Supermarket la 700 de metri, statia de microbuz ca sa mergi spre centrul orasului este la 300 de metri, plaja conform descrierii.

The lady delivered it to me where I was since I was without transportation and I tried to pay her, but she disnt accept. I am so appreciative and grateful, thankyou!

The staff was amazing—by the end of my 8-day stay, I honestly felt like I had gained another family. The place was spotless, and everything was even cleaner and nicer than I expected. I also really appreciated how they checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The only funny part was the roosters—they made it their mission to wake me up every morning! But honestly, it just became part of the experience, and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely go back again! It was a delightful stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of hills and stairs, especially with our bags. The location was a bit away from town, harbour, and even shops. Roosters and dogs made a racket during parts of the night.
• Artur (8/5): You private, tiny piece of paradise is waiting here for all of You!!! - Fantastic place almost right in the middle of both the capital and the airport - in the fampus Arnos Vale area. You can walk to the nearest beach, You can get a bus just from the main road. We spent 3 nights in our (European) wintertime, and both the room and the whole villa exceeded our expectations as it was unusually tidy, comfortable, spacious, renovated, modern with some kind of "colonial feel" to it. All necessary items were inside - cutlery, tea or coffee, plates. We could use all kitchen amenities, cook, bake, chill or freeze drinks. Big fridge, big dining room, big bed. Our little one was so happy to look at the TV or simply run through the corridor. The owner helped us immediately with anything and made sure that we had everything to make our stay both happy, memorable and safe. The place is so welcoming. You can have Your own piece of mind or You can meet and chat with other travellers or even owner/workers. For both a a longer stay or just a quick transfer in this paradise, look no further than Buttercup Cottage`s gorgeous rooms. You get here scented towels, aircon, great pillows, spacious wardrobes plus shower. You can have some nice sightseeing/dining/drinking/shopping/walking opportunities in the area as well. Buses plying the streets in both directions are easily avaiable just on the other side of the street which is anther great deal - the same apllies to the shop with beer and coke just across the road. Nobody can beat both the service and warm hospitality of this place (PLUS the price in the whole of the island)!!! Hope to visit and stay once agan in the future in this magnificent piece of glorious Heaven On Earth;) Thanks so much for Your amazing hospitality! Cheers and regards Artie, Agnes and little Katy. • Yasmin (10/5): Great stay with friendly hosts and staff, would highly recommend - Very clean and safe, easy to walking access the beach, supermarkets and vans to town. It was a comfortable walk 20 minutes the beach and many supermarkets between 10-20 minutes walk depending on which you choose to visit. Situated in a residential location, with a lovely verandah and Mountain View from the two bedroom apartment. We were grateful for the aircon in the bedrooms, the fly nets on the windows, a laundry space and cable tv with cartoon channels suited our family needs. The apartments are very traditional Caribbean style, with cockerels crowing in the morning outside. This is what we were looking for as we were here to visit family. Perfect for our stay with our two children. Would highly recommend!
• Ana (7/5): Cute little unit but book yourself a car if staying here - The space is nice but they really need to change the pillows: 2 of them are enormous and extremely hard, and 2 are falling into pieces. Overall, the unit is nice and spacious. I really loved the two chairs they have inside the unit, it makes it cozy. The only thing for me was the location: the street is very dark at night and even though is close to young island (the best place I’ve visited in at Vincent - which was not my favorite island so far), I would stay here again without having a car! • Davis (5/5): Lovely place but - I like that it was close to all the places I visit with family. The apartment can do with some upgrades. The upgrades need to be in the bathroom, make sure everything is working properly, and put an AC in the living room. That fan is not going to cut it. If you have a clock on the wall, make sure it works. You need bigger ice trays. Sometimes, it's nice to have a starter kit for your clients because when you get off of a flight, no one wants to worry about what to get for the next day. Starter kit should have coffee, biscuits, bottle water, tea bags, small creamer/milk, and maybe a small juice. Plugs that can be used by international clients. The outlets for international guests are far and few in-between. I loved sitting on the veranda.

Good location in calm residential area with a couple of restaurants and a bus stop within 5 minutes walk. In total: Excellent value for money. We loved using the local buses (5 minutes walk to bus stop), but if you're not into that, you'll need a car.

• Shirnet (7/5): Cozy and worth it. - The central location made getting around the island fairly easy. There’s a supermarket, doctor’s office, as well as a few food places near by. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from the closest bus stop (p.s. I walk slowly…lol). They provided more basic necessities than I thought they would have. For example, in the kitchen, they had a variation of pots and pans, bowls and plates, containers to store food in, cups and mugs, spoons, knives, spatulas, strainers, they even had kid friendly utensils. The set up of the apartment was simple and functional, very cozy and homey. The bathroom facilities were basic but functional, they provided a soap dish and hand soap as well as towels and toiletries. Though I’m not sure how often, they did have someone come in and change the sheets and towels, maybe clean as well but I’m not sure since I didn’t make much of a mess to begin with. My trip was also only 5 nights so I can’t say for certain. As much as I have a lot of praises, there are a few things I think can be improved. For example, although it’s not a big issue or a deal breaker, the inner doors (bedroom and bathroom), have latches instead of door knobs. From a visual perspective that’s something I wasn’t expecting, but as I said, it’s not a dealbreaker. The doors themselves on a whole could be replaced as some parts towards the base were chipped away and fragile. The only other thing and probably the biggest issue I had, was the poor to okay Wi-Fi quality which I believe isn’t any fault of the apartment. I would sit directly in front of the router and be unable to stream a Netflix show because it kept buffering. As a result, I ended up just using the Wi-Fi to download the shows I wanted and watched them offline. In another scenario, when I tried video calling someone, the call would always say “unstable connection “ before the call dropped. To counter that, I bought a local sim and called using data. All in all, as much as those things were not 1000% satisfactory, it was okay because it was either negligible or a work around is possible.

• Sandra (7/5): We had a great stay and the staff where always on hand to help in all situations. - Breakfast was not offered at this property. The location was very good for amienties. You can walk to all amienties i.e bars, restraurant, super markets and the bus stop which will take you into the town of Kingstown, Villa Beach and so on but, if there was more street lighting you would feel a little more safe walking as it gets dark very early. The bus service is very cheap and regular. The taxis (we used Slice) is very well priced also. There was not enough street lighting down to the main round where all the bars, shops, restraurants and bus stop was.

Good Aircon in both bedrooms, water always available for showers hot or cold. Owners/staff very welcoming and friendly. We were fortunate enough to be allowed a later check out and even allowed to pick some local fruit on the grounds. We also enjoyed waking up to the sound of rooster crowing every morning.

• Barnett-peterson (10/5): An excellent and comfortable week. I would highly recommend - Our stay at Buttercup Cottages Apartments did not cater to or require them to provide breakfast. Our Buttercup apt is called Frangipani #3 in a very quiet area off the main street. The apt is outfitted with a complete kitchen which we used. We could cooked if we wanted to but chose to eat out instead. It included a full cooking stove with oven, refrigerator and all kitchen appliances and utensils. Wifi, internet, tv, air con also included. Two beds, closet and dresser in the bedroom, complete shower and complete laundry room just outside of the apt. Convenience stores, restaurant and bar, and supermarket within walking distance, gas station around the corner and bus down the street to Kingstown which is 10 - 12 minutes away or Georgetown or anywhere else. Buttercup Cottage Apartments has all outside conveniences. Shower spray head could have been cleaned
• Samantha (8/5): The cottage was very clean and staff was friendly. - Very friendly staff. Off the beaten path. Very clean and felt safe the whole time.
• Simbert (10/5): A real life Gingerbread House - Buttercup Cottages is a quaint set of apartments. The apartment I stayed in (Anthurium - middle floor on the right in the pic) was lovely. Very basic, but equipped with everything you might need for a self-catering stay. I popped to the supermarket without checking the kitchen first, and came back to find the essentials (matches, sugar, tea bags, water, kitchen roll, washing up liquid) were already there. The staff were very friendly, always available either on site or via WhatsApp/email, and very helpful. The location is lovely. Just around the corner you can find: The Joshua Centre - the local mall - 5 mins drive London Dessert Co - a dessert eatery - 5 mins walk KFC - 2 mins drive Local supermarket (next to KFC) And Indian Bay Beach - 5 mins drive There are also a lot of other hotels/ restaurants including the wonderful Coconut Grove, within a 15 min drive. St Vincent is very hilly... VERY hilly.... so it was a bonus for me (first time to SVG) to know that I didn't have to drive and/or park my rental car up and steep hills to get 'home'. Other things to note: Lots of storage space for clothes/ luggage Iron and ironing board in room Plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils A/C in the bedroom Plenty of space to park a rental car Hot shower I would stay here again. These are first world problems, but I'll mention them anyway. The WiFi did not work throughout the whole apartment even though it's small, and the connection was particularly bad in the bedroom. I assume it's because of the concrete walls. The shower has two shower heads, an overhead one and a smaller one on a longer hose. Unfortunately the overhead one had bad water pressure and could probably do with a descale as the water shoots out in all different directions, and the smaller showerhead had nowhere to hang so had to be used by hand. It would be great if towels were changed more often or if a few could be left in the apartment for ease, as if you're going to the beach/ showering multiple times a day, one towel to last 3 days is not sufficient. I'm not sure if my visit had unfortunate timing, but there was building work going on in the space of land opposite and the grounds around the apartments seemed to be being tended to everyday, so a lie-in or quiet morning was not to be had.

Very close to stadium and also 2 good bars in Chill Spot and Tree bar. Tree bar has excellent food! Communication from host was awesome. Apartment was big. Aircon in rooms great, and would cool the whole apartment in short time. Very clean, tidy, and safe. Ok Beach about 10mins walk away. Nothing for what we were there for.

• Richard (8/5): Very good value apartment a little out of the way - Very nice studio, well equipped (some real coffee to go in the machine would be nice). Wifi excellent, a/c a bit ropey. I was offered a late check out, as my flight was at 8pm,without even asking for it. It was a bit far from the shops and main road, I couldn't find the laundry and there was no-one around to show me.
• Don (8/5): Very good - Good Location. Near to bar/restaurant. Near to bus stop, bakery and supermarkets. About 10 minutes by bus to nearest beach. Only one single 13amp socket in the bedroom and it's not useable, as the AC is plugged in to it. No light over the bedroom mirror.
• Jules127 (7/5): Short Comfortable Stay - The property was ideally located for all my needs, 20 minutes drive by public transport into the capital Kingstown, restaurant/bars is within the area, a 5 minutes drive will take you into the popular Villa area with beachfront properties and has public access to the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife..the property is well equipped with all the amenities for self catering, balcony/patio with views, nice gardens..room was comfortable and quiet, check-in process was smooth and easy with Kanezia as my host, lovely lady...definitely a consideration for a future visit Could do with a little TLC, updating and maintenance, having better blockout drapes would've been nice as well

• Shelidena (9/5): The cleanliness and comfortablity was 10/10 but the curtains, bathroom sink and shower were not. - Everything was so comfortable and clean and there were no pests to worry about, I really loved that. The bedroom smelled so nice and the beds were clean. The bathroom was also great and had clean towels. The kitchen was stocked with salt, sugar, black pepper, a mug of water, tea bags and coffee. We stayed in the downstairs of the 2 story apt building. There were hardly any people around so it was noise free and quiet. The area is safe and beautiful. Really enjoyed the rocking chair and fast wifi too. Alright well there's a couple stuff I didn't like: 1. The chairs outside are old and they didn't look clean. 2. The curtains by the doors and windows in the main area were so sheer you could see out and anyone could see in. 3. There are no door knobs, just small hooks to pull it in and a flimsy latch. 4. The shower head was trash and there are no seperate switches for hot and cold, so you either get cold water or boiling hot water. 5. There's are no drawers in the kitchen, just cupboards. 6. There are no drawers in the bedroom either and barely any hangers so bring your own. 7. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. To the point where it was uncomfortable to even wash your hands. Had to wash my face in the kitchen sink.

• Monica (10/5): The perfect place to stay in St.Vincent - 1) The location was perfect. A few minutes from Kingstown downtown. A supermercard nearby. Bus stop 100m from the property so you can easily move around on the island. Just one fare (3ici). 2) The receptionist (Phellia) was very helpful. Gave me tips about the buses, sightseeings, etc. 3) The apartment was perfect: clean, god bed, pillows, tv, ... 4) I have been traveling around the Caribbean the last two months, and this property is the only one I can give a number 10 in everything. 5) Phellia checked the timetable to Bequia ferry for me, if Fort Charlotte was open, price for the boat to Fort Duvernette, i got all the help i needed. 🥰 I liked everything!! It's a lovely place to stay. Thanks, Phellia! I just loved St.Vincent. Nothing to complain!
• Fran (4/5): Would not recommend staying here it’s disgusting - Balcony There is was a clear lack of any usable equipment or cooking utensils Everything was filthy. No tin opener or sharp knives. Pots were all pitted & should be in a bin. It’s disgusting that they take money & give you such rubbish The taps kitchen & bathroom were rusty so difficult to use. Kitchen taps leaked dreadfully. All unit doors were filthy & sticky.Fridge pitted all over with rust. Even keys to doors were rusty. Air conditioner was only in bedroom so hot elsewhere. No check out information no body in office. Left keys in apartment

• Don (9/5): Excellent value, great people, perfect. - This was my second stay with Casmore and Philia. Buttercup lives up to its name, cute and charming. All the essentials and amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s tucked away in a safe and quiet nieghbouhood that allows for an authentic experience with a large grocery store, local transportation and other services within easy walking distance. They’re at the top of my list on my next visit. No complaints, the chickens add to the charm.
• Peter (8/5): Very good - The balcony made it to me. Kitchen well fitted, views to the countryside wonderful. Helpful staff. Difficult to find the house No signs on the main road. After asking, got a local to lead us his car to the property.
