• Kiarra (10/5): - We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the very very kind staff upgraded our room. The room was exactly what you need, and was very comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful and despite there being a road right I don’t of you, we couldn’t hear it at all. The facilities were clean and in perfect working order. Nothing bad to say about this accommodation!

• Leigh (2/5): Thankfully, we will not have to stay there again. - Location. The room smelt stale. The bed linen did not feel fresh. The furniture was old and worn. The towels were old and discoloured. No shampoo and conditioner were provided (we had to buy some cheap shampoo sachets from reception). The shower head was filthy. The kitchen fit out was old, and the sink was scratched and the sink drain was stained. In the bathroom the towel rail was unhygienically located over the toilet. The television in the main bedroom had poor, distorted and flickering reception. We paid for a "deluxe" suite and got anything but that.

• Constance (8/5): - Pleasant staff and the motel balcony opens out to a field fronting the lake. Room is spacious and the bathroom has a wall mounted heater which kept us warm after a shower. Nothing to complain about.

• Gianna (3/5): Overpriced holiday park advertised as a Deluxe Motel let me tell you nothing Deluxe about it. Poor - The fact it had air conditioning and free car park. Great view of the lake. The accommodate is advertised as a Motel however it's a holiday park. Front bedroom was OK back bedroom was dark and small and had poor lighting. Quality of bed linen was terrible as were the pillows. The place is advertised as a Deluxe Motel but there was nothing Deluxe about it. Only 1 small bathroom in unit and not clean... shower had mould in it. The check in staff young girl was rude from the moment we stood in front of her no greeting etc.. This place is not near centre of town so you need a car. In my opinion this is a overpriced holiday park.

Our privacy was compromised with people walking through our ground floor balcony and looking in our room. This meant keeping curtains closed and not enjoying the beautiful view.

Die Strasse hat wenig gestört. Parkplatz direkt auf gleicher Höhe wie die erste Etage, kein Treppensteigen erforderlich.

Comfortable beds, nice big shower and well equipped kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful, showing us several maps and locating/recommending places to us. They let us check in at noon, which was wonderful.
• yann (8/5): Très belle vue dans une motel de qualité supérieur choisi comme tel - Vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Te Anau. Lit grand et confortable , bien équipé . La vue sur le lac est superbe mais se trouve en bordure de la route où circulent des autos. Un peu bruyant mais ce n est pas non plus catastrophique car la circulation n est pas non plus celle d’une grande ville où mégalopole. Une fois la baie vitrée fermée , aucun bruit et l’endroit est très calme

• Chen & Galia (9/5): מקום נהדר הן במיקום והן מבחינת החדר המרווח - מוטל ענקי עם המון סוגי חדרים. החדר שלנו היה מול האגם עם נוף לאגם ולהרים הן מהסלון והן מחדר השינה, למעט כביש שמפריד בין האגם למןטל. חדר שינה מרווח, סלון גדול, מטבחון מצויד ופינת אוכל . נקי מאוד. חניה ממש ליד החדר שלנו שהיה ממוקם בקומת הקרקע בבנין בן 2 קומות. היה חסר קצת יותר כלים במטבח להכנת אוכל מעבר לארוחת הבוקר כמו מחבת טלפון לחביתה. וגם קצת יותר שקיות סוכר ומלח.

We weren't doing anything special, just unpacking our bags, but it was quite uncomfortable. I feel like if there was signage to let people know to enter the rooms from the back, instead of the side closest the road, we wouldn't have had an issue.

We were Upgraded to an apartment which was great, large rooms and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty parking and close to our apartment New towels were delivered after our first night but old towels were not taken, beds were not remade or rubbish removed from bins.

• Thom4u (8/5): - Der Seeblick vom Appartement und die Lage sehr nahe am See. Tolle Walks können praktisch bon der Unterkunft weg gestartet werden. Man kann bom Zimmer aus den Start und die Landung von Wasserflugzeugen beobachten. Mir persönlich war die Anlage zu groß und die Nachbarn zu nahe. Überrascht hat mich auch dass das Leitungswasser so stark nach Chlor roch, dass wir es nur zum Waschen verwendet haben.
