• Anke (9/5): Really nice place, would stay there again. - The room was clean and spacious. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and we were able to check in early. Our bathroom door came off the track and when we came back from lunch it was fixed. The bed had a slight down hill slope to it and the sheets were a bit scratchy.

Eggs, toast with jam, orange juice, oatmilk, coffee, cereals, oatmeal with all the toppings, bacon, bagels with cream cheese, and more! We would return just for the great breakfast! Beds were very comfortable too and the gym was nice a clean. Only one small thing was the refrigerator in the room was making weird noises after we opened it. I am confident you will fix it and I should have mentioned it. It really was not a big deal and did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay!

There weren't any kids' sports teams running up and down the hallways, being obnoxious in the buffet or in the immaculate pool either. Our room was very comfortable, super clean and well-appointed. We had daily maid service which was EXCELLENT. We travel a lot all over the world and as a travel agent, I am picky about the hotels I stay in. I don't sugar-coat anything but this hotel is one I would definitely stay in again! Top-notch all the way around. They just made it EASY!

• frankmsj94 (8/5): Nice hotel and good experience - The overall experience is good. The breakfast is the favorite part of the stay. The location is convenient for visitors in Irvine. The only thing I don't like is the sofabed and this is the reason why 1 star is missing. I think they can get better sofabed with nicer mattress. The exisiting one in the suite presses right into your back when you lie on it. For people with higher weight, it is not very comfortable to sleep on it.

• singer (7/5): Saving that facts that I mentioned my stay was very good - The breakfast was very good I did not like the fact that the hotel charge 100 USD in order to be shur that no damage was made by me and realise my card only after some days- that can be done as soon a I check out . I also would like that the hotel would give me the invoice for the amount that I paid for my stay without the need to ask booking com to send it to me by email
