera muy estrecha. Abajo del mismo hay bares y se escucha bastante ruido. No lo recomiendo .

• Ingeborg (5/5): Locatie is echt down town - De locatie Dat men het dakterras aan het renoveren was. Iedere ochtend vanaf 7.30 lawaai en het terras was onbruikbaar. En man had er niet over gecommuniceerd. De lift gaat tot verdieping 5 en het appartement ligt op 6. Dit moet ook duidelijk vermeldt. Host reageerde niet op onze klachten
• andrea (7/5): Super central attic minus the "lujo" - 1. The terrace is truly amazing, yes it is fully shared with the rest of the building but during my week long stay i got to enjoy it as if it was mine, for sunbathing and also to spend time with my friends. Its bathed by the sun basically all day and its also quite private. Hard to find another terrace like it 2. The apartment is small but cozy ( this said, could be way cozier and better with a few fix ups here and there). Its good for a couple or for solo travelling, which was my case 3. Kitchen supplies, cleaning products, garbage bags and bathroom supplies were all provided which is always a nice touch 4. Smart tv with basically ALL the streaming services and the tv is mounted in a way that you can watch if from anywhere in the house aka both in bed or on the sofa bed/couch, living area 5. Great natural lighting until it gets dark 6. The washer dryer was an amazing touch, came in super handy! Sure its not miraculous but you wont have to deal with super wet laundry also because there really isn't a way or a place to hang it so you have to sort of improvise 7. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - JUST CANT BE BEATEN. You are right in the centre, you walk out the front door and you're right in the middle lf cafes, bars, movie theaters, grocery stores, you name it. 8. SOUNDPROOF - both the apartment and the terrace are basically insulated by the sound of the busy streets below, its kind of amazing! 9. The privacy. Its a very private cozy chill spot Personally i really enjoyed my week there, sure, it wasnt perfect, this said, all around it matched my vibe and my needs and altogether i had a very good experience! Highly recommend!! 🥳 1. The pictures displayed make it all look way more amazing than expected. Still its a lovely place, just dont expect a luxurious spot. 2. It really wasnt clean. Nor there were any proper cleaning supplies to give the floor a quick sweep or a mop up if needed. When i arrived it was dusty, the floor literally had not been cleaned. 3. Pillows were really uncomfortable unfortunately 4. the lights, my god, the lights 🤦 a mixture of fluorescent, colored, hyper bright lighting which completely ruined the atmosphere and the charm of the entire apartment. This was such a pity really because with warmer lighting it would have made a hell of a difference in the evening/night time 5. The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor and its quite small. To get to the attic you gotta walk one floor up. Personally i didnt mind it but its good to know! 6. I dont know if the state of the apartment was due to my low season booking or not but still everything should be more organized. Things are kinda stuffed here and there, kinda like you're renting your spare apartment to your buddies for the weekend... Its just not everyones vibe The apartment has so much potential, it can be much better with a little extra care 🙌🤗❤️
• VILA TORRENTS (8/5): Tot com estava explicat a la web - Molt cèntric, instal·lacions molt correctes. Una mica sorollós però normal per ser tant cèntric.

• Eamonn (5/5): It was fine. - Great location Just because it’s on the top floor, doesn’t make it a penthouse! It was spotless, but small and it would really benefit from one or two lamps - I hate sitting under an overhead light! It was a nightmare finding parking.
• luis (7/5): Excepcional. - La ubicación excelente, a cien metros de la plaza del ayuntamiento, el apartamento en sí muy bien, la terraza cómoda aunque no está integrada en el propio apartamento. La atención de José, quien lo llevaba, muy bien. Multitud de sitios para desayunar, comer, cenar y tomarte algo. El ascensor se estropeó dos veces el segundo día y hubo que bajar y subir los seis pisos a pie. El sofá bastante incómodo.

• Joanne (9/5): Did not disappoint and will definitely return. - The location of the apartment could not have been better for accessing the old city. Plenty of amenities on the doorstep. Being in a pedestrian area meant that noise was minimised. A wonderful outdoor area right at the door allowed for relaxing, whilst this is a shared area we never saw anyone else and had it to ourselves for the whole week. There is a slight smell from the drains but with the door and windows open, this soon goes. The outdoor area would benefit from some solar lighting that stayed on for more than 60 seconds so the area can be enjoyed at night.

• Sandra (9/5): Great location and place - The stay was overall great. The communication was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Our son especially loved the blue light in the living space. Thank you to the host for the excellent care—we would gladly stay again. The elevator was quite small, but it did its job—and we appreciated having one.

• Franziska (8/5): Eine grossartige Unterkunft, sehr gut zugänglich, perfekt gelegen. - Die Lage 200m von der U-Bahn Station Xativa und bei der Plaza Ayuntamiento ist fantastisch, mitten in der Altstatt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Der Kontakt mit José war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber gut eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, die Kissen sind etwas hart. Das Wlan ist hervorragend und auch die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise. Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit schönen Pflanzen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgerüstet sein. Eine kleine Pfanne für Milch und ein scharfes Messer fehlen. Auch ein Handtuch wäre nützlich.

• Natasa (7/5): Good - Great location, friendly helpful owner, quiet also during the night, nice common terrace, two aircon-warm and cold, hot water. Tight, very very small elevator (hardly for 2 persons if you are not on bigger size). Not for those who are not comfortable in very small spaces it is easy to feel trapped inside.. Elevator broke down when we were inside and it was a bit challanging and stressful but they have stairs to. Beds are not comfortable. It could be cleaner too. If you are sensitive on smell it is a pipe smell in the apartment which is probably issue of the whole building since it is old so it is not owners fault. They provide air freshner.

• Urosa (8/5): A wonderful terrace to enjoy in the center of Valencia. - The property is a very small apartment at the top of a building in downtown Valencia. It is very well located. It has a beautiful terrace that is public but nobody uses it. We used the terrace and enjoyed plenty. The terrace does not have a view but it has a nice breeze and it is wonderful to have wine and enjoy with friends. The bathroom is small but it has a nice shower. I wouldn’t recommend it for a heavier person or a person with disability since after you take the elevator it takes you to the 4th story and then. You will have to climb a narrow stair to the apartment on the 5 th floor. The owner is very friendly and tries to solve problems. It has a very bad aroma that is mitigated by many fragrance machines inside the apartment. It is not a lack of cleanliness but it seems that in many places in Spain you will find a sulfurous smell.

The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re in town for work or pleasure, this city-center gem offers the best of both worlds. I highly recommend Ático de Lujo Plaza Ayuntamiento for anyone visiting Valencia. Can't wait to return!

Good communication with host prior to and on arrival (remotely) Smart TV, so could access streaming services, good wifi. All amenities needed in nice sized apartment. More large bath towels (only 1 large one in apartment) Thinner pillows.
• Jesus (9/5): Wonderful, would definitely consider going back - Great place for your money. It's very centrally located near all the main sights and very well priced. Jose is a great host , very attentive and caring. The apartment has a bonus space on the same floor, a large terrace that is shared with the other neighbors but no one uses it. It's a great place to hangout and have a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.

There wasnt anything that we realy dont like it.Clean rooms and bathrrom all neccessary thinks in place .Tea ,coffe as a welcome pack avaiable ,clean towels and meny more:)
• Adam (10/5): A comfortable private flat with a great location. - This place is all about the location, which is close to the Metro with a link directly to the airport and in the centre of the city. The restaurant/bar below the apartment is a great place to stop for a quick beer at the end of the day. the roof terrace is also very nice, it's shared but we had it to ourselves always. The owner was good to communicate with, it's on the top floor with a lift, the lift is small but safe and reliable. nothing to not like.

• Iris (6/5): Nice location but some uncomfortas. - The placement. A lot of restaurants and shops near the apartment There was a lot of noise from works on the building. The bed was very soft and rather small. The sofa was very uncomfortable.
• Ioana (8/5): Nice downtown location, tiny though. - Location is amazing, you are just there right downtown. Metro is meters away, Carrefour very close, walking distance to many places, great breakfast and restaurants right there. The place is tiny. Small rooms, really tiny. Not what I was expecting, given the "lujo" in the name. The host was fine but did not speak English. The shared terrace is nice, but when we went, the building was under renovation, so the workers were there all the time. Plus, the scaffold was on the entire building, making privacy something you can forget about.

• Ulrich (5/5): We were unfortunate to follow a smoker and spent our days during building works. - The terrace was an attractive extra; unfortunately works at the fassade caused dust and unpleasantness. The aptm was heavily used by a smoker before we arrived and this caused uneasiness during our stay. The lift didn't work on the morning of our check out!

• Roger (10/5): Super stay & Valencia day a real bonus - I cannot thank Jose and Anna enough for saving our trip to Valencia. We had booked another Apartment via Booking.Com that was simple unacceptable. When we booked this accommodation Jose rang me within five minutes and within 40 minutes Anna had met us with the keys. This was a birthday treat for my wife so you can imagine how stressful the situation was but speaking with Jose gave us great assurance that all would be OK and it certainly was. There was nothing we didn’t like. If anyone suffers from claustrophobia the lift is a challenge but we enjoyed climbing the 97 steps every day. Who wouldn’t when you could enjoy the beautiful roof top garden

Everything is around the building, cafes, restaurants, shops, metro, etc. Beautiful area, we even walked to arts & science museum in 30 minutes across Gulliver’s park. Could not have found a better location at this price!! The terrace is also nice but we were never in the appartement ling enough to use it! Jose went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice apartment based at a great location in this beautiful city. It's on the 6th floor with a small elevator going to the 5th floor so you have to take the stairs one floor up. I had a rental car that I could park for free in a private parking garage a few minutes walking from the apartment...once parked there it never left its space :-) Everything is in walking distance or easy accessible by bus or metro with all the lines stopping nearby.Communication was great with Jose and Beatriz!I definitely would try to rent the apartment again if I would revisit Valencia (which I absolutely plan to do since 1 week just isn't enough)Great city, great location, nice apartment, friendly owners...what else is there to say except maybe: was I supposed to water the flowers?  :-)
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Fantastic location in centre of old town. 10 mins to everything. Metro gives access to everywhere including the beaches under zone A. Use lines 5 and 6 to get to the marina tram stop. Tickets are super cheap and keep your ticket and recharge and it’s even cheaper The apartment is dinky. Photo makes it look a bit bigger. If you are in then the terrace is where time is spent tho’. Bed is ok could be better. Shower room fine but shower head bracket needs fixing. Lift is tiny too but works fine. For the money and location fully recommended.
• Olga (6/5): Валенсия - выходные в июне 2018 - Апартаменты не соответствуют тому, что представлено на фотографиях и в связи с этим цена за проживание определенно завышена, на мой взгляд. Единственный очевидный плюс - это расположение, оно действительно отличное, в самом центре. В апартаментах есть терраса, но так как на ней нет никакого тента, то завтракать там невозможно, так как летом в Валенсии солнце начинает припекать достаточно сильно уже с самого утра. Общее состояние апартаментов - среднее. Мебель не новая, кровать, матрас и подушки крайне не удобны для сна, так как матрас и подушки уже прилично продавлены из-за давностью использования и не самого высокого качества. С ребенком ехать не рекомендую, так как апартаменты расположены на самом последнем этаже, есть лифт, но он очень маленький (вмещается максимум 2 человека и один чемодан), поэтому никакая коляска туда просто не влезет, а пешком подняться практически невозможно. хотя все зависит конечно от вашей физической формы)))) в остальном - вполне комфортно. есть вся необходимая кухонная утварь, все типы полотенец, в целом достаточно чисто.
• Geraldine (10/5): Fantastic Location and Value for Money - This apartment is in a fantastic location and represents excellent value for money - 5 minutes from Valencia North station and 30 minutes from the airport by Metro (Euro 4.80 single); all major places of interest walkable distance; lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes close by. A bonus is the roof terrace and sun loungers. Very friendly owners (Jose and Beatrice), also very helpful. The apartment we had is on the 6th floor and therefore may not be suitable for all travellers however we had no problem with this.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Josè è stato molto gentile: dopo un pò di giorni dalla prenotazione ci ha avvisato che purtroppo la casa non era disponibile per via di un disguido e ce ne ha fornita un'altra sempre in zona (e anche più grande) senza alcuna modifica al prezzo finale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche nell'altra casa (di nome atico ruzafa)
• Stefania (8/5): appartamento consigliato! - Davvero un appartamento carino, all'ultimo piano (6°, l'ascensore arriva al 5°, ma non è un problema), situato nel centro storico di Valencia, piccolino ma con tutti i comfort! Ottima posizione per spostarsi in città a piedi. Presenza di molti servizi e locali in zona. Ottima posizione anche per i mezzi pubblici, sia metro che autobus. Davvero deliziosa la terrazza (condominiale, non interna all'appartamento, ma praticamente di esclusivo utilizzo). Proprietario davvero super disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio!!!! Ci siamo trovati bene!
• Stefano (8/5): Valencia: una piacevole sorpresa. - Ottima posizione, in pieno centro ma silenziosa, visto il 5 piano. Si gira tranquillamente a piedi o con i mezzi (bus o metro). Buona accoglienza, puntuale e gentile. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. La dotazione per letto e bagno buona, ma carente in cucina: no caffettiera, un solo cucchiaino, nessuna tovaglia o tovaglioli. In compenso abbiamo trovato olio, aceto, sale, zucchero. L'appartamento sembra più grande in foto, ma comunque giusto per due persone. La terrazza non è ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento, ma credo sia poco usata: non abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentarla a causa del vento. C'è l'ascensore per due persone che arriva al 4 piano, poi mancano pochi gradini. Per gli italiani segnalo la mancanza del bidè. Un ristorante da consigliare, per qualità del cibo e prezzo modico è la Saona in plaza de la Virgin.

• Klaas (8/5): Schoon en goed gepositioneerd appartement - Duidelijke communicatie met eigenaren, zowel bij aankomst als vertrek. Helder en fris en rustig appartement (-en ) complex. Niet gehorig. Aanwezigheid van lift.
