• Dalma (10/5): Ubicación inmejorable, típico, bonito… CAPUCCINO TOP - Todo me gustó. Muy buena decisión escoger este hotel. La ubicación inmejorable en Salento, super acogedor y típico el hotel. El cuarto si bien era pequeño tenía todo lo necesario, la ducha muy buena. Tiene un restaurante en el hotel y a recalcar el capuccino que nos prepararon en el café!!! El mejor que tuvimos en Colombia!!

• Víctor (5/5): Great for Instagram photos, but very noisy hotel - The hotel has a beautiful design (be aware this should not be your reason), well located near the city center without being directly on the main street, and it’s very convenient that they have an integrated agency for tours and transfers. Do not choose the Deluxe Triple Rooms. The rooms had constant noise from both the street (motos and people) and the reception area, even while using earplugs to sleep. We were honestly surprised that this type of street side rooms are offered for guests looking to rest comfortably. Overall the quality-price is not a plus of El Jardin.
• Claudia (10/5): Perfetto e caratteristico - Posizione perfetta vicino al centro del pueblo. Vista molto bella sulla vegetazione. Camera molto carina e in generale hotel davvero caratteristico. Doccia con acqua calda perfetta. Forse la colazione non è delle migliori, un po’ scarsa.

El desayuno estaba muy decente y acorde a un desayuno normal del día a día Las habitaciones que dan sobre la calle son muy ruidosas, toda la noche hubo tránsito de carros y motos, impidiéndonos dormir. También se escuchaba todo el ruido de la recepción, Las almohadas ya estaban viejas y no cumplían su rol.

El atendimiento es bastante bueno La habitaciones: Las camas son comodas pero el sillon es muy incomodo, echamos en falta algo para poder dejar ropa, alguna estanteria o armario. En la parte alta de la puerta tiene una rendija que entra frio y mosquitos. Y la claridad tambien. Limpieza buena Sillon cama incomodo Falta de mobiliario en la habitacion (armario o estanteria)

El desayuno no era el punto fuerte, aunque estaba bien y según la habitación que escojas puedes o no disfrutar de las vistas, pero en líneas generales es una buena opción.

• Lazar (9/5): Overall, we were very satisfied with this accommodation and would happily stay here again. - We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The room was comfortable for both of us, and the location is excellen. Breakfast was decent and did the job. The jacuzzi was great and a really nice bonus to the stay. Overall, it may not be anything overly luxurious, but it offers great value for money and a really solid experience. n/a

• JOSE MANUEL (6/5): Una fachada bonita, pero algo caro para lo que ofrece. - Reservamos por Booking, el hotel es tal cual las fotos, tiene una fachada exterior y balcones interiores muy coloniales y bonitos, como tal está bien ubicado (a una calle del parque) y el personal de recepción fue amable. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda, el espacio de la habitación era correcto, tenía ventana al exterior. El desayuno estuvo bien, se sirve justo en la casa de a lado que también es muy bonita, había algunas opciones de huevos, algo de fruta con yogurt, café y zumo. Tenía un descampado para dejar el coche, algo como un parking. El baño tenía una fuga de agua, se encharcaba el suelo y luego pisábamos toda la habitación, las toallas eran desagradables, eran viejas, usaban algunas de recortes para secarse uno los pies. Pese a que se hizo la reserva con tarjeta, nos indicaron que el pago debía ser en EFECTIVO, cosa que no estoy de acuerdo y me parece extraño para un hotel en un sitio como este. El televisor no es Smart, se desconecta muy fácil de los cables y se va la señal. El ruido de las habitaciones de a lado no es normal, había gente escuchando música a todo volumen (no hay control por par del hotel). No hay persianas adecuadas para la ventana. Opciones del desayuno muuuuy limitado, la ración de fruta era pequeña, solo había opción de huevos o un sandwich. La calidad/precio no se equipara, podría mejorar muchos aspectos.

Location was 2min walk from the plaza but still quiet in the night. The views where from room windows were not the most beautifull. Breakfast was nothing special.

• Bryony (10/5): Great stay at El Jardin! - We loved our stay at El Jardin! Such a wonderful, well maintained property in the heart of Salento, a few minutes walk to the main square and Calle Real. The room is fairly basic but comfortable and very quiet, with daily housekeeping. The daily breakfast is basic (eggs, cereals, fruit etc) but good. Intermittent hot water in the shower (but this is a common theme across central and South America). Bathroom has limited ventilation so stays damp for a while. Minor but could use somewhere in the bathroom to put toiletries (no shelf or cupboard)

• pmlousa (8/5): The hotel really looks like a garden! - Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 1 night during our trip around Colombia in March 2026. This small hotel is really cute, with all the inside decorations, not only the painted walls but also all the plants everywhere (sometimes hanging from the ceiling). We got a small basic room, but clean and quiet, next to an outdoor corridor, which was kind of a balcony with a very nice view over the village and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was pretty basic, but enough. The hotel is very well situated, less than 5 minutes walking from the village main square.

• Sophie (8/5): Süßes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht und gutem Lokal - Wir waren nicht mit unserem Zimmer zufrieden, es wurde aber sofort an einer Lösung gearbeitet, das Personal ist wirklich toll! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Altstadt, jedoch nicht mitten im Trubel. Das Restaurant gleich daneben ist ganz toll und das WLan sehr schnell. Die Fenster sind quasi ‚nur‘ Holztüren und es kann in der Nacht recht kühl werden, gab aber tolle Decken. Leider gab es weder Seife noch Body Wash..

• Verónica (7/5): Ubicación buena - La ubicación y que es bonito por fuera. También te guardan las maletas. 🙂 El baño a pesar de que lo limpiaban, olía muy muy mal. Supongo que son las tuberías pero era incómodo. No hay intimidad ya que las cortinas no tapan el 100% de la ventana y es un paso de huéspedes. El secador de pelo tienes que pedirlo y devolverlo en recepción al terminar y además muy poca potencia. En el desayuno el primer día llegamos perdidos y no nos explicaron nada (son huevos o sandwich +fruta, zumo, yogur, bebida caliente). Otras personas tenían más cosas para desayunar (supongo que de pago) pero no nos dieron la oportunidad. En el parking tienes que dejar las llaves y ellos te mueven el coche de sitio (por organización) ya que es un parking pequeño. Al salir tuve que volver porque el parking estaba cerrado. Nos dijeron que la excursión larga de Cocora no se podía hacer ya que estaba cerrado por masificación pero la hicimos con otra empresa (el tour largo).
• Andrea (7/5): Buon hotel in ottima posizione ma con alcune cose da rivedere e migliorare.. - Posizione, camera ampia Suite con vasca idromassaggio: sulla strada, non c'è una finestra ma bensì una porta che affaccia sul terrazzino, quindi le auto, i cavalli, le moto e le persone che passano in strada sembra di averle in camera.. Nella doccia l'acqua va via con molta difficoltà.. Bagno senza porta.. Colazione inclusa un po' basica e monotona..
