Don't have socket near bed, so not convenient for Ph charging. Room Ph also no working. No hair dryer. Just Beside of main road and feel noisy of car & motor cycle.

• Noraini (4/5): Not what we expected. - Staff very friendly 1. The location of aircond unit for room 602 was bad. Only the single bed got the cool air. The rest of us were sweating and VERY uncomfortable 2. Toilet door creaked so badly. The pipe under the washbasin was leaking! There was only a soap dispenser with weird looking content. No shower gel/soap or shampoo at all. 3. The saucer for the cup seemed to have been untouched for so long it actually stuck to the table.we decided not to make tea;/coffee at all. 4. Guests were given only one access card so it was a hassle for us to leave someone in the room because the whole power circuit would be turned off within minutes.. And if we leave the access card in d room, we had to ask the counter staff to help us go up the elevator. It was such an inconvenience. Probably our last stay here.

• Rose (8/5): 3days 2nites breakaway. - The room was clean,spacious,staff was friendly and helpful.Had my massage done in my room.Massage therapist was skillful really help to release my aching body.Glad to try the Prana Luxury Massage set for 2pax. Corridor carpet could be more cleaner. Room windows should be sealed so no mosquitoes could slit in the room.

The room was comfortable for 4 of us and the staff tried their best to accommodate our request for many things. The bathroom was a bit smelly probably due to lack of ventilation. Can be noisy at times but wasn't bad.

The variety breakfast that provided was quite nice especially the potatoes, love it. Without a hair dryer in the room.

Thank god and thanks to hotel management. Our all 4 rooms were clean , comfortable and toilets are also clean just ignore the small rustic area inside the basin . Otherwise , it’s really recommended for its location , price and service I could hear loud sounds like clubbing or live performance , I’m not sure which one of it but the musics still continues till 3am and so on and I force my self to sleep…

Location was near to nightlife and attractions so taxi was relatively cheap travelling around. the drainage of the toilet in my room 404 wasn't draining fast enough so it was flooded most of the time, same as the sink flooded too. there were some stains on the bedsheets. hotel location is near the main road so expect alot of traffic noises especially in the early morning.
• Amanda (5/5): Mixed feelings, but I won't be going back. - I recently stayed at this hotel at room 417 (house view) and while there were some positives, there were also significant downsides. The water pressure was fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. However, the squeaky doors were quite annoying due to misalignment. My TV was stuck on repeat as the remote battery died, and it took two days to get it resolved. Additionally, not all power outlets worked, and the balcony was filthy. While the outside of the hotel looks amazing, the interior is in desperate need of an uplift. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Can see that the affect of the house keeping team is very good . Check in very slow, arrived early but Cannot register have to wait till 2pm than register! why can't they do the register first and let us know 2pm than the room is available,is that not more convenient.2pm register and there was many customers ,have 2 staff but only 1 male staff doing it 1 female staff sit beside doesn't care to help for the register? Check out also very slow by the same female staff . Please do something to improve with the check in Sahid Vanilla hotel management! Rm200++ For breakfast it's too expensive.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - First of all, I am deeply impressed by how pleasant my smoking room was. There was not a hint of the usual stale cigarette smell, and even more commendable with how quickly my own cigarette smell dissipated (in sufficient time). The bed, showers, bedside table, work desk, were free of any burn marks, appearing as new as they could be. Walking distance to Rasa Station, my recommended, roadside seafood stall, and the awesome satay stall that was priced very reasonably. BCS Mall is a stone throw away, especially convenient if there are signs of rain. Their rooftop bar, Skylight, was a joy to sit at and listen to, with very enthusiastic live bands. Highly recommended for travellers who want to shop in a more 'heartland' kind of mall, and eat local food that isn't priced for tourists. Great service at the front desk, polite and professional. Ride-hail works fine on location, just have to be understanding about the drop-off points that the drivers sometimes can't stop at.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Real badly managed hotel - Booked grand deluxe non smoking for 3 pax paid usd 36. Beyond the avg rate what the hotel provided. Seriously when checked in, no non smoking room available. They changed the smaller non smoking room and promised will refund our $. They refunded 150k idr which equal to 15sgd. I find not Worthed with all the services and all the things I experienced even for a night. The new room 404 still has strong smoking smell. The grand deluxe 610 also has sewage smell and smoking smell too. Condition in room 410 Bathroom dirty some hair seen at the edge, basin clog, no hair dryer The time when I asked for spare hair dryer none and I washed my hair. The receptionist said the hairdryer is not avail in every room. I gotta sleep with wet hair.. After 2 calls the recept said hair dryer being used by other room. Do u think he really called at 12am.. Poor managed hotel. Also the Internet connection I failed to connect to the WiFi. Their saving grace only their brekkie food.with nice decent taste of Indonesian home cooked meal, which I find okay. 1.Wifi/inet connection, rating 0 I can't connect at all 2.Room poor, rating 1 not that bad, but amenities only soap and shampoo and no hair dryer. The sheet has some stains. Even it is smoking room still has smokes smells escp room 404 3.Staff attitude on the phone 0 they keep promising etc and very slow 4.
