Given the heat and usage the bath towels were pretty smelly after our stay of 6 days. And Also some provision for getting rid of rubbish. There's only 1 small bin which was totally insufficient and no bins anywhere outside to leave the rubbish

• Callum (10/5): Amazing location & clean, well sized apartment - Good amount of indoor living space, but the best feature is the two small balconies and a larger terrace with a retractable canopy. The view from both was unbelievable. Location was also fantastic, plenty of bars restaurants within a 2 minute walk, as well the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The apartment was very clean and had decent facilities all round. Nothing, everything was great. As other reviews mentioned the spiral stairs could potentially be difficult for less mobile guests but we had no issues.

• Robin (8/5): Fijn verblijf, toplocatie! - De locatie was top! Het appartement is gelegen op een fijne plek. Het terras is heerlijk en alle faciliteiten waren er. De gastvrouw ontving ons heel fijn en het probleem met de douche werd zeer snel opgelost! Ik vond de bedden niet fijn. Veel te hard. Mijn moeder lag in een bed waar ze met haar 1.75 klem lag tegen de muur, ik ben nog langer dus kon daar niet liggen. Daar zou wat ons betreft echt nog wel iets te halen zijn. Verder vond ik het jammer dat ik na het uitchecken geen contact meer kreeg met de eigenaar van het appartement. Voelde toch een beetje alsof het geld binnen was en ze niks meer met ons te maken wilde hebben.
• Keeley (9/5): Amazing location, clean, very comfortable and would use again - Amazing location right opposite La Giralda. The apartment was light, spacious and very very clean. Balcony was super. Lovely big windows and very high ceilings. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The terrace is separate to the apartment which is not ideal, and although position is great there are a number of noisy air conditioning units and a drain vent. Apartment could be better by having more crockery and glasses.

• Joke (8/5): Heerlijk appartement midden in het centrum - Een fantastische locatie, mooi appartement ook te bereiken met lift. Recht tegenover la giralda en de kathedraal. Appartement is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen, boven slaapgedeelte en terras en douche en toilet, beneden woon en kleine keuken open slaande deuren met Frans balkon. Eigenlijk was er alles wel, je kunt evt koken. Appartement is licht, schoon en ruim. Het appartement ligt midden tussen allerlei restaurantjes, winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Vooraf goede communicatie met verhuurder en wij werden opgevangen. Wij konden het in het donker niet goed vinden en hij leiden ons zo naar het appartement. Je bent in het centrum dus, veel geroezemoes tot laat, en dan opruimen van de verschillende tentjes en in de ochtend al vroeg de bevoorrading. Wij hadden er minder last van. De klokken luiden elk kwartier behoorlijk luid, ook dat went wel. Wat echt niet fijn was , was de nare grondlucht in de badkamer, heel erg en vies. En het water is chloor achtig, je kunt het drinken maar beter waterflessen .

Nice private roof terrace (though a bit of a chore with all the stairs and gates), but given the view and the scorching weather, we preferred to sit in the living room with the high quadruple-glazed doors wide open, enjoying the view (cooler, comfier, and nearer the Gin & Tonics than the roof). Didn't have any trouble with outside noise whilst sleeping overnight, though Giralda bells (only 50 yards away) go nuts just after 9am, so don't hope for a late lie in. Fridge includes an ice box, so good for iced drinks. Aircon is a rather noisy, could have been an issue if we went in summer when it would be used more often. Front glass doors could probably block even more noise if the top latches were adjusted a little (they're good, but this close to the Giralda's bells, every bit counts).
• TRACY (9/5): Wonderful apartment in the heart of Seville - The location was perfect. The view from our balcony stunning. The aoartment itself was stylishly furnished and felt incredibly homely. Soundproofing on the French doors muffled the sounds of the cathedral bells at night too. We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom is screened off by curtains off the main living area, rather than being a separate room. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. There was some noise from adjacent building and upstairs at night but it was tolerable and is part of being in the heart of everything.

• Anikó (7/5): Lovely View & Good Deal, But Not Without Flaws - The apartment’s location is perfect — it has a beautiful view of the cathedral and a great terrace. It was reasonably priced compared to other apartments in the area. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning products. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the toilet, which resulted in spending two days in an unbearable smell of sewage. The hosts were very quick and polite in responding, and fixing, but even afterward, things weren’t perfect. The furniture—especially the bed—was uncomfortable. The bed was wobbly and squeaky, tables are small upstairs, shower is difficult to use with the door opening inwards.

Come in molte delle strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Spagna, c’è purtroppo puzza di fogna

Not suited for children or people with mobility challenges - Location was excellent and facility was well equipped The photos and description failed to say that the bedrooms were up a very narrow and high spiral staircase. We were unable to get our luggage upstairs As we asked for a cot we felt this should have been pointed out as it was totally unsuited for a crawling baby and unsafe carrying a baby up and down . We realised the 2nd night, the lock of the patio doors off the bedroom was broken and couldn’t be locked. As we shared the balcony with unknow guests next door and whilst there was a locked partition dividing us, we felt it was insecure. It took some persuading but they did send the caretaker over to give us the key to the security bars of the patio door.

• Michael (9/5): 8/9, not a 10 - Fantastic location right opposite the Giralda Tower. But be aware that there is a spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom, and roof terrace. Decent size apartment, lovely roof terrace. Lift to the apartment. Nothings more than a 15 min walk away. Spiral staircase, it’s manageable for a few nights. But if you’re above average size you May struggle getting up & down them. Bathroom - Adequate, but very narrow. Bed - Hard.
• Jaimie (10/5): Will be back - The location is unbelievable, the loft terrace has the best view in the city. The loft is so spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. I didn’t want to leave. Nothing. A small pool on the roof would have made it unreal but that’s not a negative and the company has other properties with pools which is good to know. Only thing I would add is that it would be useful to provide some milk for guests if they want to have a coffee or tea.

We thought it would be noisy but windows effective at blocking the noise. Balcony and the air con were valued featues. Very helpful owners re check-in. I wouldn't say anything was disliked.

This is my 6th time in Seville and I’ve stayed in apartments with great views of the city but this one was beyond exceptional! Our apartment literally faced the cathedral and we had the added bonus of watching 2 weddings take place from our rooftop terrace. Nothing! The stairs to the bedroom in the duplex apartment we stayed in would be tricky for larger people or for people with mobility issues.
• Vishal (8/5): Amazing location with picture perfect terrace - Location was amazing! Staff was excellent! One of a kind place in Sevilla! Nearest parking is 0.6miles away so when there is a Sevilla heatwave, one may struggle. The property also has steep stairs with no protection which are not ideal if you have kids (just a health & safety concern) but for adults this is not a problem! Adults would love this place 100%!

They came and changed the battery but it still did not work, you had to get up and manually change channels. Also stairs are circular and steep, so it may be good to mention that in listing.

• Robert (9/5): Friendly communications, magical views - The location is magical, just a stone's throw from the cathedral, with incredible views of the Giralda both from the balcony and upper terrace. The furnishings are basic but stylish and we had everything we needed for a short stay. The people we met to collect keys and to collect our bags on the final day were very friendly and communications were excellent throughout. We'd definitely be pleased to stay here again next time we're in Seville. On the whole everything was great. Cooking facilities were a bit limited - it's a small kitchen area - but there are plenty of places to eat out nearby so that wasn't a major issue for us. We didn't find the bed to be the most comfortable and there was a bit of noise at night, but that's to be expected in such a central location surrounded by bars, restaurants and tourists.

Stairs are very steep- not suitable for older people. The bell tower from the cathedral is very loud in the morning.

The management staff were so helpful and communicative, the location is unbeatable and - What a location 👌 you could not get better as it’s right by the Cathedral and whatever direction you walk are great bars , restaurants and sights to see. The view from the Terrace is better than the rooftop bar of the 5 star Eme hotel right beside it ! Maybe the tight spiral staircase may be an issue for some people but worth putting up with for everything else that the property gives you.

Apartment no. 2 overlooking the cathedral with a big balcony, too bad it rained so much making it impossible to use the balcony. The living room area as well as the dining area are on the entry level to access the bedrooms and bathroom you need to climb the spiral staircase, not for everyone!!!! But overall great clean well located apartment. For elderly people and/or with mobility issues please note that the spiral staircase is quite steep.

Within old city and walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. The place was beautiful with access to good facilities and filtered drinking water. Laundry was great. A beautiful spot to stand on the balcony at night see the busy street and music that was playing. I would book here again. Steep staircase going up from living area to bedroom, so wouldn't recommend if you aren't able to utilise the stairs.

• Nexion (8/5): Very good - Great spot in a fantastic location with a great view of the Giralda. Beware the narrow spiral staircase to the top floor. You can't bring your luggage up so need to bring things up in stacks. I use packing cubes so this was very helpful. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet properly so that was a bit annoying. The place overall is good, some art on the walls, some proper light fixtures and a good clean of the living room furniture would take this place from good to great.

The view from the terrace is amazing, even more impressive in reality than in the photos online. There is a luxury five star hotel next door, where many will visit the rooftop bar for the same view that’s available from this apartment. The bed was comfortable and the AC was very efficient and keep the whole apartment nice and cool. Any member of staff we encountered either through arranging travel arrangements from the airport or checking us in, were all very friendly and helpful. The kitchen area is very small and impractical. The bathroom is also rather small and somewhat dated. Overall, the apartment could do with a bit of an update, particularly the outdoor furniture. Not quite as nice as it looks in the photos, a little more basic in reality. No self check-in which resulted in a late check-in fee as our flight arrived late. Also would advise to bring ear plugs if staying here as the bell from the La Giralda tower rings loudly every morning at 9am and the area is very lively into the night.
