Minor inconvenience: the individual comforters were quite small and the duvet covers were too big for the comforters inside. It was a bit confusing at the beginning with the check-in, but it turns out that the message from the host with the instructions just didn't come through in time.

Do grada se može i peške i vozićem. Bili smo sa psom i imali izlaz u dvorište, a plaža za pse je na par minuta od smeštaja. Posteljina bela i čista, peškiri beli i čisti, kupatilo novo i izuzetno čisto. Kuhinja dobro opremljena. Nemamo zamerki, samo sugestiju da se postavi mreža za komarce.

• Corinna (10/5): - super schöne grüne und ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe am Strand, unser Apartment war sehr gemütlich und von der Ausstattung war alles da was man braucht die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super unkompliziert, entweder war jemand vor Ort oder man konnte sie über Booking.com und die angegeben Telefonnummer sehr gut erreichen
• Árpád (10/5): Kikapcsolódásra megfelelő, kutyabarát :) - Legfontosabb az, hogy közelben volt a tengerpart, illetve kutyabarát szállás. :) Parkoló van a közelben bőven, éttermek és bolt is közelben. Egyedüli dolog amit megtudnék említeni, hogy sajnos nem volt kávéfőző, csak egy vízmelegítő. Nem okoz gondot, csak úgy kell készülni a későbbiekben.

Kuća renovirana, čista, prostrana, sa lepim dvorištem, domaćin i osoblje ljubazni i predusretljivi, za svu pohvalu. Verujem da ćemo doći ponovo :)
• valeria (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - È situato in un posto tranquillo vicinissimo al mare, ad alcuni ristoranti e a un piccolo supermercato. È possibile trovare parcheggio anche nelle vicinanze, se non fossero disponibili nel piccolo parcheggio di proprietà. Camera pulita, recentemente ristrutturata, con cucinotto. Letto comodo, aria condizionata, wifi gratuito, pressione e calore dell'acqua nella doccia super! Servirebbe un mobile, anche basso, tra il bagno e la camera per poter appoggiare le cose. L'armadio in camera è troppo piccolo per 3 persone. Servirebbe almeno una cassettiera dove poter riporre la biancheria intima e magari aggiungere qualche appendiabiti da muro.

• Hans-Martin (9/5): Wunderbar, wir kommen wieder - Das Apartment befindet sich wie beschrieben in Strandnähe. 2 Minuten Fußweg und man ist am Strand. Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer sind sauber und haben alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Apartment vorhanden, falls diese alle besetzt sind, gibt es weitere Stellplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Garten bietet Sitzgruppen und Liegen. Haustiere sind erlaubt und auch die Mehrkosten hierfür (EUR 8 pro Tag) für einen Hund sind fair.

Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist insgesamt recht klein und wirkt etwas eng. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Verhältnis zum Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.

• Andrej (9/5): - The appartment was cosy and clean and the Villa aims to provide all necessary equipment for your vacation stay, including grill area, terrace tables etc. The parking is in front of the Villa and if there are too many guests / cars, you can still find some place in the street towards the beach. Borik Beach is really nice and only 5-7min walk, really comfortable access, good variety of places to stay or hide from sunshine. The local Beach Bar is good for both drinks and food. Our stay was very comfortable and we were very happy to discover this side of Rovinj. Local Konzum market is only 2min walk and the Tourist Train stops there too. Very good price and quality ratio, much appreciated! The kitchenette is quite small and equipment limited but still OK to do some very basic cooking, just consider this when planning to cook your own meals.
• Suad (10/5): - Ein Traumurlaub in der Villa Borik – Absolut empfehlenswert! Unsere Erwartungen wurden in der Villa Borik bei Weitem übertroffen! Der Check-in war denkbar einfach und die Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer und das Personal war unglaublich herzlich. Man spürt sofort, dass hier alles getan wird, um den Gästen einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön und brandneu, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann: eine top ausgestattete Küche, moderne Badezimmer und äußerst komfortable Betten – hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht! Ein Highlight ist definitiv die traumhafte Terrasse und der sehr große Garten, perfekt zum Entspannen, Sitzen und Grillen. Auch die Möglichkeit, Wäsche ausreichend trocknen zu können, war super praktisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und überall verfügbare WLAN, das sogar im Garten perfekten Empfang bietet. Zudem gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Villa, was die Anreise und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls fantastisch: Ein Supermarkt (Konsum) ist direkt um die Ecke und der Strand ist schnell erreichbar, was alles sehr bequem macht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach top. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und können die Villa Borik uneingeschränkt und von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Mariia (9/5): Nice villa to stay - The room in the villa was new and clean. Towels and shampoo are changed on request. The villa accepts dogs. Borik beach is in 10-minutes walk away, it is better to go to Amarin beach - 15 minutes. At the end of Borik beach there is a place for swimming dogs, but due to the renovation of the villa opposite, the sign about it was removed. A small market Konzum is in 2-minutes walk away (vegetables and fruits are bad, other products are ok). There is also a bus stop there (children's bus - there is a schedule; city - in the morning once an hour, after lunch - once every three hours) There was a lack of a full-length mirror somewhere and electrical outlets in the bathroom
• Michał (9/5): - Bardzo miła obsługa, Apartament położony ok 300 m od plaży, na której była cała infrastruktura z restauracjami i piękny widok na starówkę w Rovinij. Parking prywatny obok budynku lub przy ścieżce na plażę. Niedaleko villi sklep oraz restauracje, 400 m. Do centrum Rovinij na piechotę 30 min, autobusami miejskimi 5 min, kursują co 20 min. Również dojzdy do innych atrakcji na Istrii do 40 min samochodem. Bardzo dobre miejsce do wypoczynku

We were two people staying in a small, romantic apartment – perfect for us. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on our charming little balcony. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Easy car parking for free. 3rd floor apartment, no balcony. Missed the balcony a lot. There is outdoor communal terrace but it is a bit plain. The apartment could have a few more pieces of furniture for clothes and other bits and pieces to put down.

Punti di forza? La possibilità di stendere il bucato/costumi in giardino e il bellissimo giardino con sdraio per stare in compagnia 🙂 (e il gatto/gatta bellissimo/a) 🥰 Non ho visto se vi erano delle lavatrici o meno... sarebbe comodo in caso non vi fossero metterne anche solo 2 a gettoni/pagamento

• Sunela (10/5): Wunderschön 🥰 - Die Lage ist sehr gut, 2 Minuten zum Strand durch den Garten und kleinen Wald. Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Mia ist immer da falls noch etwas gebraucht wird. Uns würde sehr geholfen da unser Hund Problem mit den Treppen hatte würde für uns kurzfristig ein anderes Apartment vorbereitet ohne Probleme, danke dafür. 2 Minuten von dem Haus fährt ein Bummelzug direkt in die Altstadt, somit muss man Auto nicht unbedingt fahren. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Unterkunft, absolut zum weiterempfehlen...Wir würden es wieder buchen 🙂🙂🥰🥰 Gar nichts

Clean, perfect, cozy, everything is new, the beds are great, the kitchen is comfortable and spacious. The stairs always smell delicious. It seemed to me that the floors were washed with shampoo. Just kidding. Wonderful managers and assistants. Polite. The best beach is 15 minutes walk away. We were very pleased.

• Karl A. (10/5): Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis für mich und meine Frau und unseren Hund. - Die Unterkunft liegt ideal in der Nähe eines wunderschönen Strands mit wenig Menschen. Dort ist auch „Blu“ ein excellentes Restaurant. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft ist ein Konzum, ein weiteres empfehlenswertes Restaurant und die Station eines offenen zugartigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels, welches im 40-Minutentakt in die Innenstadt und wieder zurück fährt. Mit einem Wort gesagt: Perfekt Alles war super

• Nikola (10/5): - We had a really good time in Villa Borik. The apartment was nice and clean. In the kitchen you can find everything for cooking. Location is really good. A beautiful beach is just few min walking. On the beach you can find restaurants, shower, renting places for water activities. Also there are beaches with small rocks and big rocks. There is a small shop in 2 min walk but you can find big supermarkets in 2-3 km. The old town of Rovinj is about 35-40 min walking but you can mostly walk on a beach what is really nice.
