- Carlos David (9/5): - La habitación y las Toallas muy limpias, al igual que las camas, el personal amable, respetuoso, atento, el desayuno estaba bastante bien. El cifón o desagüe del lavamanos estaba tapado, no funcionaba y una de las luces (la principal) de la habitación estaba dañada

- Wilmer (9/5): Relajante y buen descanso - Comodidad de la habitación, amplia y limpia. El parqueadero es en frente del hotel y cada que requieres guardar tu vehículo se debe interrumpir la recepción para que una persona vaya a abrir el parqueadero.

- Pablo (10/5): A warm, comfortable stay with excellent service in the heart of Garzón - We had a wonderful one-night stay at Casablanca Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind and attentive, offering warm and personalized service. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had a great night's sleep. The restaurant was another highlight—the food was delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Garzón. We also appreciated the hotel’s location, ideal for discovering the town, and the special touch they add with their event services and local tourism options. Thank you to the Casablanca team for making our stay so special! We would definitely return and highly recommend it.

- David (10/5): A Truly Exceptional Hotel Stay! Highly Recommended - Wow, what an exceptional stay! Definitely 5 Stars, or 10/10, whichever rating system applies. The staff were fantastic, I enjoyed interacting with all of them, and they helped me integrate into the local culture, make new friends, etc. We even went out on the town a few times. The room was clean and efficient, and there's a great steakhouse right after the lobby - just my style. Nothing.

- Joanne (6/5): Would not return to the hotel - Ernesto was first class! The service he provided from the moment we walked through the doors was second to none. We felt so welcomed by him - he really is the shining star of this establishment. The included breakfast was very tasty. The female staff member on reception was absolutely abysmal. We felt so unwelcome when we arrived, as if we were inconveniencing her. On arrival to our room we discovered that it hadn't been cleaned/re-made from the previous guests, so we were moved to a lesser room with no offer of a reduction in price. The 3 different wifi codes supplied in the room did not work and Ernesto kindly informed us to use our passport numbers for access. This also didn't work. The next day we discovered that the female member of staff did not bother to register our passport numbers when we arrived, so this was rectified by the male receptionist. On checking out, a different male member of staff said we had payment outstanding for one night despite us paying in full when we arrived. Thankfully we had paid by credit card and had both the receipt and the payment showing on internet banking. Nevertheless, it took 20 minutes and several phonecalls before he was happy for us to leave. It turned out the female member of staff had incorrectly recorded our payment. This hotel has the potential to be great, but because of our experience from this particular member of staff's lack of professionalism and poor attitude, we would not stay again. However, we would be more than happy to be guests in the restaurant and be waited on by Ernesto.

Definitely, we will stay and eat again in this place - We got breakfast included and it was excellent, the cafecito every morning it is high quality, the staff is very attentive and friendly, they exceeded expectations on every thing we wanted. We had lunch in the restaurant as well, and my husband said that one of the best dishes he had had. That was fish in rolls with cheese cover with a passion fruit sauce. It was delicious. Variety of refreshing soft drinks all of them with exotic fruits like passion fruit, golden berry, cholupa, We high recommend the hotel and the restaurant. There is no elevator so it is not comfortable for someone who can not use stairs.

No me gustó mucho la habitación, muy pequeña y encerrada, y al parecer colindando con una discoteca donde hacen mucho ruido. De todas formas existen mas opciones de habitación, pero al parecer no la ofrecen por estos medios.
