The pool does need tile repair and updating and the in room safes need to get fastened to the wall or floor but I love this place.

- Phil (10/5): - I just needed a place to stay for a week by myself and this was a great pick. The surrounding area is convenient for nearby food, convenience stores. Naiyang beach is a short cab ride and seemed like the best thing to do at night. The hotel staff was always accommodating. I felt comfortable. AC was excellent. My toilet wasn’t the strongest and worried me initially, but pulled through in the end. The bathroom was hard to keep dry and it looked like there was evidence of that being a recurring phenomenon. The kitchen makes great food.

- Peter (6/5): - Overnight stopover for morning flight. Did the job but with no flair. Booked because it had a restaurant. But it had a limited menu and closed at 7.00 pm. So we walked to the nearest food place about 400 meters away. Across very pedestrian unfriendly roads.

No way would I use them but everything else was great Maybe the pool could do with a little bit of work but very clean and nice to swim in.

Just couple of issues which could be easily addressed- tiled seat in pool needs redoing as number of small tiles missing, couple of sun lounges need new bolts to secure them in upright seating position and new cushions for sun loungers needed. New petrol and restaurant complex next door adds to appeal (includes 7-eleven )

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Stayed for a few hours and left at 3 am on the free airport shuttle. Woke up to several tiny red bugs crawling around on the bed. Killed one and it was full of blood. I recorded one of the bugs crawling around and showed the front desk girl at checkout. Although she did apologize, she didn’t seem surprised or worried. I advised that they spray the room and she said ok, but I didn’t see her write anything down. Hopefully she made note of the room from my room key, but since she acted so casual, I’m not certain anything will be done. There are many other hotels near the airport - to be safe, it’s probably better just to stay at one of those instead of this one. We had already paid for the room on check-in and were expecting the shuttle any minute, so I didn’t bother trying to haggle a refund.

It was a bit chaotic to find the shuttle but I think it would have been that way for any hotel. We thought our room would be one of the bungalows in all the pics but ended up in a room in a separate tower. Not a huge deal because we were leaving the next day, just look more closely than we did.

We had dinner on the beach and watched a fantastic sunset. We also had a dip in the hotel pool before bed. We flew early the next morning so did not have any breakfast. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it!

The site itself is amazing with a great pool and a on site restaurant which we used when we arrived at lunchtime and dinner time in the evening. Staff arranged a feee airport transfer for us which was great. Amazing hotel all round 10/10

- German (2/5): Poor service and below than average stay - Stayed one night because of the late arrival. The room is nothing special and outdated, needs some improvements and renos. Small mould on the corners of the walls. Also, forgot 8 cans of premium caviar from Russia in their fridge, because of the morning rush. I called 30 minutes later and asked them to send the bag with a taxi driver for what I was going to pay 1000 baht. The receptionist said that they found it and will send it to my new place immediately. After waiting all day, I called them back and the receptionist said that she has no idea what caviar I was talking about... maybe they ate already, maybe they just threw out. Anyway, the hotel is nothing special and 1 night is more than enough to stay there. The breakfast was very simple, no variety at all. English is poor in the whole country, so it makes impossible to communicate with them, as they agree on everything that you are saying.

Engineer who came up was useless and didn’t fix the problem but by this time we were too tired so just went to sleep. The air con was rubbish- literally took a good 2-3 hours to cool the room and even then it wasn’t even that cool. Pool is nice and staff on reception are helpful. Breakfast is also good

There’s currently building work going on next to the hotel so there was some noise, but quiet at night (apart from some noisy guests). - Verified traveler (10/5): Modern clean hotel with free shuttle to airport - A fantastic airport hotel, although it is further from the airport (10 minute drive) it is to be expected because it is a nice resort with swimming pool. Hotel was very modern and clean, including the pool and quite luxurious for a reasonable price. Hotel has free shuttle service every hour to the airport 24 hours a day which is very useful. They also have a less frequent shuttle to the nearby beach although I did not go to the beach. I would recommend this hotel.

- Douglas (10/5): Great Phuket Airport Hotel! - A very nice airport hotel - great price, location, service and a beautiful pool to take an evening swim in... Also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and food and service was excellent as well. 4:00 am departure - and complementary shuttle right on time. Like most airport vacinities, not much nearby - but there is pubs and restaurants just off the nearest intersection - still walking distance. Only neutral issue - firm mattress but this is universal SE Asia - and probably helps to prevent insects of all varieties from moving in... All in all, for late arrivals or early departures, this property is a 9/10.
- Ajinkya (8/5): Good hotel near airport with limited pickup. - The hotel was nice. Although I had commented during the book that we need shuttle service but I did not get any confirmation from them. So I had to call them to confirm that they will pick us up from the airport. During the drop-off they told us that they only drop at an hourly basis. This was little weird for us.

Not a place to stay for multiple nights but more like a convenience to be by the airport. The staff was nice enough and helped out when I left something so that says a lot about the people that work there .

- ASHLEY (10/5): Excellent value! - We booked one night here as we had a flight out of the airport at 3am. After a very long day travelling from the islands we checked in around 7pm. The staff were out quickly to get our luggge, the front desk staff were lovely and already had our paperwok out And ready to go. The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was clean, nice, and everything we needed. The restaurant was reasonably priced and tasted fine. We were able to walk to the 7-11 after dinner To buy snacks for our flight. It was a 5 minute walk. The airport was maybe a 5 minute drive from the hotel and they offer free shuttle every hour. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool was refreshing and nice. There is a free shuttle to and from the beach. We took it to the beach and stayed the entire day and walked back. Probably a 15-20 min walk. For what you pay it is worth the money.

- JIE (4/5): Very bad service. - I called them one day before arriving to Phuket, and wanna a reservation to pick up at airport, been told just call them when I arrive. Guess what, they didn't answer the phone when I have arrived at the airport. After I struggled to get to there, they made a bad excuse that they didn't answer because I called from overseas. There is no hair dryer in room, guest have to pick up at the front desk, they even don't send it to the room, imaging a girl with messy wet hair, having to go downstairs. The worst experience in my trip to Thailand.

It has a great pool, is walking distance to Nai Yang Beach (such a wonderful, lesser-known beach) and offers free airport transfers. The room was great - offering a nice big soaker tub. It was a perfect layover spot!
