Gary (9/5): A superb hotel in a quiet location. - The suite was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic balcony with an umbrella and 2 sun loungers with a wonderful sea view. A quiet location with an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Breakfast was served to the room and there were about 6 different breakfast options to suit all tastes. Plenty of free on road parking available. A small pool available which was great for cooling off after the day's activities. Highly recommended. Nothing
John (10/5): Good views in quiet neighborhood - Very friendly and helpful management. This is a good location. It’s just a short walk to the downtown, but it’s location is in a very quiet neighborhood with excellent views.

Pauline (8/5): Lovely location, good breakfast, I recommend it. - The location is great, walking distance to Sitia town with all restaurants and clean beaches. The communication of the persons working at the reception could have been better. First it was a „no“ when we asked for things, like for example another towel or a larger portion for the breakfast, but then they still always provided it.

George (10/5): - The staff here were friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in 9 pm and a staff was there to help us check-in. The hotel itself was spacious for my family of 4 (2 teens). Great views of the water in Sitia. The only thing for consideration is that it is away from the action. Not walkable to food/stores. We had a rental car so it wasn't an issue. Will return to this hotel.

Vilmarsdottir (9/5): - We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Porto Kaza in Sitia. The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with an exceptional view over the town and sea. It’s located on a steep hill, so having a car is helpful but not essential. The host and staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The only small improvement would be a bit more freshness at breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay – we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Stephanie (10/5): Slow days in Sitia - Everything was perfect! The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable and had everything you needed, the balcony was quite spacious, the pool area was very stylish and the view over the city was stunning. Also the homemade breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very helpful and gave great advice for Sitia, what to do there, where to eat and where the best beaches are. Also they give you an umbrella for the beach for free. We also really loved the little orange cat who visited us everyday. You can easily walk to the city/the harbour in about 15 minutes. It's a bit steep from time to time but no heart attack hill as some called it before ;-) Nothing :-)
Tracey (9/5): Porto Kaza is a great find for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sitia. - It was well located just up above the town and looking down to the harbour. So it was peaceful but just a short stroll to the bars and tavernas. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And the breakfast served in our apartment was delicious and a real treat. Nothing not to like!

Paul (10/5): A Great Apartment - The owners were exceptionally friendly and the room very bright and airy with magnificent views over the port and bay. They were trialing breakfasts to collect and to have in your room which we thought was a great idea and very welcomed. We liked everything and had no issues at all. Some may find the walk up the hill and the steps within the hotel to the rooms a bit strenuous if they had any walking difficulties, especially if it is hot.

Dimitrios (10/5): - This is an apartment style property located on the Northern part of Sitia not far from the Kazarma fortress. The staff were friendly, they had a pool and the views of the bay were spectacular. They would even do your laundry for a small fee.Would definitely stay there again.
Thomas (9/5): Superb - Property was very spacious and clean with lots of space for us to meet with other couples that we booked with. Room had a lot of hanging space. The hotel is a bit out of town so it was quiet throughout the day The hotel is located on the outskirts of town and on quite a steep hill. Perfect for what we needed but others might prefer to be in the heart of the action the whole time!

Karl (10/5): Very enjoyable stay. - Quiet location with lovely views over the bay and town from our balcony. Very clean,modern and spacious apartment. Not too far to walk into the town where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Nothing to dislike.

Florentina (9/5): Cozy - We enjoyed staying at Porto Kaza. The hotel is very cozy and the hosts are very nice and hospitable. We had a spacios studio with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equiped and you can enjoy breakfest inside or outside on the balcony. The pool was great. The hotel is close to tavernas. Eastern Crete is very beautiful. We loved Vai beach, Paleokastro village, Erminoupoli beach, Xerocampos beach. -
Malcolm (10/5): Exceptional - A warm welcome, and the apartment was very clean, well fitted and quiet. The host left a large bottle of water and a small portion of raki, which was a very thoughtful touch. The apartment has an expansive view of the port. Everything was good.

Easy parking No comfy sofa, very minimalist, overlooked and overlooking neighbours (great view of next doors jacuzzi.) Wash basins in the bedroom with bathroom next door. Bit of a distance to walk in to town (not good for anyone with any form of limited mobility
Anonymous (9/5): Wonderful stay in very nice appartment, very helpful staff. - Nice and fresh appartement. The bed is very large and comfortable. The view from the balcony is wonderful: the port, the sea, the mountains. Everything very clean. The staff is very helpful. Especially when I wanted to stay a couple of hours longer waiting for the boat. Thank you very much for finding a solution for this. Walking down to the town is easy. Walking up to the apartment can be difficult because it is on a hill. But I found after a few days the best manner and road to go up. It was a good exercise. And it is easy to take a taxi in the centre.

Annatte (9/5): Beautiful views, nice room. 15 min walk from beach/Town - We arrived at 2am. It's 2 hours of very curvy driving from airport. They woke up to give us the key. Amazing views from seaside view rooms. Nice size rooms. We had 3 rooms during our stay. The room with a street view had a great shower. Very nice pool area. Very clean facility. Fridge had ouzo and fruit upn arrival. Had no issues giving us extra towels & offered Beach towels. Google needs to fix directions. After driving 2 hours on crazy winding roads in the dark, we finally arrive and map tells us to turn left on to the ridiculously steep downward hill to Potakoza. For some reason, I refused to do it, and thankfully went around the block. Turns out the bottom was a staircase, not a road. Super dangerous, be aware. The apartment complex is very nice. A nice 15 minute wall to the town and beach. Prepare to hike, it's downhill & uphill again. We changed rooms after the second day. Showers are very small (except for front rooms, which we stayed our last night because we stayed an extra night) Our 1st room shower leaked so luckily they had another room. It would have been nice if someone helped us move all of our stuff. Parking was OK. Laundry is done by host £15. I prefer to do my own, which most apartments have in the unit.
